I Quit Eating White Flour & Threw Out All My "Vitamins" - Here's What Happened (Part 1) After I learned synthetic vitamins are poison, the United Nations is behind the Food Fortification program (which drugs the food supply with vitamins) and, like viruses, vitamins have never been properly isolated because they too are a Big Pharma scheme to sell us health made in a laboratory, I began taking a hard look at what I was eating. At this point in my life I had completely quit taking all supplements and I thought I was eating healthy, but upon closer inspection, I was alarmed to discover my entire diet was being synthetically vitaminized and poisoned. Literally everything was tainted, right down to my Paradise Green dehydrated peas… From my bag of rice to my afternoon kombucha drinks, all of the products in my pantry had chemicals slipped in to places least expected - they drugged the peas for f*cks sake! DEHYDRATED PEAS! Many months later, I was in the process of writing The Vitamin Swindle Part 1: The White Bread Scandal, when I learned rats that get into white flour mills won’t touch the flour. The more I researched, the more disturbed I became, specifically regarding white flour and the history of it. I learned about a massive conspiracy between the flour mills, the American Medical Association, Big Pharma and the US government. Long story short, they knew white flour was causing major health issues and they knew living off of it was the cause of “Beriberi”, yet they went out of their way to assure the public it was a great, nutritious product that people should eat for their health. REMOVAL OF WHITE FLOUR FROM MY DIET You see, because white flour, like rice flour, has vitamins dumped in at the mills via the UN “fortification” and “enrichment” program, it is nearly impossible to eat products containing this flour and avoid also consuming synthetic vitamins: (17 second video) So, although I had quit consuming bottled supplements, I was still consuming the same vitamins via the food supply. But after the rat discovery, without hesitation, I axed white flour from my diet. Let me tell you, while not taking vitamins was easy (and saved me money too!), not eating white flour was incredibly difficult because I had to relearn how to eat and, being that I loathed cooking, I didn’t know what to do. I was so used to buying premade health food that I felt lost; everything I was purchasing had white flour (or synthetic vitamins) in it somewhere. With zero kitchen skills, my meals became a head of broccoli with natural butter and Real Salt or diced cucumber with garlic, feta and extra virgin olive oil or a plate of sliced tomatoes and lots of baked potatoes. Here’s an example of my dinner: The first five-or-so nights of being white-flour-free, I sweat like crazy while I slept and my sweat smelled ghastly. It was a strange odor I had never smelled before. I can’t quite explain it, perhaps something like plastic burning in a hot dumpster that is full of roadkill and rotten dairy. It was so foul that I had to run my bedding to the washing machine every morning for nearly a week. No matter how much I showered I could still smell this awful stench for the first couple days. NO WHITE FLOUR, WEEK #2 I woke up one morning and discovered my underwear were stretched out. I grabbed a different pair and those didn’t fit either. What the heck? Did the washer ruin my clothes? When I pulled on my work pants, those didn’t fit either! I realized I had lost weight - a lot of it. I hurried to the closet to grab my belt, threw it around my wait and slid the buckle right past my usual connection hole. I had lost so much weight in 14 days that I downsized one belt hole! I was quite puzzled because I lost this weight by doing nothing other than quitting white flour; no gym and 0 exercise because I traded that time for writing Substack articles for you. I also noticed my facial skin looked more youthful. The bags under my eyes nearly vanished. I told my spouse I think I have the energy of a 20 year old, *wink, wink*. WEEK #3 By the third week I lost another 10-or-so pounds, now my shirts looked a full size too large. But that’s not all, another huge change occurred. During this week I began becoming naturally tired in the evenings. Writing articles until 9pm then watching a documentary until 10:30-11pm no longer worked for me. I was tired at 8, asleep by 9 and up at 3am so I could get in a few hours of writing before work. This may sound like a really insane time to wake up, but I love it. My mind is so clear, I am so focused and the world is so peaceful. I think my best content and research is what I am producing at this early hour. Strangely, even though I was waking up so early then spending three hours working before I go into work, I had energy the entire day. Additionally, my mood had become overall more optimistic about everything in life. I began hacking away at the list of sh*t I have been putting off forever. (Responding to Substack direct messages is on that list. Only 580 more messages to go…) WEEK #4 By the fourth week, my love handles vanished. I pinched my love handle area and could only pinch an inch of skin between my fingers. My stomach began to flatten. I even noticed my face looked thinner and the droop in my chin that I blamed on age disappeared. My shoulders began looking defined again and that sure wasn’t from spending 12 hours a day on a pc. Then something really wild happened… MONTH 1 Around the end of the month, I realized my taste buds completely changed. Everything I loved (especially potato chips and dip, Lord I loved me some cheddar & sour cream chips with French onion dip), became disgusting. After being flour-and-chemical-free for over four weeks, Tostitos tortilla chips were inedible because the chemicals in them burned the sh*t out of my gums. Fast food, even my beloved Taco Bell, tasted f*cking terrible - so disgusting that, for the first time ever, I threw it out after two bites. When my spouse, who is not on board with my diet, ordered a pizza, I took one bite then instead made another baked potato. It was at this time that foods containing chemicals or GMOs began killing my stomach. I dreaded dinner at my parents house because I knew I would be dealing with hours of pain. I was forced to cut restaurants our of my life because, even when I selected the best options, I was still forced to endure hours of torture afterward. (btw, I learned we should never be consuming products like Pepto Bismol, instead eat some nutmeg. It works fast too!) But it gets crazier - I started craving produce. For the first time in my life (I’m in my mid-40s), I wanted bananas and I would think to myself, “some cauliflower sounds good today”. I craved a baked potato without cheese - just real butter, real salt, real pepper and herbs (and organic sour cream because I’m no saint). Even more mind-blowing, cheese, as a whole, stopped being a necessity and food tasted great without it. In fact, I began tasting a plastic-type flavor in shredded cheese (even cheese my better-half shreds from full blocks), which was pretty repulsive so I no longer used cheese unless it was goat or sheep. Then, things got even stranger. I was able to somehow tune in with what my body wanted and my body wanted less meat and more beans. I know, it’s wild, right? I never in my life wanted beans unless it was a can refried bean dip for a bag of Doritos. I began to truly enjoy black beans which I previously hated. [If you hate cooking, the best canned bean manufacturer in the world is Siete. They are who singlehandedly got me to love black beans. Siete has products that allow an anti-cook to enjoy Mexican food and still eat clean without compromising taste. Their products are probably at wherever you shop, plus they are sold on Amazon.com, in Costco, etc. Here’s their site, SieteFoods.com and here’s their black beans:] Another unexpected change occurred around this time: my entire adult life, I have classified myself as running hot. It drove the spouse nuts because I would want to sleep with the window cracked, even in the winter. During the peak of summer I would sleep in the basement because the house was too hot, even with the AC on blast… but this all ended. MONTH #2 At the beginning of the second month, I estimate I lost around 40 pounds! I didn’t realize I had that much to lose because I am an overall slimmer person and if you would have asked me how overweight I was, I would have said, “I guess I could lose 10 or 15 pounds.”. I lost so much weight that people started asking if I’ve been hitting the gym. When I replied, “Nope, just quit white flour and vitamins”, they looked at me like I was a lunatic, but that was ok. I now looked like I was wearing my father’s clothing, so I had to get new everything in a full size smaller. Then, one more crazy thing happened… and, for me, this was one of the most unexpected changes of all… I stopped drinking my beloved whiskey, not because I wanted to, no sir, I love whiskey. I stopped drinking it because I came home from work one day, walked to my whiskey shelf, picked up a bottle of Blanton’s and, as soon as I removed the cork, I realized I just didn’t want it. This is a feeling I had never experienced in my life. I began drinking when I was 15 years old and had drank ever since. When life felt at its worst, I would buy multiple bottles of whiskey at a time. In fact, I was buying so much that the liquor store would save empty case boxes for me so they were easier to carry to my vehicle. So, on this specific day, as I stood at my whiskey shelf, when I didn’t want to fill up my glass, it was as if my mind misfunctioned. As bizarre as this sounds, I tried to talk myself into having just one glass. My odd conversation with myself ended with the decision to not pour the whiskey and instead drink something else but to come back in an hour and fill the glass up. … an hour later, it still didn’t sound good. I was baffled. That was the first night in my adult life that I went to bed voluntarily choosing not to drink alcohol… and feeling GREAT! I wondered if I would feel horrible withdrawals come morning, but the withdrawals never came. I bounced out of bed, ready to seize the day. And when I got home from work on day #2, drinking again didn’t sound good. MONTH #3 By the third month, my life had completely changed. I was a new person mentally and physically. I felt like I was the best version of myself that I could be. Like a superhero, my senses were all heightened and I became even more aware of things I had been missing around me. Let me give you an important example: Being that my spouse and young adult children are not participating in my diet, they eat all the processed garbage. Vegetables and fruit tastes terrible to them because their taste buds have adapted to the white flour diet. I will be writing more on this topic soon, so do it if you haven’t already: Anyway, I noticed that, when they wake up in the mornings they are physically fine however, within 30 minutes of them consuming breakfast (white flour and chemicals) they begin to develop a slight cough; a single cough or a throat-clearing that repeats approximately every 15 to 20 minutes after the consumption of these products. I observed the identical occurrence with my coworkers. I also noticed, after lunch (a second dose of the same toxins), in addition to the random cough, my older son will start slightly sniffling like allergies. At my job, my associate who stops at Panera Bread each morning for a muffin and a coke, needs allergy medication by noon. In the spring and summer she blames pollen, and when the identical symptoms occur in the fall and winter she blames dust. I had never really put 2 + 2 together... “allergies”… Throughout the first five months, I had a total of maybe 3 drinks, and the wildest part was that I cut myself off after a single drink because it just didn’t taste good. Even my top shelf whiskey, Heaven’s Door Bootleg Series, just didn’t do it for me. The one evening I was peer pressured into excessively drinking (buddy’s 40th birthday party), I didn’t enjoy it at all and woke up the next day feeling like hell. This further reinforced that I didn’t want to consume alcohol anymore. SIX MONTHS LATER: THE RELAPSE After a half year of being in the best health of my adult life (even better health than when I was bodybuilding because I was poison-free this time around), I had to go out of town for five days. On the upside, I got to stay at a resort. On the downside, I quickly realized there was absolutely nothing for me to eat that didn’t involve white flour, additives or vitamins. I arrived at the resort at 10pm and the only available food was pizza, white bread sandwiches with processed meat and cheese, fried chicken strips with white flour breading, and so on. I went to bed with my stomach growling. The next morning I awoke naturally at 3am, long before the resort breakfast area was open. I got out my laptop and tried to focus on writing while my stomach screamed. At 7am, when the breakfast bar opened, I raced to it, only to discover white flour bagels with processed cream cheese and chemical margarine packets, Dole fruit cups in heavy syrup, Quaker Oat single serve oatmeal with sugar and vitamins, Tropicana fortified orange juice served alongside fortified milk, and Quaker chocolate granola bars. Then there were also seven bananas. I grabbed a plate, took all seven and beelined back to my room. When lunch came, to my dismay, there were no non-tainted food options, and this is when my nosedive began… I selected the beer batter fried fish sandwich which seemed to be the least of all evils. I asked for no bun or toppings, just give me the breaded fish on a plate. Trying to remove the batter from the fish proved unsuccessful. It tasted horrible but I needed something in my stomach. That evening I had time to relax in tropical paradise. I found a good chair to watch the geoengineering over the ocean, it was painfully obvious they were in the process of making Hurricane Debby. While staring at planes spraying the sky and watching frequency being deployed to push the spray in one direction while the natural clouds were moving the opposite direction, the waitress convinced me to try their dark rum pina coladas which, as she stated, were indeed delicious. In fact, they were so delicious that I ordered two more. Thankfully they were also filling, so I didn’t go to bed hungry. The following day was a repeat of the prior. I stole all of the bananas, ate fish covered in white flour then fried in horrible oil, then enjoyed a half dozen high-fructose-corn-syrup-and-chemicals pina coladas for dinner. Later that evening, with clouded judgement, I decide to give those fried chicken strips a try. I even ordered chemical ranch dressing to go with them… then got a shot of whiskey, my first shot of whiskey since getting clean. Before bed I watched the electrical storm over the Atlantic: (11 second video) The third morning I did not naturally wake up at 3am, I instead slept in until after 7. When I got to the breakfast bar, the bananas weren’t available so I chose the fake oatmeal packet. I had this day off work so, come 10am, I was poolside being served dark rum pina coladas. There were now two clearly-defined layers of clouds, quickly moving in opposite directions, and the media was beginning to run their Debby fear campaign. That evening I ordered the pizza and it tasted great. Come morning #4, I didn’t want bananas, I instead opted for waffles with fake butter and cheap syrup. Lunch was a processed meat sandwich. Dinner was a burger with French fries dipped in ranch (I’m not a ketchup person, give me ranch or mayo). And this is where the unexpected happens… I also had the fifth day off work and again overslept by many hours. When I woke up I put on my shorts and noticed my stomach hanging over them. It wasn’t just a little bloated, it was bulged out substantially. I looked at my body in the mirror and I looked like I had gained at least 15 pounds! Dismayed but determined to enjoy my day, I repeated the day prior. All the way home, in the airports and on the planes, I ate trash and drank. Upon getting back to Michigan, I looked and felt like a different person. I was pudgy, tired, short-tempered, unmotivated, and I had a craving for fried foods, pizza and alcohol. Nothing sounded better than a bag of Lay’s and a can of Frito’s Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese Dip. That evening I had some of the fast food my spouse and kids picked up for dinner and I finally poured that Blanton’s I passed on many months prior. My first morning back home, I debated stopping at McDonalds on the way into work because a Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit sounded incredible, but I refrained only because my motivation had been so stripped that even stopping to get fast food sounded like too much work. The next week was incredibly difficult because my taste buds had completely shifted and all of the clean foods I had purchased tasted bad but all of the processed foods were mouth-watering. My mind was telling me to make a baked potato or slice up cucumbers but my body was telling me “do that tomorrow, for now order Uber Eats.” . After around 12-days of mental war, the cravings ended and I was back on track. It took several weeks for the bloating and water-weight gain to reside completely. 10 MONTHS LATER It has now been around 10 months and I am back to my high school athlete weight. I have zero desire to eat processed food or white flour because it tastes so bad again. I had to get new apparel a second time because, even with the full size smaller clothing, I again looked like I was swimming in someone else’s shirts. In full transparency, not drinking alcohol resulted in a new coffee addiction. Yes, I am completely aware it is bad. In further full transparency, I still enjoy my cigars, but I’ll work on this as time progresses, one thing at a time, my friends. And in a final moment of transparency, I classify a single drink every couple months as “not being an alcohol drinker” and I see nothing wrong with this. LAUNCHING THE INVESTIGATION INTO WHITE FLOUR Perplexed by how quickly I fell off the rails and was overtaken by old habits, I couldn’t help but want to learn more about my whole experience, so I began looking deeper into white flour. The very first thing I discovered was that my weight loss and positive changes, especially to sleeping patterns, were nothing special, in fact, it’s the norm if you cut white flour from your diet. Could it be possible that these ingredients can literally hijack our thought process and mind control us? That would indeed explain why I fell off the wagon and lost all sense of judgement in only a couple days of consuming the flour. But claiming this food might have the ability to mentally change us is a pretty wild hypothesis which would require a lot of deep digging and dot-connecting, but if that is indeed what is going on here, holy sh*t, that is massive. Palestine’s UN envoy, Riyad Mansour, stated during an emergency UN Security Council (UNSC) meeting that the Israeli occupation has "instrumentalized" the Holocaust memory to rationalize crimes against humanity. Instead of serving as "an un-breachable barrier against the commission of such atrocities," Mansour insisted that it is being used as a justification for these actions. He remarked, "Something terrible is happening in Israel, something that has made justifying genocide, famine and gang rape mainstream ideology." As was examined in my article “No No – Not the ‘New Nazis’”, Jews can become the conscienceless enemies of their home countries where they were born or whose citizenship they enjoy, whenever matters come into conflict with supporting their Jewish state in Palestine. The foundation of this sociopathy was laid very carefully in the precise wording of the Balfour Declaration itself. It had sanctioned the Jewish state in Palestine without jeopardizing the Jews’ political rights in their own home countries: “It being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of the existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country.” The Balfour Declaration permitted the Jews, solely by the fiat of imperial power, to live in any country in the world while simultaneously making the Jewish state in Palestine their new home without jeopardizing their “rights and political status” in their home country of birth or citizenship. Notice that the wording of the Balfour Declaration does not even mention the indigenous peoples of Palestine by name, only referring to them as “non-Jewish communities in Palestine”. It further does not mention their general “rights and political status” as a people as it does for the Jews, but only refers to some narrower “civil and religious rights” as “non-Jewish communities”. While on first glance these phrases might appear equivalent to the layman, on careful examination with the eyes of a shrewd lawyer, the local “non-Jewish communities” are not accorded the same general unspecified “rights and political status”, as are the transplanted Jewish people in the land of another granted to the Jews. While bearing only a few short imperial proclamations, the Balfour Declaration is the most treacherously worded document of its kind in the history of colonization. Observe the magic of its linguistics, wherein, the Palestinian peoples are not referred to as a “people”, but only as “non-Jewish communities”. Whereas, the same document refers to the Jews as “the Jewish people”. The simple, largely agrarian, indigenous Palestinian population, uninformed of the vagaries of deceit and the Machiavellian use of legalisms and linguistics, from day one were deprived of political status by the very wording of the Balfour Declaration. The British empire making the surprising land grant to the Jews whom they professed no inordinate love for throughout their history, only villainous hatred, suddenly didn’t even recognize the indigenous peoples of Palestine continuously living for thousands of years in their own ancestral lands as one people. While the Jews in Diaspora, hailing from almost every country and culture on earth, but primarily the Ashkenazi from Europe, are acknowledged as one people, “the Jewish People”. Thus, the Machiavellian logic was to naturally follow, that how can a non-existent people have the general “rights and political status” which “the Jewish People” enjoy as a people regardless of where they live? That crafty logic, once diabolically seeded into the consciousness of the world Jewry by the fiat of Zionism as their divine right, has been articulated by almost every prime minister and statesman of the Jewish state of Israel ever since. Suffice it to reproduce here as the harvest of this crafty logic, the famous Jewish epitaph for Palestine: land without a people for a people without a land! Based principally on that self-serving Machiavellian axiom which wiped out the very existence of a people with a single stroke of the imperial pen, that Golda Meir, the “Mother Israel”, hath proclaimed: “This country exists as the fulfillment of a promise made by God Himself. It would be ridiculous to ask it to account for its legitimacy”. Since Yahweh, the Jewish God, cannot be unjust even to the goyem (in the Jews proclamations before the goy), so Palestinian peoples must not exist if Israel “exists as the fulfillment of a promise made by God Himself.” If they happen to exist on that soil and demand political rights, then they are to be exterminated as less than sub-human species unworthy of extending any political rights — which is the reality that is witnessed daily in Palestine under the jackboots of the holy Jews — Jews who proclaim Zionistan “as the fulfillment of a promise made by God Himself.” The notable “civil and religious rights” accorded to the “non-Jewish communities” are equally on display, only a sanitized glimpse of which is in my survey article: “From Genesis to Genocide in Palestine”. More significantly, who or what power caused such a diabolical document like the Balfour Declaration to be crafted? No medical treatment or medication is provided. Despite these dire conditions, we cling to the hope of returning to our families alive.” Israel extends detention of 5 soldiers accused of sexually assaulting Gaza prisoner Middle East Monitor reports: An Israeli military court yesterday extended the detention of five soldiers accused of sexually assaulting a Palestinian prisoner from Gaza in the Sde Teiman detention facility, according to local media. Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper said that the military court ruled that the men could be held until tomorrow. They are accused of sexually and physically assaulting a Palestinian prisoner from the Gaza Strip. The newspaper quoted Judge Lt. Col. Toby Hart as saying that there is a reasonable and solid basis to assume that the detainee was harmed, and that there is reasonable suspicion that the five harmed the detainee together. As of 30 July 2024, all the 625,000 enrolled students in Gaza have lost one full scholastic year. 39,000 students missed the Tawjihi (12th grade official exams) for the first time in decades. This means none of them can transition to higher education, and the majority of them may never return to school again. In place of being full of children eager to learn, school buildings are housing displaced families desperately seeking safety, when they are not being damaged. Mattresses and blankets fill classrooms and hallways; desks are repurposed as walls and wardrobes, and playgrounds are filled with tents and tarpaulins. This places a massive strain on the limited WASH facilities. At the same time, overcrowding contributes to an unhygienic environment and rapid spread of disease, increased protection risks due to lack of privacy, and damage to furniture and equipment. These conditions have had a significant negative impact on the mental health and psychosocial well-being of children, teachers, and caregivers, as well as severely harming the ability of children in Gaza to exercise their right to learn. As of 30 July, according to the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) – State of Palestine, 9,211 students and 397 educational staff members have been killed by the Israeli forces, while more than 14,237 students and 2,246 teachers have been injured since 7 October in the Gaza Strip. Media sources said that a Palestinian man carried out a stabbing attack in the city of Holon, south of Tel Aviv, killing two Israelis and injuring three others, two seriously. Sources added that an Israeli police officer shot the Palestinian perpetrator, critically injuring him; he later died. Media sources identified the perpetrator as 35-year-old Ammar Rizq Kamel Odeh, from the central West Bank city of Salfit, while police later arrested a Palestinian man accused of assisting the perpetrator in the attack. After the attack, Israeli forces closed the northern entrance to the city of Salfit with an iron gate, and prevented Palestinian citizens from entering or leaving the city. Later, the army invaded the city of Salfit, and stormed the family home of the slain perpetrator, detained and interrogated his family members, and prevented press crews from the area. Ben-Gvir renews call for more Israeli civilians to take up arms Al Jazeera reports: In the context of the recent stabbing, Israeli national security minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir said that he’s calling for more civilians to take up arms and use them. This has been quite a controversial policy that he’s had throughout this war. He has essentially expedited the way that a regular, average person can obtain a weapon in Israel, and it’s been something that has caused a lot of backlash. He’s even distributed weapons to people in the occupied West Bank, including settlers. Israel adds new conditions to Gaza ceasefire proposal Middle East Monitor reports: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu added a new condition to the proposed prisoner exchange deal, including the deportation of about 150 Palestinian prisoners, according to Israeli media. Israel’s Channel 13 quoted unnamed informed sources as saying that Netanyahu added several new conditions to the prisoner exchange deal proposal, including the deportation of several Palestinian prisoners who will be released from prisons in Israel under the terms of the deal. The sources told the Israeli channel that these 150 prisoners are accused of killing Israelis. They noted that Netanyahu proposes deporting them to countries such as Turkiye or Qatar and banning them from ever returning to the Gaza Strip or the occupied West Bank. Israel seizes $26m tax funds meant for Palestinian Authority Al Jazeera reports: Far-right Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich has ordered the seizure of about 100 million shekels ($26m) of tax funds meant to be transferred to the Palestinian Authority. He says the money will be given to the families of Israeli victims of “terror” inflicted by Palestinians. “The fight against terrorism is not only a military fight but a combined fight that includes a war against the wild incitement of the Palestinian Authority and the terrorist funds which it directs from its budget to the families of terrorists,” Smotrich wrote in a post on X. “We will continue to protect the security of the citizens of Israel and fight with all the tools at our disposal against terrorism and its supporters.” ‘Order from Amazon’: How tech giants are storing mass data for Israel’s war +972 Magazine reports: A new investigation by +972 and Local Call can reveal that the Israeli army has in fact stored some intelligence information collected via the mass surveillance of Gaza’s population on servers managed by Amazon’s AWS. The investigation can also reveal that certain cloud providers supplied a wealth of AI capabilities and services to Israeli army units since the start of the Gaza war. Military sources emphasized to +972 and Local Call that the scope of intelligence collected from the surveillance of all Palestinian residents of Gaza is so large that it cannot be stored on military servers alone. Three sources who took part in Israeli army attacks said that it was used in a number of cases to provide “supplementary information” ahead of airstrikes against suspected military operatives, some of which killed many civilians. In particular, according to intelligence sources, much more extensive storage capabilities and processing power were needed to keep billions of audio files (as opposed to just textual information or metadata), which compelled the army to turn to the cloud services offered by tech companies. As +972 and Local Call revealed in a previous investigation, the Israeli army authorized the killing of “hundreds of civilians” in attacks against senior Hamas commanders at the level of brigade commander and sometimes even battalion commander. In some of these cases, security sources explained, Amazon’s cloud was operationalized. The Freedom Flotilla Coalition, comprising multiple humanitarian and pro-Palestinian groups, issued a statement on Saturday announcing that they had been awaiting approval from the Istanbul port authority to set sail. “It has now become clear that the Turkish government will not grant permission,” the statement said. The coalition added that the government did not offer “any explanation” for preventing the flotilla to sail, but placed the blame on “intense pressure from the United States, the United Kingdom, and perhaps other NATO countries that are strongly allied with Israel.” In May 2010, the six-vessel Freedom Flotilla I was intercepted by the Israeli navy, with Israeli commandos boarding the Turkish lead ship, the Mavi Marmara, opening fire and killing nine activists. On Oct 10, he spoke at a Jewish United Fund sponsored Israeli Solidarity Gathering, saying: “We need to stand with Israel.” The Capital News report on the event noted: “Israeli airstrikes have killed at least 800 and wounded more than 4,000 Palestinians in the days following the initial attack. “Pritzker’s address included a message of support for the Israeli military. “We pray today for the strength and safety of the men and women of the Israeli Defense Forces as they embark on this most difficult and important mission,” the governor said. “Each step of the way they should know, and the people of Israel should know, that America and Illinois unequivocally stands with them in their battle to end the ongoing Hamas attacks. On Oct 17 Pritzker announced tax relief for individuals and businesses affected by the attacks that took place in Israel. In January he opposed a Chicago resolution backing a cease-fire. The Times of Israel reports: “J.B. Pritzker is the scion of a wealthy Jewish hotelier family long involved in Democratic politics. His sister Penny, a major donor to Barack Obama’s presidential campaigns.” The Pritzker family (net worth: $32.5B) is one of the wealthiest families in the U.S. It is known for being pro-Israel. The Chicago Tribune reported in 1985: “The Pritzker family buys $500,000 worth of Israel bonds each year and, besides their other philanthropies, also makes donations to universities and institutions in Israel. NOTE: It is unknown at this time how many of the deaths and injuries in Israel on October 7 were caused by Israeli soldiers. *Previously, IAK did not include 471 Gazans killed in the Al Ahli hospital blast since the source of the projectile was being disputed. Netanyahu and Human Sacrifices in Occupied Palestine and America What Should Be the Fate of the Genocider-in-Chief? Anthony James Hall The drama unfolding in Gaza, the West Bank, and more generally in West Asia is announcing a new phase in the fall of Western Civilization as we have known it. At the core of the drama is a very public ceremony of human sacrifice in the joint US-Israeli ritual to depopulate Gaza and rid the West Bank of its native Palestinians. The conflict is widening geographically, religiously, and ideologically. US universities are becoming major sites of the intensifying turmoil. These places are meant to be devoted to higher learning, open debate and critical thinking. But those ideals are fast giving way to assaults on very promising surges of free expression. Attempts are underway to wrestle to the ground the outbursts of liberated articulation. The quest to silence free speech is being done in the name of quelling so-called anti-Semitism. The ironies are great when the real victims of anti-Semitism are the Semitic Arab Palestinians being injured and eliminated in the ruthless onslaughts driving the campus disruptions. The resulting divide is putting influential Jewish people on both sides of the red lines cutting straight through the complex apparatus of higher education. While faculty members are becoming increasingly involved, the centre of gravity in the protests so far are the mobilizing networks of students that are aligning themselves against the many-faceted genocide underway in Gaza for half a year. The Genocider-In-Chief, Benjamin Netanyahu, seems intent on throwing gasoline on the campus turmoil in the cause of sparking full-fledged civil war. Its amazing to behold the severity of the scolding rhetoric coming from this man who has made himself the champion of the most obscene case of mass murder in the twenty-first century. Netanyahu’s defamatory clichés take Zionist accusations of anti-Semitism to new extremes of overheated polemics. Its almost as if Netanyahu is intent on becoming a caricature of himself. In Netanyahu’s deformed worldview, anyone is a terrorist who questions his blood-thirsty crusade aimed at violently depopulating Occupied Palestine of its native Palestinians. The leader of the barbaric massacre of Palestinian refugees in Gaza, claims that anyone who empathizes with the plight of Netanyahu’s victims is “intent on killing Jews where ever they are.” Netanyahu’s has become so set in his ways of presenting the Gazan genocide as a noble crusade, that he seems intent on widening his blood lust for human sacrifice to include some of the most committed and principled of American’s rising generation of university students. Like the reprehensible web site, Canary mission, Netanyahu’s goal seems to be to destroy the life chances of young people by assigning them to blacklists meant to deny them career opportunities. Is Netanyahu also aiming to set in motion the creation of concentration camps or worse for those who refuse to fall in line with the bigotry driving his genocidal schemes of ethnic elimination? Netanyahu’s ruthless war against the most free-thinking flower of youth is aimed at sabotaging higher education by enlisting its top administrators into a campaign to eviscerate academic freedom. Without free and open debate, serious universities cannot rise to a high standard beyond the level of indoctrination, enforced sloganeering, and institutionalized cronyism. The sacrifice of human potential for partisan advantage cannot end well. Human sacrifice is taking many forms. Netanyahu stands at the head of a genocidal project that is embraced and advanced by many Jewish Israelis in the Armed Forces, the Knesset, the media, and the population at large. The backing also encompasses the cultish clique of puppet governors made to appear as if they are in charge of what are, in fact, hollowed-out hulks of the former Western Democracies. Some of the human agents of Zionism’s remote-controlled governance include Joe Biden, Antony Blinken, Rishi Sunak, Olaf Scholz, Ursula Von Leyen, Justin Trudeau, and Emmanuel Macron. Genocider-In-Chief There can be no doubt, however, that Benjamin Netanyahu deserves the title Genocider-In-Chief. I can think of no other figure, not even during WWII, who has pushed ahead the many-faceted genocidal elimination of a people so zealously, so publicly, and so self-righteously. In spite of all the demonstrations calling for his resignation, it has become clear that most Jewish Israelis have few qualms about going along with what many people throughout the world see as the Netanyahu government’s obvious violations of the Genocide Convention. The genocidal project currently underway has become a primal national project of the Jewish polity. For now, the mass murder is aimed at the Palestinian inhabitants of Gaza and the West Bank. But who can doubt that other Palestinians who are citizens of Israel proper, will be the next targets of ethnic elimination, a concept that has grabbed the fancy of Jewish public opinion in Israel. By Israel proper, I mean the part of Israel outlined for a Jewish state by the United Nations’ Resolution 181, not the portion of Palestine set aside by the UN in 1947 for a new Arab state. The Arab state was to include Gaza and the West Bank which were illegally seized through Israeli military conquest in 1967. About 20% of the citizens in Israel proper, are Palestinian. The present legal status of the Israeli citizens who are ethnic Palestinians has been made to seem increasingly fragile and problematic especially over the course of recent months. It is well know that Netanyahu has been caught in the grips of legal woes stemming from the kind of petty corruption that the Israeli judiciary can handle even as its members consistently disregard the international laws violated in ways that are woven into Israel’s constitutional fabric. One would think that Netanyahu’s domestic legal problems would be small compared to those created by the Israeli politician’s leading role in the most high-profile case of genocidal mass murder committed in the twenty-first century. But no. That is not the case. The intervention of the International Court of Justice in the Gaza debacle has yet to put any visible checks at all on Netanyahu’s massacre that seems targeted especially at women and children. In fact after the World Court’s ruling, the pace and scope of the US-Israel genocide seemed to grow. The conflict unfolding in Gaza is not a war, a word that should be reserved for the type of conflict involving clashes of the armed forces of two or more national governments. The invasion of Gaza by the Israeli Armed Forces, an invasion backed up by the full military might of the United States, is a massacre pointed at people who for three generations have been classified in international law as stateless refugees even as they continue to reside in their own native lands. Netanyahu claims the “war” is to “eradicate Hamas.” Hamas is the organization whose fighters on October 7, 2023, broke out of the walled Gaza prison to apprehend in disputed circumstances the Israeli captives presently described in the media as “hostages.” As we shall see, Hamas is largely a legal and political creation of the Israel government. Nevertheless, Hamas continues to command much loyalty from its Gazan constituents. Who else do the Gazans have to help them in the here and now amidst the genocidal circumstances engulfing them? The Apparatus of International Law is More Theatrical Than Substantial Even with the limited weaponry at their disposal, the Hamas fighters have been able to mount a resolute self-defence of their own stateless people. The incarcerated condition of the two million Palestinians in Gaza stands as a telling embodiment of the inconsistencies that reside at the core of the system of international law put in place by World War II’s victors. While this system may look on the surface as reasonable and viable, it is not what it seems. The juridical element of the international system is more theatrical than substantial in reality. The International Criminal Court is a telling example of the base biases, prejudices and corruption that prevail in some institutional components of international law. The ICC’s Chief Prosecutor, Karim Kahn, has been more or less inert in the face of the elaborate crime spree that is integral to the Gazan Genocide. On the other hand, Kahn was quick to charge Vladimir Putin with several trumped-up charges for war crimes in the Ukrainian debacle. By his inaction in responding with substantial investigations and charges to the many crimes permeating the Gazan Genocide, Kahn should face charges for his own complicity in genocide. https://theintercept.com/2023/05/04/international-criminal-court-karim-khan/ The genocide currently under way in Gaza emerges from the internal contradictions embedded in the apparatus for arbitrating and enforcing international law. This system was purposely set up after WWII to create the fiction that the world is to be run on the basis of due process rooted in the rule of law. One of the weak points in this system is the lack of a coherent mechanism for enforcing international criminal law, including the Genocide Convention. This absence of a reliable means for enforcing international law is not inadvertent. It was purposely built into the system as a means of protecting the powerful from being held accountable and punished for their crimes. The theatricality of the international system is meant to disguise the reality that enormous latitude has been afforded to the inheritors of wealth and power, both private and institutional, to further expand their fortunes and influence. A primary illustration of the problem lies in the impunity from being charged and punished for violations of international criminal law enjoyed by those in the upper branches of the US and Israeli governments. The Zionist capture and protection of Chosenite Judaism epitomizes the institutionalized character of inequality before the law. From this place of impunity, the Chosenites from many backgrounds can readily engage in the most expensive and corrupt forms of lawfare. They do so even as they retain their licenses to rob, kill and exploit by means of the rigged systems for the apportionment of assets, liabilities and political clout. Benjamin Netanyahu understands as well as anyone on earth the disjuncture between the appearance and the reality of the international system. This Israeli-American figure has epitomized and exploited the internal contradictions with gusto. This experience has led him to the strange culmination of a political career that has made him the twenty-first century’s unparalleled genocidaire extraordinaire. One would think that Netanyahu’s role as the primary crime boss in the most gruesome mass murder of the twenty-first century would ensnare him in legal troubles far more serious than those attending the corruption convictions he is facing in Israel. So far, however, that appears not to be the case. By his actions Netanyahu seems to be indicating that, for him, the domestic corruption convictions he is under are more menacing than the early stages of the charges for the international crime of genocide being pressed against the country he leads. Apparently Netanyahu and the Israeli people around him— even those who regularly declare their hatred of him— have plenty of experience to reassure themselves that they are above the law. They seem to be assuming they will therefore continue to enjoy impunity from the enactments and punishments of international law, including the UN’s Genocide Convention. Are the assumptions of Netanyahu and those around him correct? What signs are there that anything has changed to replace the theatrics of international law with some actual implementation and enforcement of fundamental legal principles. When it comes to enforcing accountability for the highest levels of blatant criminality, these fundamental principles seem to apply primarily to culprits in defeated, poor and marginalized countries. Will victors’ justice continue to prevail? Those on the winning side of conflicts are almost never brought to justice for the international crimes they committed on the way to victory. Going back to the era of the Nuremberg and Tokyo Tribunals, those on the winning side are almost never made to sit on the benches reserved for the accused. [See Anthony J. Netanyahu obviously holds the ruling of the International Court of Justice in contempt. Netanyahu continues to face little opposition willing to push against the fiction that he is engaged in a “war” to “eradicate Hamas,” a polity that he played a big role in helping to shape, guide and elevate. Netanyahu continues to exploit the fiction that he is conducting a war against, rather than a massacre of, mostly unarmed, incarcerated stateless refugees, people that the Israeli government has occupied and oppressed for three generations. Netanyahu continues to stand by his misrepresentation even as he accelerates the campaign to eliminate the surviving Palestinians now cornered in the southern district of the Gaza Strip in and around Rafah. The Engineering of Outrage to Launch the Campaign to Implement the Final Solution to the Palestinian Question The overarching trajectory of the genocidal violation contains many crimes within crimes. Some of these crimes are rooted in the fact that the Gazan Genocide is providing a laboratory of life and death for experiments on human subjects. These crimes include the mass atrocities committed by IDF soldiers in the process of destroying hospitals, in conducting torture and rape, as well as in targeting for murder many dozens of journalists and hundreds of humanitarian aid workers including UN staff. The crimes extend to the obliteration of universities, schools, museums, recital halls, sports facilities as well as the targeted assassinations of leading figures based in all of the obliterated institutions. The destruction extends to vast arrays of historical treasures including ancient mosques, churches, and public squares that form important parts of the shared cultural and religious inheritances of Palestinian people as well as of humanity as a whole. Raphael Lemkin was the inventor in 1944 of the term “genocide” and the main draftsman three years later of the Genocide Convention. Lemkin’s emphasized in his work that cultural genocide is a very important element in the process of eliminating distinct peoples from the international community of nations. What are the children of the world supposed to think as they compare the conditions of kids in Tel Aviv and Gaza? Is Netanyahu to be seen as a heroic warrior or as a thuggish serial killer? Who will, and who should, decide? Not only has Netanyahu made himself the top General, PR Spin Doctor, and strategist of a bloody interlude of ethnic nationalism gone terribly wrong. On the weekend, Israel launched another devastating air strike on Gaza, killing at least 90 Palestinians and wounding hundreds more, including women, children and rescue workers. Once again, Israel targeted refugees displaced by its earlier bombs, turning an area it had formally declared a “safe zone” into a killing field. And once more, western powers shrugged their shoulders. They were too busy accusing Russia of war crimes to have time to worry about the far worse war crimes being inflicted on Gaza by their Israeli ally – with weapons they supplied. The atrocity committed at al-Mawasi camp, packed with 80,000 civilians, had the usual Israeli cover story – one rolled out to reassure western publics that their leaders are not the utter hypocrites they appear to be for supporting what the World Court has described as a “plausible genocide.” Israel said it was trying to hit two Hamas leaders – one of them Mohammed Deif, head of the group’s military wing – although Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu seemed uncertain as to whether the strike was successful. No one in the western media appeared to wonder why the pair preferred to make themselves a target in an overcrowded, makeshift refugee camp, where they were at huge risk of being betrayed by an Israeli informant, rather than sheltering in Hamas’s extensive tunnel network. Or why Israel deemed it necessary to fire a multitude of massive bombs and missiles to take out two individuals. Is that Israel’s new, expansive redefinition of a “targeted assassination?” Or why its pilots and drone operators continued the strikes to hit emergency rescue crews dealing with the initial destruction. Was there intelligence that Deif was not just hiding in the camp, but had hung around to dig out survivors, too? Or how killing and maiming hundreds of civilians in an attempt to hit two Hamas fighters could ever possibly satisfy the most basic principles of international law. “Proportion” and “distinction” require armies to weigh the military advantage of an attack against the expected toll on civilian life. Biblical vengeance But Israel has torn up the rulebook on war. According to sources within the Israeli military, it now considers it acceptable to kill more than 100 Palestinian civilians in the pursuit of a single Hamas commander – a commander, let us note, who will simply be replaced the moment he is dead. Even if the two Hamas leaders were assassinated, Israel could not have been in any doubt that it was perpetrating a war crime. But it has learned that, the more routine its war crimes become, the less coverage they receive – and the less outrage they provoke. In recent days, Israel has struck several United Nations schools serving as shelters, killing dozens more Palestinians. On Tuesday, another strike in the “safe zone” of al-Mawasi killed 17. According to the UN refugee agency, UNRWA, more than 70 percent of its schools – almost all of them serving as refugee shelters – have been bombed. Last week, western doctors who had volunteered in Gaza said Israel was packing its weapons with shrapnel to maximize injuries to those caught in the blast radius. Children, because of their smaller bodies, were being left with much more severe wounds. Aid agencies cannot properly treat the wounded, because Israel has been blocking the entry of medical supplies into Gaza. Committing war crimes, if western publics have not worked it out by now, is the very point of the “military operation” Israel launched in Gaza in the wake of Hamas’s one-day attack on October 7. That is why there are more than 38,800 known deaths from Israel’s 10-month assault – and likely at least four times that number unrecorded, according to leading researchers writing in the Lancet medical journal this month. That is why it will take at least 15 years to clear the rubble strewn across Gaza by Israeli bombs, according to the UN, and as much as 80 years – and $50 billion – to rebuild homes for the remnants of the enclave’s 2.3 million people still alive at the end. Israel’s twin goals have been biblical vengeance and the elimination of Gaza – a genocidal rampage to drive the terrified population out, ideally into neighboring Egypt. Shoot-everyone policy If that was not clear enough already, six Israeli soldiers recently stepped forward to speak out about what they had witnessed while serving in Gaza – a story the western media has entirely failed to report. Their testimonies, published by the Israel-based publication 972 last week, confirm what Palestinians have been saying for months. Commanders have authorized them to open fire on Palestinians at will. Anyone entering an area the Israeli military is treating as a “no-go zone” is shot on sight, whether man, woman or child. Back in March, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz warned that the Israeli military had created just such “kill zones,” where anyone entering was executed without warning. After months of an Israeli aid blockade that has created a man-made famine, Israel’s military has turned the people of Gaza’s ever-more frantic search for food into a game of Russian roulette. This perhaps explains, in part, why so many Palestinians are unaccounted for – Save the Children estimates some 21,000 children are missing. The soldiers quoted in 972 say the victims of their shoot-everyone policy are bulldozed out of view along routes where international aid convoys pass. A reserve soldier, identified only as S, said a Caterpillar bulldozer “clears the area of corpses, buries them under the rubble, and flips [them] aside so that the convoys don’t see it – [so that] images of people in advanced stages of decay don’t come out.” The soldier also noted: “The whole area [of Gaza where the army operates] was full of bodies… There is a horrific smell of death.” Several of the soldiers reported that stray cats and dogs, denied food and water for months just like Gaza’s population, feed on the dead bodies. The Israeli military has repeatedly refused to publish its open-fire regulations since it was first challenged to do so in the Israeli courts in the 1980s. A soldier named B told 972 that the Israeli army enjoyed “total freedom of action,” with soldiers expected to shoot directly at any Palestinian approaching their positions, rather than a warning shot in the air: “It’s permissible to shoot everyone, a young girl, an old woman.” When civilians were ordered to evacuate from a school serving as a shelter in Gaza City, B added, some mistakenly exited right towards the soldiers, rather than to the left. That included children. “Everyone who went to the right was killed – 15 to 20 people. There was a pile of bodies.” According to B, any Palestinian in Gaza can inadvertently find themselves a target: “It is forbidden to walk around, and everyone who is outside is suspicious. If we see someone in a window looking at us, he is a suspect. You shoot.” ‘Like a computer game’ Drawing on military practices familiar in the occupied West Bank too, the Israeli army encourages its soldiers to shoot even when no one is engaging them. These random, indiscriminate eruptions of fire are known as “demonstrating presence” – or more accurately, terrorizing and endangering the civilian population. In other instances, soldiers open fire just to let off steam, have fun, or, as one soldier put it, “experience the event” of being in Gaza. Yuval Green, a 26-year-old reservist from Jerusalem, the only soldier prepared to be named, observed: “People were shooting just to relieve the boredom.” Another soldier, M, similarly noted that “the shooting is very unrestricted, like crazy” – and not just from small arms. Troops use machine guns, tanks and mortar rounds in a similar, unwarranted frenzy. A, an officer in the army’s operations directorate, pointed out that this mood of utter recklessness extended all the way up the chain of command. Although the destruction of hospitals, schools, mosques, churches and international aid organizations requires authorization from a senior officer, in practice, such operations are almost always approved. A said: “I can count on one hand the cases where we were told not to shoot. Even with sensitive things like schools, [approval] feels like only a formality … No one will shed a tear if we flatten a house when there was no need, or if we shoot someone who we didn’t have to.” Commenting on the mood in the operations room, A said destroying buildings often “felt like a computer game.” In addition, A cast doubt on Israel’s claim that Hamas fighters comprised a high proportion of Gaza’s death toll. Anyone caught in Israel’s “kill zones” or targeted by a bored soldier was counted as a “terrorist.” Burning homes The soldiers also reported that their commanders destroyed homes not because they were suspected of serving as bases for Hamas fighters, but purely out of an urge for revenge against the entire population. Their testimonies confirm an earlier Haaretz report that the army was implementing a policy of torching Palestinian homes after they served their purpose as temporary locations for soldiers. Green said the principle was: “If you move [on], you have to burn down the house.” According to B, his company “burned hundreds of houses.” A policy of wanton, vengeful destruction is similarly implemented – on a far larger scale – by Israel’s fighter pilots and drone operators, explaining why at least two-thirds of Gaza’s housing stock has been left in ruins. There are other deceptions too. One of the stated reasons for Israel being in Gaza is to “bring back the hostages” – many dozens of Israelis who were dragged into Gaza on October 7. That message, however, has apparently not reached the Israeli military. He said he heard other soldiers stating: “The hostages are dead, they don’t stand a chance, they have to be abandoned.” Back in December, Israeli troops shot dead three hostages waving white flags. Reckless shooting into buildings poses the same threat to the lives of hostages as it does to Palestinian fighters and civilians. Such indifference might also explain why the Israeli political and military leadership has been willing to conduct such a comprehensive bombing of buildings and tunnels in Gaza, risking the lives of the hostages as much as Palestinian civilians. Culture of violence The story told by these soldiers in 972 should not surprise anyone – apart from those still desperately clinging to fairytales about Israel’s “most moral army in the world.” In fact, an investigation by CNN on the weekend found that Israeli commanders identified by US officials as committing particularly heinous war crimes in the occupied West Bank over the past decade have been promoted to senior positions in the Israeli military. Their job includes training ground troops in Gaza and overseeing operations there. A whistleblower from the Netzah Yehuda battalion who spoke to CNN said the commanders, drawn from Israel’s religious extremist ultra-Orthodox sector, stoked a culture of violence towards Palestinians, including vigilante-style attacks. As the CNN investigation indicates, the wanton death and destruction in Gaza is very much a feature, not a bug. For decades, the Israeli military has been implementing its inhumane policies towards Palestinians not just in the tiny enclave, but across the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem too. Israel has been suffocating Gaza with a siege for 17 years. And since 1967, it has been suffocating the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem with illegal settlements – many of them home to violent Jewish militias – to drive out the Palestinian population. What is new is the intensity and scale of the death and destruction Israel has been allowed to inflict since October 7. The gloves have come off, with the West’s approval. Israel’s agenda – of leaving historic Palestine empty of Palestinians – has been advanced from an ultimate, distant goal to an urgent, immediate one. Snake-like politicians Nonetheless, Israel’s much longer history of violence and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians is about to come sharply into focus, despite the best efforts of Israel to keep our attention fixed on a Hamas “terrorism” threat. The International Court of Justice in the Hague, often referred to as the World Court, is considering two cases against Israel. Best known is the one launched in January, putting Israel on trial for genocide. But on Friday, the World Court is due to issue a ruling on an older case – one that predates October 7. It will pronounce on whether Israel has broken international law by making the occupation of Palestine permanent. While stopping the genocide in Gaza is more pressing, a ruling from the court recognizing the illegal nature of Israel’s rule over Palestinians is equally important. It would give legal backing to what should be obvious: that a supposedly temporary military occupation long ago mutated into a permanent process of violent ethnic cleansing. Such a ruling would provide the context for understanding what Palestinians have been truly up against, while western capitals and western media have gaslit their publics year after year, decade after decade. This week, Oxfam accused the new British government under Keir Starmer of “aiding and abetting” Israel’s war crimes by calling for a ceasefire from one side of its mouth while actively supplying Israel with weapons to continue the slaughter. The Labor government is also dragging its feet on restoring funding to UNRWA, best placed to address the famine in Gaza. At Washington’s behest, Labor is seeking to block efforts by the International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor to issue arrest warrants against Netanyahu and his defense minister, Yoav Gallant, for war crimes. And there are still no signs that Starmer has any plans to recognize Palestine as a state, thus putting a UK marker down against Israel’s ethnic cleansing program. Sadly, Starmer is typical of the West’s snake-like politicians: flaunting his outrage at Russia’s “depraved” attacks on children in Ukraine, while keeping silent on the even more depraved bombing and starvation of Gaza’s children. He vows that his support for Ukrainians “won’t falter.” But his support for Palestinians in Gaza facing a genocide never even started. The Palestinians of Gaza – and the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem – are not just up against a law-breaking, savage Israeli military. They are being betrayed each day afresh by a West that gives such barbarity its blessing. IDF discovers Hamas base hidden inside ultrasound machine This justifies all of Israel's war crimes In a raid on one of the few hospitals in Gaza that Israel has not completely destroyed, the IDF has made the stunning discovery of a Hamas base hidden inside an ultrasound machine. As a result of this discovery, an IDF soldier did the only thing a normal person would do: he smashed the ultrasound machine to pieces. Obviously, this was the only way for Israel to be safe. You just never know when Hamas is planning to scan a pregnant mother, do you? The stunning discovery in the ultrasound machine has left the people who scoffed at the idea of a secret Hamas base that teleported into, around, and underneath hospitals, reeling. The Hamas base was real, after all, and only the very worst monsters would hide their base inside a baby scanner. This proves that every action in Israel’s war on children has been justified and the slaughter must continue. If you oppose shooting up hospitals and smashing ultrasound machines, I can only assume you support terrorism. The discovery of Hamas HQ has come at the perfect time for Benjamin Netanyahu who needed to announce some progress because he is feeling the pressure. The Israeli prime minister is visiting one of the few countries he will be allowed to enter once the ICC issues an arrest warrant, and he hopes to impress. The US (who else?) has invited its favourite war criminal to congress, giving him the opportunity to ask for an even bigger welfare cheque. The Americans who can’t get healthcare are thrilled at the prospect of more of their tax dollars going towards the destruction of hospitals. In one of the most historic moments since Blair went horse riding with Putin, President Biden plans to meet with Netanyahu tomorrow so they can reminisce about their war crimes. Netanyahu will use the opportunity to gauge whether to back Kamala Harris or offer his support to Donald Trump. Let’s be honest, there really isn’t much to choose between them. Netanyahu was warmly welcomed to Capitol Hill by every member of congress who is funded by AIPAC, which is pretty much all of them. AIPAC has reassured congress that 10% of whatever Israel gets from this trip will be given back to them in backhanders. I’m sure you will agree, these people deserve a pay rise. The Washington public certainly thinks so. Fans of Netanyahu were so excited by his arrival, they dyed the fountains of Capitol Hill red to honour his achievements and remind him how many gallons of blood he has spilled. Netanyahu was deeply touched by the gesture. I remember the dark days of politics when even warmongers had to pretend they were acting with a heavy heart. Today, politics is more inclusive because we get to proudly cheer on genocide like it’s a team sport - one in which our team always wins! Netanyahu touchingly wore a yellow badge during his speech in solidarity with the hostages because he cares so much, he has rejected any deal to free the hostages and killed ten times as many hostages as he has rescued. As you can see, Netanyahu’s logic is flawless and his sincerity is absolute. The leader who has addressed congress more times than any other felt no need to hide his true intentions. He sensibly demanded war against Iran and insisted the US and Israel must stand together, by which he meant the US must give him lots of money and do all the fighting because he does not want Iran’s missiles coming his way. Netanyahu’s request for tax dollars got so many rounds of applause, you would think he had cured world hunger, but he did something even better: he created his very own famine! Just remember, one day this will all be over and Netanyahu will get the credit for ending it. He deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for this, not an ICC arrest warrant. “Give me more money and I’ll finish the job!” Netanyahu bellowed and three congressmen saw their erectile dysfunction miraculously cured as they envisaged a mushroom cloud over Gaza. “Hamas burnt babies alive!” Netanyahu roared to rapturous applause, even though everyone in the room knew it wasn’t true. We love Netanyahu so much that we even clap when he lies about babies being killed to justify him killing babies! “I will finally destroy the ultrasound machines!” Netanyahu boomed, and at this point, members of congress were jumping out of their seats and hugging and kissing each other. Not everyone in the room was so happy though, and at least one party pooper tried her best to spoil the jubilation. A scowling Rashida Tlaib wore a keffiyeh and clutched a microphone bearing the words “war criminal” and I’m unclear why she was not arrested. Obviously, Rashida is a terrorist because she is Palestinian and she doesn’t want to pay for Palestinians to be bombed. She is so unreasonable and she is not the only one. In a disgraceful act of anti-Semitism, Jewish senator Bernie Sanders called Netanyahu a “war criminal”. If you criticise the leader of Israel, you must hate all Jews, apart from the hundreds of Jews who were protesting outside who must also hate all Jews. The same goes for the 30 Israelis, including former Mossad directors and IDF chiefs of staff, who wrote to congress, explaining Netanyahu has no mandate in Israel and is facing prosecution for serious crimes. Everyone who criticises Netanyahu is an anti-Semite, and when the smears don’t work, cops beat the shit out of protesters and we tell you they deserved it! One of the anti-genocide protesters was so jihadist, they burnt an effigy of Netanyahu, but the Israeli prime minister would never stoop to burning effigies. He just burns refugees alive in tents like a civilised human being. Netanyahu called the protesters “Iran’s useful idiots” and accused them of being “in league with Hamas” as brave cops pepper-sprayed and tear-gassed them for protesting against one of the few people Americans are not allowed to criticise. Israel killed Hamas leader due to concerns he was willing to accept a peace deal World War III is back on track... Israel has explained it had no choice but to kill a Hamas leader in Tehran, due to serious concerns he was willing to sign a peace agreement. There was also concern Iran had elected a moderate president, meaning the risk of peace had never been higher. Clearly, something had to be done and that something involved taking out the chief negotiator with a bomb. Israel demonstrated how impressively accurate its killing can be when it’s not launching bombs into Gaza. It can somehow get a bomb 1,187 miles into Ismail Haniyeh’s guest house, taking him out along with his children and grandchildren while minimising damage to the building. Israel sensibly doesn’t waste its good bombs on the Gaza population. Instead, it makes do with 2,000-lb dumb bombs that take out entire apartment buildings in a cost-effective manner. The problem with precision-guided missiles is you get fewer civilians per dollar. Israel only gets so much welfare from the US so it has to be practical about these things. The colonial project can’t go squandering money willy-nilly, can it? When Benjamin Netanyahu funnelled $1 billion of Qatari money to Hamas, the entire point was to make peace impossible. You can imagine Netanyahu’s dilemma when peace did, in fact, become possible. Haniyeh was deep into negotiations at the time of his assassination, and to Netanyahu’s horror, he appeared willing to meet Israel’s demands. Once Haniyeh was dead, the US explained a ceasefire is now in reach and promised Israel more bombs because there are still leaders to assassinate. The US explained Israel has a right to defend itself from peace negotiators and warned Iran against launching an unprovoked attack in retaliation. Iran has already threatened to strike Israeli soil and Netanyahu is praying it does so he can avoid prison. Let’s be honest, we would all start World War III to escape the wrath of the law. The US has promised to come to the rescue of Israel, if and when it starts a fight it cannot win. No wonder Netanyahu feels so emboldened. He wasn’t done with bombing Tehran and also bombed Lebanon in revenge for the iron dome misfiring and wiping out school kids in the occupied Golan Heights. By blaming Hezbollah, Israel not only avoided accountability, but found an excuse to kill another leader it doesn’t like. The Israeli government cleverly pretended the children it mistakenly killed were Israelis to garner international sympathy. Likud politicians even tried to attend their funerals, but the families told them to fuck off, making them look like lying dickheads. Worryingly, the world is not buying Israel’s shit and the EU has demanded an independent investigation into the matter. This is totally unfair because everyone knows Israel only bombs Lebanon in retaliation, which is why 80% of the rockets exchanged between the countries are fired by Israel. It’s hard to understand how Israel is losing the PR battle, given what an expert job it has done blowing the heads off journalists. Unfortunately, Al Jazeera journalists are fearless and keep doing their jobs, even when Israel murders their colleagues. You can imagine how awkward this is for IDF soldiers who are taken out of action by bee stings. More journalists have been killed in Gaza in nine months than were killed in Vietnam and World War II combined, but as the Middle East’s only democracy, Israel has every right to defend itself from journalism. The Middle East’s only democracy recently had a political debate about whether it’s okay to rape prisoners with electrified metal poles. The outcome of the debate was it’s acceptable because Palestinians are all rapists. As you can see, this logic is flawless. The rape suspects have now been released from custody and can hopefully return to their duties in the world’s most moral army. Thankfully, not a single western government is talking about their crimes because the Israeli lobby would cut their pocket money. This is why the UK prime minister has decided the best response to the attacks by Israel is to punish Iran. Israel’s genocide is going so well that opinion polls show public sympathy lies with Palestine, but Sir Keir Starmer doesn’t care what you lot think. Killing Cancer Makes it Metastasize Why trying to kill cancer without addressing the root cause can kill you. Dr. Syed Haider Early Infinity War Art Shows a Very Different End Fight Between Thor & Thanos Ivermectin and Fenbendazole are currently the darlings of the alternative health cancer sphere. My most popular blog post is a simplified explainer of the mechanisms behind Adam Gaertner’s protocol that utilizes them along with Vitamin C (and baking soda of all things) to wipe out cancer. This protocol has been shown to work in some people, at least in so far as their stage 3 or 4 cancer went away in the immediate term, but, like any generic protocol, it doesn’t always work. And we have no idea what will happen in the long run for people who use this easy out that does not address the underlying causes of cancer, but simply hacks the system to get the immune cells to stop ignoring the cancer and kill it. The underlying assumption of mainstream cancer care and alternative cancer care is that the body is making a mistake by not killing the cancer, it has been outsmarted by those wily cancer cells. It is the same assumption made about every disease. It is a bad assumption. But how can literally killing the cancer actually force it to metastasize? Allow me a superhero metaphor to illustrate: before Disney went super woke they released Avengers: Endgame, which most fans enjoyed. At the beginning of part one the superhero Thor (the immune system) gets trounced by the arch villain Thanos (the cancer). He then spends the rest of the movie recovering and trying to build a super weapon that can kill Thanos. He succeeds, and at the end he comes flying out of the sky with his giant battle-ax forged in the heat of a dying star held high which he drives straight into Thanos’ chest. But it’s not a killer blow, so he starts to push it in past the Big Bad’s ribs towards his heart. Thanos looks at him and says, "You should have gone for the head,” and promptly snaps his finger to teleport away while simultaneously activating his super weapon that kills half the people in the universe Avengers Infinity War GIF The point of that rehash of a movie many of you probably didn’t watch is to illustrate that if you don’t hit cancer at the root it can teleport, or metastasize away which in and of itself can end up killing you. One way this can happen is if you use mainstream medical therapies that prevent mitosis, i.e. cell division. Another way it might happen is if you use alternative therapies like ivermectin and fenbendazole that also inhibit mitotic division of cancer cells. The question is why? Now this is where it gets interesting, a bit complicated and theoretical, but also fascinating and we need to take a very slight detour to set the groundwork for understanding it: Every process in living cells including mitotic cell division depends on a seesaw balance between stimulating and opposing factors. One of the strongest stimulators for cell division is the UV light released by the nucleus during cell division itself, called biophotons. These biophotons further stimulate nearby cells to divide. The more mitosis there is the more mitosis you get unless it’s otherwise inhibited due to normal feedback loops. The nature of cancer is to rapidly divide at all costs (as though it is afraid it will die otherwise), sacrificing everything on the altar of rapid cell division, eventually even itself since when it kills you it kills itself too. All the feedback loops that would normally inhibits cancer cell division are severed. When the cell division seesaw in cancer is successfully tipped towards no division by a chemotherapeutic agent or off-label drug, the cancer desperately casts about for a workaround, some way to weigh down the division stimulating side of the seesaw even more. The easiest available “weight” it can add to its preferred side of the seesaw is to find an external source of UV light - e.g. seek out UV from the sun near the surface of the body, or in another tissue that is not affected by the blocker and is still metabolically active and dividing, producing enough of the precious UV biophotons that the cancer can use to override the mitotic inhibitor and jump start its own cell division again. Share Often the drugs used to stop cancer from dividing, and thus kill it, will work on most of the cancer cells, but not all of them, since they mutate very rapidly and develop resistance to single therapeutics. Then you’ve got metastasized and resistant cancer. Rinse and repeat, at each stage not completely killing the thing, and driving it to teleport elsewhere, and eventually you’ve checkmated yourself by making the same wrong move repeatedly. This is one example of a broader problem: incomplete, inadequate approaches to chronic diseases like cancer. Chronic diseases are mostly initiated by chronic toxicity: environmental, mental, emotional, physical, energetic, etc. If detox organs and pathways are operating sub-optimally due to chronic toxicity, then the body responds as best it can by trying to contain it, wall it off, live with it. Sweeping It Under the Rug – Corvid Academy We interfere and instead of dealing with the underlying cause, we sweep it under the rug and deal only with the intermediate effects: the chronic inflammation or cancer that results. We may even poke holes in it and let out what’s bottled up. And if we do succeed in eliminating the inflammation or cancer, the underlying toxicity is released to wreak havoc on us, and sooner or later the same thing or something worse pops up again. This is why there is no easy way out of a serious illness. The illness itself is your body's best solution to your underlying problem, so you can’t just "treat" the illness, you have to treat the underlying problem that caused it. Given that most Zionists are former Europeans, they have little claim to legitimacy in Palestine versus that of those that have lived there for centuries, Jews included. Al-Mayadeen did publish an article based on an interview with a Hamas official based in Lebanon, Ahmad Abdel Hadi, that needs to be provided in full: The primary context for the Palestinian factions' agreement and the signing of the Beijing Declaration is the significant strategic achievement represented by Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, which made global public opinion recognize the Palestinian people's rights, said Hamas representative in Lebanon, Ahmad Abdel Hadi. Abdel Hadi told Al Mayadeen that the second context for the Beijing Declaration is the genocide and starvation war that the Israeli occupation has been waging in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023. According to the Hamas official, this factor places a huge responsibility on those meeting in Beijing to unite against the Israeli aggression. He added that the third context for the agreement is the American-Israeli attempt, in collaboration with regional countries, to establish alternative forces to the Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip, through Arab or Islamic forces under international sponsorship to oversee relief and reconstruction operations. The official made it clear that the Palestinian people and Resistance will consider any foreign force in the Gaza Strip as an "occupying force" and would treat it as such, "an occupation". Abdel Hadi praised the Beijing Declaration, pointing out that it blocks American-Israeli schemes and plans that serve the occupation's interests and that seek to establish a new reality by offering alternatives to the Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip. He revealed that the agreement outlines a transitional phase until the election of a Palestinian National Council and the formation of a Palestinian government. It also includes coordinating meetings of the unified leadership framework, which includes all the general secretaries of the Palestinian factions and acts as a guarantor for outlining and scheduling what was agreed upon in the Beijing Declaration. The Hamas official highlighted China's role as a guarantor through close follow-up with the general secretaries of the Palestinian factions and "all necessary parties," as well as those involved in reconciliation efforts and previous dialogue sponsorships, such as Egypt and Algeria, as stipulated in the agreement. He noted that the declaration included the minimum common points among all factions, "imposed by the prevailing situation, necessities, and national responsibility." According to Abdel Hadi, the agreement respects "the armed Resistance of Hamas, Islamic Jihad, the Popular Front, and several factions in the Gaza Strip, as well as the popular uprising in the West Bank," in addition to "the popular and political resistance of Fatah and PLO factions." The Hamas official underlined that the Palestinian Resistance factions believe in establishing a Palestinian state on the entire occupied Palestinian territory, with al-Quds as its capital, without recognizing the Israeli entity. He said the factions would respond to upcoming developments according to changing realities. He noted that the Resistance forces can deal with "the current reality based on the global recognition of Palestinian rights if the world can provide a [Palestinian] state within the 1967 borders with full sovereignty and without recognizing Israel and preserve the right of return as a step toward fully liberating our land." Elsewhere, Abdel Hadi stated that any effort to bring the Palestinian factions closer and achieve reconciliation "will upset the occupation," which has long worked to "strengthen division through various means," confirming that the actual implementation of the agreement signed in Beijing "greatly disturbs" "Israel". In this context, the Israeli "Institute for National Security Studies" (INSS) suggested earlier that, although the path to reconciliation between Fatah and Hamas is a possibly long one, it is nevertheless a blow to "Israel". The INSS indicated that discussions in Beijing, together with China's support at the UN, maintain Hamas' legitimacy, making it harder for the Israeli occupation to establish a "the day after" solution in Gaza without the movement's involvement. [My Emphasis] I note that Egypt, Algeria, China, and Russia are being noted for their help along with China in overcoming “the division.” The Hamas official seems to suggest that the Palestinians want to reclaim all of Mandate Palestine. Nowhere is the Two-State Solution mentioned, although UNGA Resolution 181 is viewed in a positive light despite the fact that it indeed proposed a two-state solution from Point 9: During the transitional period no Jew shall be permitted to establish residence in the area of the proposed Arab State, and no Arab shall be permitted to establish residence in the area of the proposed Jewish State, except by special leave of the Commission. Again, I return to my assessment that force will be required to attain compliance as the Zionists refuse to negotiate or obey International Law of almost any sort—and it’s not just the Zionist government of Occupied Palestine, but a large majority of its populous who have also proven to be outlaws and complicit in the Zionist Genocide Project. Gaza, 2017. On most of my trips to Gaza, a common treat we enjoyed was Gazan knafeh, كنافة عربية, knafah arabiya. The typical image that comes to mind when thinking of knafeh is the cheesy kind found in Nablus. In Gaza, though, there is a special kind that can't be found anywhere else. Unlike Nabulsi knafeh, Gazan knafeh is full of walnuts, nutmeg, and cinnamon, but notably, no cheese. It is nutty, hearty, and indescribably delicious. It is incredibly filling and pairs perfectly with coffee; a local delicacy that I wish everyone could try. I would always look forward to having some at one of the most well known and famous knafeh shops in Gaza: Abu Al Saoud, also known as Saqallah's sweet shop. Before the on-going genocide, everyday Palestinians in Gaza suffered immensely from Israel's blockade and occupation. Their suffering is extremely well documented. They lived in a place where the number of calories allowed entry through the blockade per human being are computed like a math equation. Israel often adjusts the area of the Gazan sea where fishing is allowed which affects how much and what kinds of fish are available. It is clear that these actions are collective punishment with the goal to cause immense suffering upon a captive civilian population and demonstrate the immense control Israel has over Palestinians. Despite all of this immense suffering, Gazans have found creative and ingenious ways to create delicious food with the very scarce resources they had access to, when they were available. The Gaza Kitchen: A Palestinian Culinary Journey is a marvelous cookbook that catalogs local Gazan recipes combined with the stories of everyday Gazans. It even has the Saqallah family's knafeh arabiya recipe recorded for those with strong enough baking skills to attempt to reproduce at home. As famine spreads across Gaza during the genocide happening now, I find myself plunged into sorrow and despair. I try to distract myself, but my thoughts constantly shift to my friends and their families who are still in Gaza. Will they starve to death? Why are we allowing this to happen? In a futile attempt to quiet my mind, I began researching Gazan knafeh so that I could make an attempt at baking it at home. My naïve hope for a temporary distraction was shattered instantly. While researching the Saqallah family's recipe, I learned Israel brutally murdered 30 to 40 members of the Saqallah family in the early weeks of this genocide. Everyone who was in the family home was killed in an Israeli airstrike, leaving a horrific scene with "body parts flung on the ground." An entire family summarily executed; another unspeakably horrific crime perpetrated by the Israeli government, among many, many more. I don't even have the words to express the immense rage and anger that I felt when I stumbled on this while simply researching a dessert recipe. Who knows how many family recipes, local delicacies, and tiny aspects of Gazan culture have already been lost forever in Israel's continued genocide and ethnic cleansing of Gaza? As we watch these crimes against humanity streamed to us live on the internet, our "leaders" continue to support and embolden these actions by providing endless aid to the Israeli government with no strings attached. Why must an entire civilian population of millions be murdered, displaced, and have their culture erased? What greater purpose could this possibly serve? I am so incredibly thankful that the Saqallah family's recipe was recorded in The Gaza Kitchen. The simple act of recording a recipe is a tiny, but meaningful act of resistance against an oppressor with billions of dollars in military aid. Recording this recipe ensures it won't be lost and that it will continue to live on. It stands as a small, but powerful reminder that while the Israeli government can turn any brief moment of happiness in Gaza into a living nightmare, it will never succeed in its ultimate goal of deleting Gaza in its entirety. The parts of Gaza in our photos, memories, stories, recipes, and hearts will live on forever and no one, not even the Israeli government, can ever take that away.
