A piece of land here in Dumaguete is so sought for so people have to set up signs on empty pieces of land that it is NOT for sale because too many people dig for their number and asks to buy;) I spoke to a sales agent today and outside the city in the cool hills she sold houses to German, Swiss, American and Swedish just these last months. Some have money here and can spend 400-500$/night here.

Valentines Day is for sure a consumer trap here in the Philippines. Especially Dumaguete where most of the population are university students. Restaurants visits, insane traffic, back alley f***ing, plastic flowers and Fererro Rocher-chocolate box copies.
My hotel invited the guests for a light dinner and later , even I met a student. Rough day after ;o

This is the mantis shrimp . Very unusual to see out of its hole. This is the quickest animal on earth and it boxes quicker than a 9mm bullet, making the water boil around its joints. It also have the best eye-sight of all animals also. This animal could easily be a tatoo on my body! #dumaguete #dauin #underwaterphotography

By the Dumaguete waterfront they have decorated a park with led-lighted local animals, like the Whale Shark and ???? so Beautiful. Great atmos

First night in Dumaguete and the sun sets behind the volcanoes and I have ocean view from my favorite café Sans Rival. With the pastry Sans Rival. Local delicious stuff merengue based! I see the island of #Cebu and #Siquijour also. Going all in with the Hibiscus ???? stuff ;)

Now I have landed in the University city of Dumaguete. It is on Forbes magazine top 10 list of the best cities in the world to retire in. Good talking points is, dogs are on leashes and not street dogs. One can have real coffe and not these sugar attacks Philippinos serve otherwise. They have tons of Negros also ????????

This was a cool surprised! When buying domestic flights in Philippines one could pay with crypto:)
