Excerpt, FA8650-13-D-6368, Section J, Statement of Work, Directed Energy Bio-Mechanisms Thermal and Behavioral Effects of Exposure to Moving Small-Diameter 95-GHz Millimeter Wave Energy Spots Active Denial Systems, the Air Force Research Laboratory tells us, have been developed over 15 years of research–in 2013, which makes that number over 25 now–supporting their “safety and effectiveness as a non-lethal weapon”. Further research in this area is continuing, as a Research Project document returned by Wright Patterson Air Force Base revealing experimental use of 95GHz Millimeter Wave energy spots intended to penetrate skin notes. This project, with a Protocol Number FWR20120147H, and risk marked “Greater than minimal” by an Institutional Review Board nevertheless approved the call for volunteers, publishing instructions which read as alarming to say the least while minimizing the harm to humans and animals in carefully shielding language. Human Subject Research Protections While there remains much to be investigated, analyzed, and reported regarding these US Air Force documents, and the entirety of the available documents is still and newly being awaited from the US Air Force and from Muckrock, where the FOIA requests for them were originally made–and this writer has resumed closer scrutiny of all declassified documents from the Forces revealing energy-weapon research using human subjects, especially post the Second Worldwide Conference on Non-Consensual DEW/Neurotechnology use on world populations, this document which now includes lists of regulations and rules governing Human Research Protections from the US Air Force, US Navy, US Army, and OSD (office of the secretary of defense) will be of interest to all in the USA and worldwide who believe–for good reason–they are being non-consensually remote-accessed with electronic warfare technologies i.e. Directed Energy weaponry or technologies in weapons-testing contracts still being kept classified and unrevealed by local governments and fusion centers involved in permitting and executing these research projects on them, i.e. on unlawfully targeted civilians and veterans on the ground. This writer, as many may know, has experienced much unanticipated, unwarranted, and egregious whistleblower retaliation in recent times–including endless slander in smear campaigns and false psychiatric labeling–for her work in investigating and reporting such projects–but continues to examine and report the human rights and substantive, technical aspects as indeed she must. Excerpt from Document posted above, DoD Regulations and Guidance, Human Subject Research Protections It’s Directed Energy Weapon-Testing, Not “Mental Illness” There is much to report on this subject, and I continue to examine international human rights law, DoD regulations as noted above, other aspects of these received documents, and other aspects of Directed Energy Weapons Testing Operations, which have been conducted in the US and worldwide since it appears 1997, and perhaps earlier. This is a preliminary overview report to resurface this subject and these documents, because they are important: they prove that such weapons-testing operations have been (and are still being) carried out in the USA–under guise of surveillance and counter-terrorism it appears–and they attest to all that these remote-accessing electronic warfare Directed Energy Weapon technologies affecting bodies and brains are real. Those experiencing harm today from such organized projects involving fusion center contractor action against them should share this report and all documents here with family members and friends, primary care physicians, therapists, psychologists, counselors, psychiatrists. Almost everyone reporting these crimes is falsely named mentally ill by their own neurally-influenced family members. Those in Government aware of these projects and operations yet participating in keeping them secret may want to focus instead on these human subject research protections and act to save lives and families, rather than Defense budgets: weapons-testing operations, clearly, on human beings need to be Stopped. I hope to add to this page and post all received correspondence and documents on the several FOIA requests which inform this report, some of which was brought to my attention only recently. Confusion at Muckrock–where my FOIA requests, I was told recently, were put under embargo, while notifications of receipt of documents, let alone documents and correspondence, were never sent to me on time and other correspondence not retained online–is still being examined. Directed Energy Weapons Testing Contracts All Over USA and World At the time that I made and followed these FOIA requests, I also spoke to FOIA analysts on Air Force bases, one of whom shared with me that there were numerous weapons-testing contracts–upto 1300 she said–ongoing then, with non-lethal weapons or DEWs, all over the USA, as indeed has been reported in the military press, if only briefly, and noted in my US and NATO Weapons-Testing thread. These Directed Energy Weapons Testing and Training operations, it appears, are being conducted worldwide. Under cover of these projects, other classified projects, in biomedical research, Artificial Intelligence research, Brain research and others are also being flown, it appears. Social harassment in neighborhoods–what used to be called “Organized Stalking and Electronic Harassment–OS/EH” by some or “Gangstalking” by others–also owes its existence, partially, this writer believes, along with Phoenix Operations and COINTELPRO and current-day “community policing” and “community participatory research” and “community care” to the cover of these DEW testing operations. Uncovering these weapon-testing projects using humans therefore should be a major subject for all journalists and human rights activists working in the basic fields of Surveillance and political journalism today. In my view, this is National Security journalism, and all editors, publishers, reporters aware of and able to further interpret and report on these declassified military documents may want to do so. Local Government Calls for Immediate Suspension of Vaccines Rebekah Barnett In a surprise move, the local government of West Australian mining town Port Hedland is calling for immediate suspension of the Moderna and Pfizer Covid vaccines pending an investigation into evidence of excessive levels of synthetic DNA in the shots. At a special meeting on 11 October, Port Hedland councillors voted five to two in favour of notifying all of Australia’s 537 local councils of the evidence of the DNA contamination in the vaccines, and associated risks. “We are gravely concerned about the potential health risks posed by synthetic DNA contamination, including the dangers of genomic integration, cancer, hereditary defects and immune system disruption,” said the letter, a copy of which was sent to councillors around the country following the vote. Letters were also sent to every health practitioner within the Port Hedland area strongly urging them to share this information with patients contemplating receiving any Pfizer or Moderna Covid modified-RNA (mod-RNA) vaccines. The Port Hedland Council joins federal independent MP Russell Broadbent in calling for the suspension of the vaccines until an urgent and thorough investigation has been carried out into the DNA contamination matter. Port Hedland Councillor Adrian McRae, who brought the motion, said that he hoped the vote “will be the ripple that creates a bigger wave across the country, and perhaps the world” on the issue of Covid vaccine safety. The move comes after independent testing of Australian vials of Moderna and Pfizer Covid vaccines, by Canadian virologist Dr David Speicher, detected residual synthetic DNA at levels up to 145 above the regulatory limit. Independent studies in Canada, the US, and Germany had previously tested the mod-RNA vaccines and found excessive levels of DNA, which is a byproduct of the production process and is allowed in amounts of up to 10 nanograms per dose under international regulations. In the Pfizer vaccine, there is a DNA sequence called the SV40 enhancer/promoter, which is known for its utility in gene therapies to drive DNA into the nucleus of cells. The SV40 enhancer/promoter (not the same as the SV40 virus) was discovered in the Pfizer vaccine in 2023 by genomics scientist Kevin McKernan and has since been acknowledged by regulators, including the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and Health Canada. Responding to these findings, Florida Surgeon General Dr Joseph A. Ladapo petitioned the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to halt the Covid mod-RNA vaccine program in December last year. However, both the FDA and the TGA deny that the vaccines contain high levels of DNA or that the synthetic DNA poses any safety risks, including the SV40 enhancer/promoter. In a statement released after the Port Hedland council vote, the TGA said that it was aware of “misinformation” in recent reporting of the contamination issue and that findings of high levels of residual DNA in the mod-RNA vaccines are “not robust or reliable, and are creating confusion and concern regarding the safety of vaccines.” But the TGA did not provide any evidence to support its claims or refute the work of independent scientists who detected the contamination. At the same time, the TGA mischaracterised the scientists’ work and omitted some key, but inconvenient facts from its statement. The TGA claimed that it has independently tested 27 batches of mod-RNA vaccines for residual DNA levels and found them to be compliant. However, no one can verify this, because the TGA fully redacted the results when a Freedom of Information (FOI 4558) request compelled their release. The TGA misleadingly criticised the use of a testing method called fluorometry in some studies but ignored the evidence of excessive DNA using qPCR, which is the TGA’s preferred method for testing residual DNA levels. The TGA also ignored a step taken by Dr Speicher (the use of an enzyme called Rnase A) to ensure the accuracy of the fluorometry reading. The TGA failed to address the implications of residual DNA being encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), which go to every major organ system in the body (according to Pfizer’s biodistribution data) and enter the cells (according to the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator). And the regulator did not address the presence of the SV40 enhancer/promotor at all. West Australian Premier Roger Cook slammed the Port Hedland council for passing the motion to alert Australians to the DNA contamination issue, telling the press that the council had gone “off the rails” and “should stick to its knitting.” But Port Hedland residents who attended the special meeting implored the council to take action, as did internationally lauded Professor of Oncology Angus Dalgleish, in a recorded address in support of the motion. Professor Dalgleish, who previously sat on the scientific board of mRNA technology company CureVac, said he had seen an upsurge in aggressive, fast-progressing cancers in his oncology practice amongst patients who had received Covid vaccine boosters, particularly colorectal and blood cancers. “We need our health authorities to begin monitoring these trends, develop testing protocols for those exposed to synthetic DNA contamination, and prepare treatment pathways for the inevitable rise in vaccine-induced conditions,” he said. The motion to warn Australians of the DNA contamination in the mod-RNA shots was supported by Councillors Adrian McRae, Sven Arentz, Lorraine Butson, Camilo Blanco, and Deputy Mayor Ash Christensen. It was opposed by Mayor Peter Carter and Councillor Ambika Rebello. Blanco, who formerly served as Port Hedland Mayor, said he was inundated with calls from other local government areas after the Port Hedland Council motion was passed. “I’ve been contacted by so many councils that are ready for this,” he said. “They can’t just ignore this. A John Hopkins Genetic Study has concluded that 97.5% of the “Judaica” living in the Zionist settlement known as Israel have no connection to the ancient Hebrews and neither do they have blood ties to ancient Israel. The study also pointed out that 80% of Palestinians carry ancient Hebrew DNA and blood. Another study (New York Genome Centre, 2021) revealed that the DNA of modern Palestinians matches that of Bronze Age people who lived in the Holy Land around 2500-1700 BCE. A third study (John Hopkins School of Public Health) strongly backed the Khazarian Hypothesis, as opposed to the Rhineland Hypothesis of European Jewish (Ashkenazi) origin. The mendacious Rhineland Hypothesis claims European Jews descend from Israelite-Canaanite tribes who left Palestine for Europe when the Arabs conquered Palestine in the 7th Century. In the 15th century, some of these 50,000 Jews left Germany for the East. Although they were persecuted and denied economic opportunities in Eastern Europe, they somehow multiplied to 8 million in the 20th century. Such an incredible increase in their numbers would probably mean 12-member families generation after generation. This ridiculous fable is promoted by a number of Jewish professors as history. Incidentally, what happened to the Canaanites (traditional enemies of the Jews because Abraham grabbed their homeland) who were supposedly fellow-travelers of the Palestine Jews? The above fairy tale is shattered by the far more credible Khazarian Hypothesis. That hypothesis says Khazars were a confederation of Turkish tribes who lived north of the Caucasus, between the Black and Caspian seas. They were a powerful presence from the 7th to the 9th century. A warlike people, they often attacked the neighboring lands. When the Khazars were at their height of power and influence they decided to change their religion and convert en masse to Christianity or Islam or to Judaism. They eventually opted for Judaism. A few centuries later, when the Khazars were attacked by Mongol invaders, they rushed to Eastern Europe. Because they adhered to Judaism, they were identified as Jews by Eastern Europeans. Local Government Calls for Immediate Suspension of Vaccines Rebekah Barnett In a surprise move, the local government of West Australian mining town Port Hedland is calling for immediate suspension of the Moderna and Pfizer Covid vaccines pending an investigation into evidence of excessive levels of synthetic DNA in the shots. At a special meeting on 11 October, Port Hedland councillors voted five to two in favour of notifying all of Australia’s 537 local councils of the evidence of the DNA contamination in the vaccines, and associated risks. “We are gravely concerned about the potential health risks posed by synthetic DNA contamination, including the dangers of genomic integration, cancer, hereditary defects and immune system disruption,” said the letter, a copy of which was sent to councillors around the country following the vote. Letters were also sent to every health practitioner within the Port Hedland area strongly urging them to share this information with patients contemplating receiving any Pfizer or Moderna Covid modified-RNA (mod-RNA) vaccines. The Port Hedland Council joins federal independent MP Russell Broadbent in calling for the suspension of the vaccines until an urgent and thorough investigation has been carried out into the DNA contamination matter. Port Hedland Councillor Adrian McRae, who brought the motion, said that he hoped the vote “will be the ripple that creates a bigger wave across the country, and perhaps the world” on the issue of Covid vaccine safety. The move comes after independent testing of Australian vials of Moderna and Pfizer Covid vaccines, by Canadian virologist Dr David Speicher, detected residual synthetic DNA at levels up to 145 above the regulatory limit. Independent studies in Canada, the US, and Germany had previously tested the mod-RNA vaccines and found excessive levels of DNA, which is a byproduct of the production process and is allowed in amounts of up to 10 nanograms per dose under international regulations. In the Pfizer vaccine, there is a DNA sequence called the SV40 enhancer/promoter, which is known for its utility in gene therapies to drive DNA into the nucleus of cells. The SV40 enhancer/promoter (not the same as the SV40 virus) was discovered in the Pfizer vaccine in 2023 by genomics scientist Kevin McKernan and has since been acknowledged by regulators, including the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and Health Canada. Responding to these findings, Florida Surgeon General Dr Joseph A. Ladapo petitioned the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to halt the Covid mod-RNA vaccine program in December last year. However, both the FDA and the TGA deny that the vaccines contain high levels of DNA or that the synthetic DNA poses any safety risks, including the SV40 enhancer/promoter. In a statement released after the Port Hedland council vote, the TGA said that it was aware of “misinformation” in recent reporting of the contamination issue and that findings of high levels of residual DNA in the mod-RNA vaccines are “not robust or reliable, and are creating confusion and concern regarding the safety of vaccines.” But the TGA did not provide any evidence to support its claims or refute the work of independent scientists who detected the contamination. At the same time, the TGA mischaracterised the scientists’ work and omitted some key, but inconvenient facts from its statement. The TGA claimed that it has independently tested 27 batches of mod-RNA vaccines for residual DNA levels and found them to be compliant. However, no one can verify this, because the TGA fully redacted the results when a Freedom of Information (FOI 4558) request compelled their release. The TGA misleadingly criticised the use of a testing method called fluorometry in some studies but ignored the evidence of excessive DNA using qPCR, which is the TGA’s preferred method for testing residual DNA levels. The TGA also ignored a step taken by Dr Speicher (the use of an enzyme called Rnase A) to ensure the accuracy of the fluorometry reading. The TGA failed to address the implications of residual DNA being encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), which go to every major organ system in the body (according to Pfizer’s biodistribution data) and enter the cells (according to the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator). And the regulator did not address the presence of the SV40 enhancer/promotor at all. West Australian Premier Roger Cook slammed the Port Hedland council for passing the motion to alert Australians to the DNA contamination issue, telling the press that the council had gone “off the rails” and “should stick to its knitting.” But Port Hedland residents who attended the special meeting implored the council to take action, as did internationally lauded Professor of Oncology Angus Dalgleish, in a recorded address in support of the motion. Professor Dalgleish, who previously sat on the scientific board of mRNA technology company CureVac, said he had seen an upsurge in aggressive, fast-progressing cancers in his oncology practice amongst patients who had received Covid vaccine boosters, particularly colorectal and blood cancers. “We need our health authorities to begin monitoring these trends, develop testing protocols for those exposed to synthetic DNA contamination, and prepare treatment pathways for the inevitable rise in vaccine-induced conditions,” he said. The motion to warn Australians of the DNA contamination in the mod-RNA shots was supported by Councillors Adrian McRae, Sven Arentz, Lorraine Butson, Camilo Blanco, and Deputy Mayor Ash Christensen. It was opposed by Mayor Peter Carter and Councillor Ambika Rebello. Blanco, who formerly served as Port Hedland Mayor, said he was inundated with calls from other local government areas after the Port Hedland Council motion was passed. “I’ve been contacted by so many councils that are ready for this,” he said. “They can’t just ignore this. The directors are Ken Burns and Lynn Novick. Acclaimed for his documentaries on the Civil War, the Great Depression and the history of jazz, Burns says of his Vietnam films, “They will inspire our country to begin to talk and think about the Vietnam war in an entirely new way”. In a society often bereft of historical memory and in thrall to the propaganda of its “exceptionalism”, Burns’ “entirely new” Vietnam war is presented as “epic, historic work”. Its lavish advertising campaign promotes its biggest backer, Bank of America, which in 1971 was burned down by students in Santa Barbara, California, as a symbol of the hated war in Vietnam. Europe is threatened again with becoming a military training ground for nuclear weapons. We must raise our voice against this.” But not in America. The thousands who turned out for Senator Bernie Sanders‘ “revolution” in last year’s presidential campaign are collectively mute on these dangers. That most of America’s violence across the world has been perpetrated not by Republicans, or mutants like Trump, but by liberal Democrats, remains a taboo. Barack Obama provided the apotheosis, with seven simultaneous wars, a presidential record, including the destruction of Libya as a modern state. The Biological Weapons Convention, which every major nation has signed, “prohibits the development, production, acquisition, transfer, stockpiling and use of biological and toxin weapons.” As a result, gain-of-function research – the process of taking viruses and other pathogens found in nature and making them more transmissible and dangerous in humans – must be justified by defining it as something other than what it really is – namely, the creation of biological weapons and countermeasures for those weapons. The grand deception – the big lie – used to justify gain-of-function research goes something like this: “We need to alter pathogens in the lab to anticipate the mutations that just might occur in nature, and to promote the production of vaccines to protect humanity from these theoretical superbugs.” In truth, there is no legitimate reason to create superbugs in the laboratory. One does not save Tokyo by creating Godzilla. Unfortunately, science can be both complicated and confusing, especially when the “experts” are intentionally untruthful. This grand deception has therefore worked for decades, and a gigantic, profitable, and frankly terrifying pandemic preparedness industry involving governments, non-governmental organizations, Big Pharma, and universities has grown as a result. In order to expose and discredit a big lie that has persisted for such a long time, sometimes a “smoking gun” is needed – that is, a piece of clear and obvious evidence that the long-held premise is false. In the case of the big lie surrounding gain-of-function research and the pandemic preparedness industry, monkeypox serves the role of smoking gun. Monkeypox virus is back in the news in 2024, as one of the pandemic industrial complex’s leading candidates for the so-called “Disease X” about which the World Health Organization has been sounding its relentless alarm. (Of course, this is the second time monkeypox has been trotted out in recent years, after the 2022 monkeypox fear porn campaign in the United States that ultimately fizzled out.) Once one gains a thorough understanding of both the monkeypox virus’s peculiar history in the US, as well as the natural characteristics of the virus, one can easily see through the grand deception – the big lie – that is used to justify gain-of-function research and the entire “pandemic preparedness” industry. Monkeypox Comes to America In 2003, through exotic pet importation, 35 people in six US states were confirmed to have been infected with the clade II type of the monkeypox virus. The humans contracted the disease from infected prairie dogs, kept as pets, that had themselves been exposed to either contaminated imported animals or other individuals infected with the virus. All human cases made a full recovery without lasting effects. This outbreak was an odd, self-limited, and entirely incidental occurrence of a rare and essentially non-lethal virus finding its way to the US by specific and preventable circumstances. In a world of sensible and ethical public health practices, this event should have prompted a reasonable, proportionate response, such as increased precautions regarding the exotic animal trade. Instead, this incident opened the floodgates to dangerous research by scientists who sought to identify a strain of monkeypox that could easily be passed to humans by way of aerosol transmission. In 2009, Christina Hutson and her team at the CDC collaborated with Jorge Osorio at the University of Wisconsin to investigate the transmissibility of monkeypox. Again, in 2012, Hutson teamed with other universities to test and compare the transmissibility of the monkeypox virus in rodents, ultimately determining in those experiments that “transmission of viruses from each of the MPXV clade was minimal via respiratory transmission.” Again, in a sensible and ethical world, these findings might have shut the door on ill-advised research on monkeypox. As we shall see, that was not the case. Monkeypox: A Lumbering Giant of a Virus The monkeypox virus itself is a strange candidate indeed to try to manipulate in the manner Hutson and Osorio sought. Unlike small, simple, rapidly mutating RNA respiratory viruses like Influenza viruses or coronaviruses, monkeypox is, in the virus world, a slow-moving, lumbering giant. The most ‘successful’ bioweapon in human history is the SARS CoV-2 coronavirus that causes Covid. It encodes only 29 proteins in its single-stranded, RNA genome, which is correspondingly small – slightly less than 30,000 bases in length. With its genetic simplicity and its single-stranded RNA genome, it mutates very rapidly. The virus itself is small as well – it is only about 100 nanometers in diameter and weighs about 1 femtogram (or 0.000000000000001 gram). As one might expect, this virus is readily transmitted through the airborne route. Monkeypox virus, by contrast, is one of the largest and most complex viruses in existence. It can be up to 450 nm long and 260 nm wide, and its double-stranded DNA genome has nearly 200,000 base pairs. With this lengthy, complex genome, encoded in more stable, double-stranded DNA, it mutates slowly. This large virus – a giant, by viral standards – does not transmit by the aerosol route. Rather, it is transmitted by close contact, including sexual intercourse (as became well known during the 2022 monkeypox scare), as well as the hunting, slaughtering, and eating of bushmeat. Consider also that naturally occurring monkeypox is much less deadly to humans than the pandemic planners and fear pornographers typically advertise. The WHO has since reported on the international monkeypox outbreak that occurred in 2022. As of January 2023, the total number of confirmed cases was 84,716, with 80 total deaths. Thus, the case fatality rate during that outbreak was less than one death in every thousand cases, 100 times less than the frequently-cited case-fatality rate of 10%. Strictly speaking, the frequently cited 10% case-fatality rate refers only to the more virulent clade I of monkeypox. However, many authorities have picked up the bad habit of bandying about the 10% figure indiscriminately of clade. Furthermore, even with clade I, this rate appears to be a significant exaggeration. For example, in its webpage on endemic clade I Monkeypox in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the CDC states that “Since January 1, 2024, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has reported more than 31,000 suspect mpox cases and nearly 1,000 deaths.” These numbers result in a case fatality rate of around 3%. There are numerous other threats to human health that are more worthy of time, funding, and effort. For example, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where monkeypox is endemic, about eighty times more people die of malaria than of monkeypox. Malaria is both preventable and curable with proper diagnosis and access to inexpensive medications. This tragic death toll from malaria illustrates how common, deadly, but relatively unprofitable diseases are neglected by supposedly philanthropic entities such as the WHO. Instead, they heavily promote the grand deception of pandemic preparedness and gain-of-function research. Given the monkeypox virus’s sheer size, complexity, low rate of mutation, relatively stable DNA genome, and instability when exposed to oxygen, the likelihood of it ever naturally mutating into an airborne pathogen is remote. There is simply no legitimate reason to monkey with its genome in the lab (pun intended). Add to the mix its limited transmissibility and low mortality (especially for clade II), and any honest and competent scientist truly seeking to serve humanity would recognize that naturally occurring monkeypox is a relatively low public health priority and a marginal-at-best vaccine candidate – especially for the world population at large. But Anthony Fauci and his cronies at NIAID saw things differently. Fauci and Friends, at It Again In 2015, AnthonFauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) covertly approved a dangerous gain-of-function experiment that would genetically manipulate the monkeypox virus to create a more virulent and transmissible pathogen that would potentially pose a grave threat to humans. Instead of raising the alarm about this proposal to create a deadly hybrid monkeypox virus, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and NIAID itself deceptively hid the project’s approval from the oversight of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, by burying funding for the experiment in an alternate grant. The project was proposed by Dr. Bernard Moss, a long-time friend and colleague of Fauci at NIAID. Moss, who has accumulated multiple US patents related to monkeypox, intended to insert virulence genes from the more severe form of monkeypox, clade I (Congo Basin clade), in the “backbone” of the more transmissible monkeypox virus, clade II (West Africa clade). This project would create a much more dangerous version of monkeypox with the virulence of clade I and the transmissibility of clade II. This chimeric form of monkeypox would not originate in nature, as different clades of DNA viruses do not naturally transpose genes. It is unknown whether this ill-advised, highly dangerous, and deceitfully approved project was completed. Fauci and Moss’s sleight-of-hand was discovered in 2022, prompting a seven-month Congressional investigation. The House Committee Report (page 6) states that “HHS, the NIH, and NIAID continue to insist the GOFROC (gain-of-function research of concern) experiment transferring material from clade I to clade II was never conducted, despite being approved for a period of over 8 years. However, HHS has repeatedly refused to produce any documents that corroborate this claim.” Is a weaponized form of monkeypox in existence? If so, Fauci, Moss, and friends aren’t telling. What is known is that there was no legitimate reason to conduct such experiments, and that those involved knew this, as they hid the project from their overseers. The only logical assumption about the intent of the research is that it was to create a weaponized version of monkeypox. The House Committee’s conclusions on Fauci’s NIAID as a whole are damning: The primary conclusion drawn at this point in the investigation is that NIAID cannot be trusted to oversee its own research of pathogens responsibly. It cannot be trusted to determine whether an experiment on a potential pandemic pathogen or enhanced potential pandemic pathogen poses unacceptable biosafety risk or a serious public health threat. Lastly, NIAID cannot be trusted to honestly communicate with Congress and the public about controversial GOFROC experiments. (page 8) NIAID couldn’t be trusted about Covid. They cannot be trusted about monkeypox, either. According to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, they cannot be trusted, period. To summarize: in nature, monkeypox disease is a relatively rare, usually mild viral illness transmitted through behaviorally modifiable forms of close contact such as sexual intercourse and the hunting and eating of bushmeat. The infectious agent is a very large, complex DNA virus that transmits poorly from person to person and is much less prone to mutation than numerous other viruses. Once one realizes all this, it becomes frankly preposterous to attempt to justify gain-of-function research on such a pathogen for any legitimate purpose. The only plausible reason to do such research on monkeypox is to create a bioweapon – a weaponized virus – and to also create and profit from its countermeasure – a proprietary vaccine. Pandemic preparedness is a grand deception, a big lie. The monkeypox madness demonstrates this, as compellingly as a smoking gun at a murder scene. Three of Gallant’s most prominent remarks that have drawn international scrutiny and allegations of potential violations of international law: On Oct. 9, 2023, Gallant announced a “complete siege” on Gaza, saying: “There will be no electricity, no food, no water, no fuel. Everything is closed.” (A severe blockade has sparked international criticism, with concerns that it constitutes collective punishment, which is prohibited under international law.) In the same announcement, Gallant referred to Hamas militants as “human animals,” declaring: “We are fighting human animals, and we are acting accordingly.” (The language has been condemned for its dehumanizing tone, which could incite violence against civilians.) In August 2023, Gallant warned of potential action against Hezbollah, stating that Israel could “return Lebanon to the Stone Age” if attacked. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan called for the arms embargo on Israel while speaking at a news conference in Djibouti on 1 November. While attending the Turkiye–Africa collaboration meeting, Fidan announced that the group letter was sent to the UN and that it must be “repeated at every opportunity that selling arms to Israel means participating in its genocide.” Israeli settlers acquire hundreds of high-caliber rifles to ‘prepare for war’ in West Bank Israeli settler and leader of the Samaria Regional Council in the occupied Palestinian West Bank, Yossi Dagan, has purchased more than 500 rifles to arm emergency security teams, and is now working to further upgrade their equipment in preparation for a future war with Palestinians, Masar News reported on 5 November. Dagan purchased dozens of advanced sniper rifles after raising almost one million shekels ($270,000) from supporters of the Council around the world. Masar News notes that “These moves indicate a major shift in the settlers’ strategy” and show the settlers’ readiness for war in the West Bank. Early last month, National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir announced that over 120,000 firearms have been distributed among Jewish settlers in the West Bank since the outbreak of the Gaza war last year. “Over 120,000 weapons were distributed to eligible citizens, while tens of thousands more received conditional approvals,” he said on his X account. “We intend to continue arming Israel. That’s what we did, and that’s what we’ll continue to do!” NOTE: Israel has illegally built around 280 settlements on Palestinian land in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, which are home to more than 700,000 illegal settlers. Israeli settlements and settlers on Palestinian land are a violation of international law, and considered by many Palestinians to be the main barrier to any lasting peace agreement. Some settler groups, moreover, have a history of violence against Palestinians, often with the assistance of Israeli military forces. In a landmark advisory opinion on July 19, 2024, the International Court of Justice declared Israel’s decades-long occupation of Palestinian land “illegal” and demanded the evacuation of all settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Israel released footage on Monday showing the detonation of entire neighborhoods, and scores of houses in southern Lebanon’s Mays al-Jabal. Several videos of home demolitions carried out by Israeli forces have surfaced since Tel Aviv launched its failed ground operation in southern Lebanon, which began at the very start of October. Despite the destruction, Israeli forces have been unable to achieve the goal of pushing Hezbollah away from the border, establishing a buffer zone, and securing the return of tens of thousands of settlers who were evacuated from their northern settlements at the start of the war last year. Yedioth Ahronoth reported last week that despite deploying 50,000 soldiers to Lebanon, the army was unable to “capture even a single village.” It notes that five divisions were deployed, three times the force that was sent into south Lebanon and defeated in 2006. The Hebrew newspaper also reported on 4 November that Israel is facing a serious shortage of troops. Images of Ramyah, a village in southern Lebanon, before and after the Israeli military blew up at least 40 buildings in the past two weeks, according to a Times analysis. The attacks have resulted in 151 deaths and 212 injuries, it said. The violence “is hindering the rescue and relief efforts, and ultimately contributing to high death rates,” it added. Medics in Lebanon have accused Israel of directly targeting them in attacks that rights experts say amount to war crimes. (Houssam Shbaro/Anadolu via Getty Images) New Israeli Law Empowers Education Ministry to Immediately Dismiss Arab Teachers Suspected of Sympathy With “Terrorist” Orgs (like UNRWA) Israeli lawmakers passed a law on Tuesday authorizing the education minister to withdraw funding from schools where “expressions of sympathy with terrorist acts are occurring or being permitted.” The law also allows the Education Ministry’s director general to summarily dismiss teachers without prior notice if they “demonstrate sympathy with a terrorist organization” or “issue statements praising, supporting or encouraging” terrorist acts. The legislation passed with 55 votes in favor and 45 against. Following the law’s passage, Amit Halevi, who introduced the law, declared, “Today, the Knesset is taking the most crucial step in the war against our enemies: striking at terrorism’s strongest foundation – education.” He added, “This law will ensure that Israeli students are educated in justice, science, and compassion, rather than terrorism, injustice and barbarism.” NOTE: The Israeli government has declared a number of groups to be part of or sympathetic to Hamas (allegedly a terrorist group), or even terrorist groups in their own right, including six Palestinian civil society groups; UNRWA (the UN humanitarian arm for Palestinian refugees); various Israeli leaders have also accused Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, the World Health Organization, the United Nations as a whole, Jewish Voice for Peace, and IfNotNow of backing or spreading propaganda from Hamas, as well as Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, college students and Jewish professors all over the world; similarly the entire countries of Spain, South Africa, as well as the US State Department, and all the children of Gaza over the age of four – all are alleged supporters of Hamas (and thereby “sympathetic toward a terrorist organization”). NOTE: The use of the word “terrorist” for a group that resists occupation and oppression is a political, not fact-based choice. In reality, international law supports the efforts of resistance groups against an occupying power, the UN extending that right to the point of armed resistance. Hamas has clearly and openly stated that its enemy is not the Jewish people, but the supremacist ideology of Zionism – the ideology under which Israel dispossessed 750,000 Palestinian people and exiled them to Gaza and other locations. Ralph Nader earlier estimated 300,000 Palestinians may have been killed in Gaza. At least 45 Palestinians have died in Israeli prisons (27 from Gaza, 25 from West Bank). At least 41 Palestinians have died due to malnutrition (at least 37 of them children)**. About 1.9 million of Gaza’s 2.3 million population are currently displaced. Almost 500,000 Gazans are currently experiencing catastrophic levels of food insecurity. Palestinian injuries from October 7 – November 5, 2024: at least 108,647 (including at least 102,347 in Gaza and 6,300 in the West Bank, including 830 children). However, given that much evidence points to Israel as the culprit, Israel had previously bombed the hospital and has attacked many others, Israel is prohibiting outside experts from investigating the scene, and since the UN and other agencies are including the deaths from the attack in their cumulative totals, if Americans knew is now also doing so. **Euro-Med Monitor reports that Gaza’s elderly are dying at an alarmingly high rate. The majority die at home and are buried either close to their residences or in makeshift graves dispersed across the Strip. There are currently more than 140 such cemeteries. Additionally, according to Euromed, thousands have died from starvation, malnourishment, and inadequate medical care; these are considered indirect victims as they were not registered in hospitals. ***The figure does not include the reportedly 56 Israeli soldiers – nearly 16% of the total Israeli military deaths – killed due to friendly fire in Gaza and other military-related accidents. † For most of the conflict, women and children accounted for about 70% of deaths in Gaza, with children making up a little over 40% of those killed, according to official statistics.
