  • Today at the gym I did a new exercise that I always wanted to try. Rope climbing is nowadays a typical exercise when doing CrossFit. It's quite difficult as it requires a good technique but it surprised me that it does not require a tremendous amount of upper body strength.
    Two more sessions and I will be able to climb to the top ???? ????

    This is how my new look looks. I feel very happy and comfortable with the color, also with the cut. This is part of my plan to improve my mood. I know I have to go to the doctor, depression and anxiety are not good, they are also not easy to deal with, but before going to the doctor, I would really like to work on some things for myself. I don't want to alarm my family, I'm also a little scared of being judged, I don't want to make a big deal out of this. On the other hand, if I am able to recognize what is happening to me, I think I can do some things before going. I have not published any of my work because I have not worked, I felt very discouraged and cried for everything, I did not want to get out of bed, but these days without the children I have been able to dedicate time to myself. I'll sign up for CrossFit starting Monday to do sports, try to improve my diet, replace coffee with some herbal teas and let's see how it goes.
