Fellow SoMeeian this is Nueva Ecija. One of the provinces located in the island of Luzon-Philippines. A 2 and a half hour drive from Manila. Nueva Ecija is an agricultural province and is known as the "Rice Granary" of the Philippines. "Tricycle Capital of the Philippines" and "Milk Capital of the Philippines". Most of its agricultural land is untouched, undeveloped and is being used for farming and poultry. Hence it is not left behind with its nearby provinces when it comes to health care innovations, educational services and facilities, delicacies and tourist destinations such as:
• The chances of a crypto bull market in 2023 may be decreasing due to the Federal Reserve’s hawkish stance on inflation and economic growth. The Fed has increased interest rates, which can reduce investment in cryptocurrency as investors seek more stable returns from traditional assets like stocks and bonds. Additionally, recent threats of a recession in the U.S economy have further reduced investor confidence, making it less likely that they will invest heavily into cryptos over the next few years.
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile compared to other asset classes; this means that any downturn could lead to large losses for those who invested early or at peak prices during previous bull runs. This makes it difficult for investors to justify investing such high amounts into digital currencies when there is no guarantee they will see a return on their investments if markets crash again shortly after entering them long term.. Furthermore, with central banks around the world tightening monetary policy amid rising inflationary pressures caused by stimulus spending programs implemented during COVID-19 pandemic recovery efforts – these policies could also dampen demand for cryptocurrencies as well as other riskier assets like equities and commodities going forward too .
In conclusion, while there is still potential for significant gains from investing in cryptocurrencies over time given their disruptive nature within financial services – current macroeconomic conditions suggest caution should be taken before committing large sums of capital towards them anytime soon due to increasing uncertainty about future price movements based upon both domestic & global economic trends alike . That being said , only time will tell whether or not we experience another crypto boom similar what was seen back 2017/2018 - but until then its best advised not take excessive risks without proper research first before doing so.

• My take on WET, LONG, and HOT....
I am a farmer's daughter; I grew up in an old agricultural town in the province of Nueva Ecija. Our province is the "Rice Granary" or the "Rice Capital" of the Philippines.
Growing up I saw how farmers survive the WET, LONG, and HOT farming seasons. How farmers become one with mother nature and not against it. How by merely watching birds and clouds movements or staring in the at the stars in the sky at night can tell if its going to be a good day tomorrow or if its going to rain. How patience is important as they care for the rice fields in order to produce a staple food for every Filipinos table. How days can turn to weeks and months until farmers taste the fruit of their own labour.
It’s sort of a divine economic message that Credit Suisse’ stock price is now down 96% following the relentless de-industrialization of Europe.

The West needs to rethink financial capitalism.

• Greywarden > Capitalism VS Socialism VS Corporations.

1. Capitalism simply means the private Control and Ownership of the means of productions.

2. Socialism means the State Ownership or Control of the means of production.

3. Corporations are a group of people Authorized by the State to Act as a single entity. Corporations are organs of the state. They are syndicates! They are not private.

Greywarden > Understanding the above definitions is of vital importance to eradicate all misconceptions that exist. I do not care what some dork says on the internet nor on wikipedia. These are the definitons and no matter how much the Marxist try to hop and skip their way around this fact it will be to no avail and they will not go away.

Greywarden > Now that this is clear. How are giant Corporations part of Capitalism when they are Organs of the State? Capitalism is the private ownership and control of the means of production. If it is state owned or State Controlled it is not Capitalism, It is Socialism.

Greywarden > See, people understand all of this backwards because that is what the Marxist Socialist professors have been saying. Capitalism is for the little guy and it is anti-corporation and anti-state. Black Markets for example are Capitalist because they are privately owned and aren't controlled by the State. It is not Socialism that is for the private individual and the little guy. Capitalism is!

okay well, How to efficiently build a passive income?
************************************************************
C-GPT:
Certainly! Building a passive income stream can be a great way to generate extra money without having to actively work for it. Here's a step-by-step guide to building a passive income:

Step 1:
Define your goals
Before you start building a passive income, it's important to define your goals. Determine how much money you want to generate each month or year, and how long you're willing to wait to achieve your goals. Having a clear understanding of your objectives will help you stay motivated and focused on your passive income journey.

Step 2:
Identify passive income opportunities
There are several ways to generate passive income, including:

*Rental properties: Owning rental properties can provide steady rental income.

*Dividend stocks: Investing in dividend-paying stocks can provide regular income.

*Real estate crowdfunding: Crowdfunding platforms allow you to invest in real estate projects and earn passive income from rental income and capital appreciation.

*Peer-to-peer lending: Lending platforms allow you to lend money to borrowers and earn interest income.

*Create digital products: Create and sell digital products like eBooks, courses, and software.

*Affiliate marketing: Promote products or services and earn a commission on sales.

Step 3:
Choose your passive income opportunity
Once you've identified passive income opportunities, choose the one that aligns with your goals, risk tolerance, and skills. Research the opportunity thoroughly and understand the potential risks and returns.

Step 4:
Set up your passive income stream
Setting up your passive income stream will depend on the opportunity you've chosen.
*For rental properties, you'll need to find and purchase a property, set up a lease, and manage the property.
*For dividend stocks, you'll need to open a brokerage account and purchase dividend-paying stocks.
*For digital products, you'll need to create and market your product.

Step 5:
Monitor and optimize your income stream
Once your passive income stream is set up, monitor it regularly to ensure it's performing as expected. Optimize your income stream by making adjustments as needed, such as adjusting rental rates or investing in different stocks.

Step 6:
Diversify your income streams
Diversifying your income streams can help mitigate risk and provide a more stable income. Consider adding additional passive income streams over time to increase your income and reduce your dependence on one source.

In summary, building a passive income stream takes time and effort, but it can be a great way to generate extra income. By defining your goals, identifying opportunities, setting up your income stream, monitoring and optimizing it, and diversifying your income streams, you can build a successful passive income portfolio.

• Greywarden > As for some babbling idiots that claim to be on the right, yet defend Hitler's Leftist race based Socialism, Scapegoat him and even compare him to former United States President Donald J Trump who is not a Socialist nor has anything in common with Hitler. Today, i will be refuting your claims that Hitler was a Scapegoat and not a Racist. I will be providing evidence that proves he was nothing like Trump, but a Leftist Socialist Dictator instead.

That the media lied about Hitler is obvious. But definitely not as you put it. The mainstream media and Historians have lied by saying Hitler was a Capitalist. Hitler hated Capitalism and attributed its horrors to the Jews, which by the way is nothing similar to Trump as Trump is a Capitalist and is a friend of the Jews.

1. Hitler was a Leftist Socialist who claimed his race based Socialism was real Socialism contrary to Marxian Socialism which is a class based Socialism! References: Hitler, 1930 from Carsten, Rise of Fascism P137. Hitler, "Mein Kampf," P147; Hitler, "Mein Kampf," P406.

Trump does not believe in a race socialism. In fact, Trump does not believe in socialism at all. That being said, a comparison between Hitler and Trump makes no sense..

2. Hitler believes both Capitalism and Marxism are Jewish concepts. Sources: Hitler, "Mein Kampf," P198; Hitler, "Mein Kampf," P324; Hitler, "Mein Kampf," P348; Hitler, "Mein Kampf," P555.

3. The National Socialists suspended articles 115 and 153 of the German Reich's Constitution. This gave Hitler and the National Socialist party the power to Nationalize private property. This was not a free market nor was it private, as people had their properties stolen away from them by the Socialists. Sources: Text of the Reichstag Fire Decree, 28 Feb 1933; Reimann, "The Vampire Economy," Chapter 2; "The Vampire Economy," P107 Herr A. Z Quoted from Reimann.

How is this load of crap even remotely similar to Donald Trump? You have to be delusional to believe that!
