    Crunchy Apple Avocados
    Ingredients
    2 avocados medium
    2 red apples finely diced
    2 tsp hemp seeds hulled
    1 tbs almonds roughly chopped
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 celery stick finely chopped
    1/2 lemon juiced
    1 tbs hemp oil
    1 pinch ground cinnamon
    Method

    Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the flesh, keeping skin.
    Place the avocado flesh in a medium bowl and mash with the lemon juice (this will stop it going brown).
    Add apples, celery, hemp seed, almonds, raisins, hemp oil and ground cinnamon.
    Fill the avocado skins with the avocado mixture and garnish with extra almonds, hemp seeds and apple.

  • The tangerines this year have been super sweet and juicy, the best citrus I've ever had I believe. This tangelo I'm holding has an intense electric orange color I simply love, and they taste wonderful as well. And lemons and avocados are pumping right now and make for great combinations as the lemon helps keep the avos' from browning as quickly in guacamole. Now I just need to get my freekin' high blood pressure down I just can't figure out why I eat good and work hard and still have high BP, Im going to cut out all salt next and eat more tangerines I guess. Food can cure anything I'm told so I'll just keep trying till I figure out what mellows me out and lowers my BP. Any suggestions would be appreciated! ✌????????????????????
