It's with great joy that I welcome you to my actifit report for Tuesday 20th June,2023.
I woke up early around 5:55am with a smile, I felt good.
The rain from last night made sleep to be smooth, I enjoyed the chilly night.
I did my normal routine house chores, then few online activities before hitting the road.

I walked around for sometime.
Not forgetting to take random photos, this has become a part of me.

Coming back I branched by a friend's chemist, after talking for sometime I checked my weight.

I still weigh 60kg, but it seems I was seeing 57or59kg.... Can you help me confirm please?????
Moving on, I came back prepared and ate late breakfast.
Showered and continued with some online activities, and my movie review write up.
I thought it could have been so easy, but is not.
I pray i finish writing all of it soon, it will take a long time before I engage in something like this again.
In the evening I went out with a friend who showed me fish suya sold on the street, I don't know how I of all people forgot to snap it.
I ended my day with some online activities and a cool chat with old friends.
It was a fun chat, indeed friends are priceless.

Hi hi Amigos.
This is continuation of the Korean drama episode by episode review that I started.
Check out here it started here
Episode 4
Young-soon after seeing how Mi-joo's twins(Ye-jin and Seo-jin) bullied him, with him telling them he is 7 years old.
When they got home after repairing his wheelchair and scolding the twins she explained to his son Kang-ho, that he is 35 years old but by a given opportunity he went back to his 7 years old self.

On the other hand, Mi-joo's friend sun-young ran off with her money and women contribution money leaving her in debt.
She also sold of their salon leaving her empty.
This made Mi-joo to decide she has to go back home and start a life there with her children.
On remembering her children, we see flash back of when she was together with Kang-ho. It was lots of happy and romantic time.

We see Chairman Song trying to use something against Oh Tae-soo. He still want him to be his puppy.
Both of them out smart each other, only to find out they are in together in doing bad deeds to protect their reputation and gain more power.

Young-soon got confused when she went to Seoul to pick up Kang-ho belongings because his rent expired, then she met people protesting saying Kang-ho took bribe to make a false judgment.
She faced them, defending his son Kang-ho.
She got more angry when she saw gold plated in one of his son's belongings she picked, after getting in an argument with Mr Baek Hoon-ah who hit her truck from behind when she lost focus.

She came back got angry at Kang-ho, laying her frustration on him by beating and blaming him, saying his present condition is a punishment because of his bad deeds.
Kang-ho gets the wrong idea and began to cry, she stops and convinced Kang-ho that it isn't his fault.
That she is the one that forced him to long for power and connection.
She took him to the pig farm for the first time and told him a story about pigs.

The next day Kang-ho went out (immediately his mother went out to get something) to look for the twins bouncing ball he lost when they were playing in the field.
He searched the village all day before finding the bouncing ball late at night.
We see Mi-joo surprised to see Kang-ho when she opened their gate.
While Kang-ho who didn't recognize Mi-joo still felt something on seeing Mi-joo, when he happily came late in the night to show the twins he found their lost bouncing ball.
Episode 5
This episode started with showing us when Kang-ho and Mi-joo were dating, and when Kang-ho broke up with Mi-joo.

Kang-ho went out again to meet the twins in other to return their bouncing ball, and to see the pretty lady from last night.
He didn't see them at home, then while going back he learnt about the pretty lady he saw last night name, Mi-joo, this made him to be so excited.

Mr Baek Hoon-ah reports Young song's pig farm(happy farm) to livestock division for perceiving pig poop smell on his clothes he hung outside.

Kang-ho asks her mother Young song to buy a dog that looks like their neighbor's own Ms Jo's for him, he wanted to show it off to Mi-joo who he strangely feels something about.
Young song refused because he can't take care of himself not to talk of a dog.

We see Oh Tae-soo showing her daughter(Ha-young) a video of Kang-ho taking a woman and her baby in a car to somewhere, then he pushes the vehicle inside the ocean.
Oh Tae-soo convinced her daughter into believing that Kang-ho killed his woman and baby, in other to marry her.

Kang-ho tried in different ways to convince his mom Young-song to get a dog for him, but still failed.
He got a hold of a small pig, named it Lion, took it to Mi-joo's house to show her.
Then the pig ran away, luckily for him it ended up in Mi-joo's arms after they(he and the twins) ran after it to catch it.
Episode 6
Kang-ho comes back to see their house in a mess, he thought is Lion (the pig) that made a mess of the whole thing.
Not knowing that is the people Chairman Song sent to find something against him, or any evidence he has against Oh Tae-soo.
He quickly starts cleaning them, he didn't want his mother to come meet the house dirty.

The man Oh Tae-soo sent to kill Kang-ho came and attacked him when he was cleaning the house.
Chairman Song men noticed something they came out from where they were hiding, both gangs started fighting each other and they ran out leaving Kang-ho in confusion.

Mr Baek Hoon-ah gathers the villagers to protest and close down Young song's pig farm, and replace it with the biggest trot concert hall.

Young Song's faints and was taken to the hospital by the men Chairman Song sent, they saw Young-soon faint when they came to find documents to give to Chairman Song as evidence.
The doctor told Young Song about her sickness, that she has stomach cancer.

We see flash back of how Young Song's parents and brother died in a car accident when they were going on a picnic.

My blog has been quiet for a while now.
I celebrate being alive, I was taking little time off to recover.
It's my rest period I guess.
Welcome to my actifit report for Tuesday 27th June,2023.
For some strange reasons I really want this year to run fast.

I woke up feeling at ease.
My friend who came around has been a huge help to me.
She helped me in most basic things to encourage my rest.

I went out today after being indoors for two days now.
I walked around for sometime.

Then I walked pass this new crunchies branch in my area that just opened.
I wonder why they left a huge space outside as parking space, then with a little building for sales.
I am yet to enter inside the building to see what it actually looks like.
But I believe it will be little.
Maybe some other time.
I came back, and that was the end of my active moment.
It's a new day.
So, I wish you a blessed new day.

Hello Amigos.
All glory to God for making us all to see a new day.
I didn't wake up as early as usual, funny how some meds side effects takes a toll on someone.
It made me sleep more than usual.
Luckily I was still able to do few things for myself.
Funny, how my body feels weak but not my hands.
That's a good one right?
I was indoors until in the evening, and yes it rained but not much.
I was already feeling heavy and I seriously needed some fresh air outside.

It's Saturday, so people are always seen in the mini stadium either playing football or other activities.

When I got there I didn't go any further, I just sat down outside the stadium and watched for some time.
Actually I was resting, during the time I met a friend who engaged in a talk with me.
Truth is he was actually the one talking while I listened, because like I said I was trying to gain strength.
He was really a good story teller with a touch of comedian vibes.
I enjoyed his company.
I came back prepared and ate dinner, then took my meds.
And that was it.

I will be much more better when I am done with the meds while fighting it's side effects ????

It's a good new you all.
Welcome welcome to my actifit report for Wednesday 21st, June 2023.
Wake up time 6:15am, said my prayers then I went for a morning jog.
Too bad I couldn't carrying my phone along, it's not safe out there especially early in the morning.
Though I tried to convince myself that nothing could happen to the phone but I couldn't risk it.

It's been long I jogged,my thighs felt it big time.
I came back showered, prepared and ate breakfast.

I went out after doing some house chores to walk.
Two factors triggered this walk :

I need to get more activity counts
My legs hurt from the morning jogging, I thought walking could help.


It was a slow steady walk, until I felt somehow better.

I came back later in the day after the slow walk.

I ended my day with completing some online task.

I am fine here and happy to share my actifit report for Sunday 19th June, 2023.
Is that day of the week where I prepare and go to church early.

This started with waking up early around 5:50am, and giving thanks to God for seeing the day.
Then prepared and walked to the bus stop.
The bus picked us early, so I was in church early enough to meet everything.

We celebrated our wonderful father's, it's their day.
So, they conducted everything in church.
They also preformed for us.

Service was awesome, because we came back with the father's blessings.
It rained later in the afternoon.
The photos I added in between my write up, are random photos I took.
Some while walking to church and others when I was in the bus.

I went out in the evening too after the rain, fresh air is needed.
I ended my day with completing few online activities.
That's it for my Sunday.

It's a good day you all, you agree with me right?
Welcome to my thank God is Friday 16th June actifit report.
My mind and body is used to waking up at the time range 5:30-6am.
So, yes I woke up early around 6:05am giving thanks to God.
I went out for a walk after doing my normal routine house chores.

I saw this white straight line in the sky as I was walking.
I know it actually means something, but I really don't know what it's called.
If you know it, you can help me out.

I was still hoping to get a more better photo of it.

I walked for some time before stopping by the market to get pumpkin leaf known as Ugu here.

I came back prepared and ate breakfast.
I spent my day doing online activities and other nonspecific things.
A friend of mine visited in the evening, we chatted for something.
It was nice to see him once again after a long time.
I saw him off.
Then continued with online activities.
I ended my day with continued watching of the Korean drama “the good bad mother” which keeps getting interesting.

I started my day by being so grateful to God for waking me by 6:10am.
The day was not cloudy, so I washed few clothes after doing my normal routine house chores.

Then I went for a walk while I took random photos.

This location is beginning to be my new found place to walk in the morning.

I spent my afternoon indoors and getting some few task online done.
The weather changed though, it showed all signs of rain.
In the evening I went out to get few things I needed for dinner meal.
When I came back I watched a Nigerian movie titled prophet suddenly with my friends.
After debating and arguing about the movie.
I finished up with aliveandthriving curation before calling it a day.

Hello Amigos.
It's a brand new day to experience a touch of cold again.
We have been having daily rain lately, which calls for a cool breeze bringing forth a hard way cold.
Well that didn't stop me from waking up early around 5:40am to give that to God.

Did some house chores, prepared and ate breakfast.
Didn't go out for morning walk.
I only stepped out to get water from a nearby bore hole.

Spent my time on hive and chatting with a friend.
In the afternoon I had already planned to go out for a walk, since I didn't walk around much in the morning.
But the rain said no to my plans, it started raining from 2:27pm until 5:35pm.
I still had time to go for a little walk after the rain stopped, but I became too lazy to go out.
It was a lazy day for me, but I was active doing some online activities when it rained.
And also in the night before calling it a day to charge my phone.
13th June is gone, and I am getting old as the day passes by ????
We go again today ????

A wonderful welcome to my actifit report for Monday 12th June,2023.
I happened to be wake up a bit late by 7:10am, because I didn't sleep early yesterday.
I used my night to loosen my braids.

This is the used attachment for my braids.
Waking up late made me finish up my house chores a bit late, online activities was also delayed.
I washed my hair later in the day, and my friend weaved it for me.
It was cutting more as I combed it, so I needed to hold it together.

Later in the day, i went out for a walk.

I didn't walk for long before coming back home.

I ended my day with trying to open a hive account for a friend who agreed to join.
But she was having issues with her phone.
We try again today.

Hello Amigos.
Welcome to my blog and my actifit report for Sunday 11th June,2023.
A good start of the day, it's Sunday that means time for service.
I woke up by 5:40am to prepare for church service.

After preparing for church service fully dressed.
I started walking to the bus stop.
There is always a bus that convoys us to church headquarters, but is a bit far from where I stay.
I walked with my friend to the place, we waited for some minutes for the next bus because we missed the first bus.
We reached church a bit late for the second service, but we didn't miss much.

After service we walked back home, before the rain started.
It rained from that morning around 10:45pm we came back till in the evening around 4:50pm.
I used that period to sleep.
Then in the evening after the rain I went out to walk and get few more counts.
I didn't go far before a friend of mine met me on the road, we chatted for quite sometime.
I came back later in the evening, prepared and ate dinner.
I couldn't sleep because of the afternoon long sleep.
I couldn't find sleep so I used that opportunity to loosen my braids.
I finished up and slept by 3:10am.
That's it for my Sunday.

Hello Amigos.
Welcome to my actifit report for Saturday 10th June,2023.
A good start of the day by waking up early by 6:10am, and I gave thanks to God.
It was a clean up day, so I participated in compound cleaning.

After cleaning I walked around for some time.

I took random photos as well.

It rained in the afternoon, so it was indoors moment.
Later in the evening I went to a street food vendor to buy fried yam, potatoes, plantain and beans cake mixed for my friend who was craving for such food.

I used that opportunity to walk and get more activity count.
I ended my day with some online activities.
That's it for my Saturday.

Thank God is Friday.
I humbly welcome you to my actifit report for Friday 9th June, 2023.
I started my day with high good spirit by waking up early around 5:40am, after giving thanks to God I started up with washing my clothes.
I didn't want to pile them, well the weather didn't encourage laundry because it has been raining for the pass few days.
After washing the clothes and hanging them to dry, the weather was still cloudy but no rain.

I went out and walked for a very short distance.
I couldn't help but run back home, the rain was dropping.
I didn't want it to wet my clothes that managed to dry a bit.

I was indoors until in the evening when the sun miraculously came up shining a little.
I stepped out to buy fruits, but it seems to be little fruits sold on the street.
I went back without buying any.
Came back did some online activities.
Prepared and ate dinner.
That's it for my Friday.

Happy new day.
I gladly welcome you to my actifit report for Wednesday 7th June, 2023.
A good start of the day with a cool weather.
As usual I woke up early around 5:50am.
A quick finish with some house chores and online activities.

Then hitting the road early, with walking around for sometime.
The weather was just not bright.
As predicted it rained in the afternoon and had mercy on me to stop before it was time for evening church program.
Week of spiritual empowerment for the month of June.

Walking on the wet road to church around some minutes to 5pm wasn't bad.

The weather was still cloudy.

But it looks so beautiful.
At this moment people were rushing to their homes or to attend to an important thing.
It started raining immediately when I got to church.
Service was awesome.
Preached about Reigning with the word and Foundational requirements for reigning by the word of God.
Came back around some minutes after 8pm.
Prepared dinner, showered and ate dinner.
Finished up with some online task.
Before calling it a blessed day.
We go again today.
