• Now they're going for microRNAs
What are the implications of this?

    Jessica Rose
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small, non-coding RNA regulatory molecules that play critical roles in post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. They bind complementary sequences in messenger RNA thus messing with translation and protein production. miRNAs are approximately 21-23 nucleotides in length and are found in plants, animals, and some viruses.

Venice.ai made this image when prompted with ‘microRNA’
miRNAs have been implicated in almost everything biology including development, differentiation and stress responses. They also play roles in the regulation of cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and metabolism, so they’re pretty important for little dudes considering they don’t code for anything. Isn’t it ironic that they are coded but don’t code? They: effect.

Kind of like a piece of driftwood in the way of clean line of a wave - in its presence, can’t surf the line. I asked Venice.ai to draw a surfer on a clean wave with a piece of driftwood in the way and it gave me this. But I digress.

    Pretty disturbing there Venice.
Dysregulation of miRNA expression can be associated with numerous diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disease, neurological disorders, and metabolic disorders. This is the reason why miRNAs are emerging as ‘promising therapeutic targets’ for the treatment of disease, whereby some are exploring the potential of miRNA-based therapies, such as miRNA mimetics and antagomirs, to modulate miRNA expression and “restore normal gene expression patterns” in disease.

The other day, Victor Ambros, PhD, professor of program in molecular medicine at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School, and Gary Ruvkun, PhD, professor of genetics at Harvard Medical School received the 2024 Nobel Prize for discovery of microRNA. You can read about that here.

I have been in this ‘game’ long enough to see where this is going and I don’t like it. Why can’t hubristic men stop trying to play God? Cancer, just as one grant-sexy example, is a metabolic disorder and we don’t need to mess with genetic factors to ‘fix it’.

Don’t get me wrong; it’s not that I have anything against these scientists and researchers - I am sure they are excellent and have benevolent intentions - but it is the misuse and abuse of their discoveries by bureaucrats and business men that bugs me, and quite frankly, that I find simply dangerous.

An article entitled: “MicroRNAs from edible plants reach the human gastrointestinal tract and may act as potential regulators of gene expression” was also published on April 25, 2024, that describes the interaction of plant microRNAs and the human gut (microbiome). This subject matter was also published here in 2018. Basically they describe the impact and importance of these RNA binding factors to affect health, and in the latter article, they promote the idea of increasing bioavailability of plant miRNAs in animals through intervention.

In addition, it has been unveiled that a short plant-based dietary intervention can increase the abundance of exogenous miRNAs in the gut. Therefore, significant effects of plant miRNAs on human physiology could potentially be displayed thought the interaction with gut cells (i.e. enterocytes) and bacteria.

The authors claim that there is a “need to develop novel strategies to improve the bioavailability of plant miRNAs beyond the gut” using nanocarriers for modulation of important biological pathways.

I would argue that there is no such need. At all. There is certainly a need to explore the realm of our existence and co-existence with other living creatures - including bacteria - but this ‘application-to-big-pharma-to-make-money’ thing has got to get a grip. Or rather, we have got to get a grip on it.

The absconsion of functional mechanisms and biology itself that promote ‘normal functioning’ of complex beings is becoming a huge problem in the realm of biotechnology, genetics, therapeutics, all …ics. Instead of prevention strategies and focused solution-driven strategies to get people ‘eased’ as opposed to ‘diseased’, we are focused on bandaid solutions that inevitably promote more and prolonged disease. This is so insincere! Doctors should be taught to address core problems - to diagnose the actual cause of disease - in order to not only prevent disease but to reverse it!

It is becoming the status quo that instead of pharmaceuticals with half-lives, we are being bombarded with gene-based therapeutics and prodrugs wrapped in cationic lipid nanobubbles laced with polyethylene glycol for presumptive quick fixes without even knowing what the source of a preventable/treatable medical condition or disease is. This was what the COVID con was most useful for to those seeking to profit from gene-based therapeutics - to normalize the genetic-based LNP platform so that it is never even questioned. The modified mRNA-LNP platform is now even referred to by many as “conventional”, after what can only be described by anyone paying attention to the peer-reviewed literature as 3 failed years.

We don’t need to stop giving accolades for scientific discoveries, but we certainly need to stop letting bureaucrats and industry executives make decisions about our health. Seriously guys. When speaking of self-amplifying RNA technology based on viral components stolen from alphaviruses (think recombination), modified mRNA that leads to frameshifting and DNA contamination, or microRNA applications, we need to bloody stop and reconsider the data collected from the recent mass injection roll-out. The data is not painting a glowing picture of this platform or gene-based LNP therapies in general.

We must have answers to the most basic questions in science such as:

How does the intercellular rate-limiting step of endosomal release of nucleotide-based foreign entities affect cell health in general?

What are the effects of dsRNA?

What are the effects of R-loop accumulation potentially introduced by the modified mRNA-LNP COVID-19 injectable products?

Is it possible to use the plasmid/E. coli upscaling system in the context of N1-pseudoUs without introducing DNA to the final product due to problems associated with RNA:DNA hybrids?

Is the risk of recombination with endogenous RNAs going to be assessed in the context of self-amplifying RNAs?

Which cells are transfected in the context of LNP-based genetic prodrugs?

Is there a way to quantify a dose in vivo (in the human being context)?

It’s unreal to me that most doctors and scientists don’t even realize that these questions need to be asked let alone the answers to them. And since this is the case, how on Earth are bureaucrats making ‘health policy’ decisions meant to be informed as to the potential threats to our health on a species level?

    Feel free to comment.

The bloodiest face of its genocide: Israel has killed 2,100 Palestinian infants and toddlers in Gaza

Palestinian Territory - The Israeli army has killed 2,100 Palestinian infants and toddlers under the age of two, out of the about 17,000 children it has killed in the Gaza Strip since the start of its genocide on 7 October 2023.

The number of Palestinian children—whether infants or children in general—killed by the Israeli army is horrifying, and the rate of their killing is unprecedented in the history of modern wars. It also represents a dangerous trend based on the dehumanisation of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. Israel’s military targets Palestinians and their children daily, methodically, and widely in the most heinous and brutal ways possible, and virtually without pause for 10 consecutive months.

Due to the Israeli bombing of homes, buildings, residential neighbourhoods, shelter centres, and displacement tents, many children have lost their heads and limbs. This is a flagrant violation of the rules of distinction, proportionality, military necessity, i.e. the legal and moral obligation to take the necessary precautions to minimise the deaths of civilians and children.

The Euro-Med Monitor field team documented today, Tuesday 13 August, the killing of four-day-old twins Aser and Aysal Muhammad Abu al-Qumsan. The twins were killed this morning, along with their mother Juman and their grandmother, in an Israeli bombing that targeted a residential flat in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

After leaving the apartment to obtain a birth certificate for his two newborn children, the father of the infants returned to discover that all of his family members—including the twins’ grandmother—had been killed in an Israeli attack on the building.

Despite its advanced technological capabilities, the Israeli army targets houses and shelter centres knowing full well that they house civilians, including women and children. Nevertheless, it bombs these targets with highly destructive bombs and missiles, aiming to cause as many civilian deaths and severe injuries as possible. This is demonstrated by the Israeli army’s systematic, widespread, and repeated targeting of civilians in the Gaza Strip, as well as its use of highly destructive and indiscriminate weapons, particularly against areas with dense populations of civilians.

The case of the two babies Aser and Aysal are not unique; daily reports of child victims, including infants, are made in the Strip.

One of the most notable testimonies has been from 42-year-old Abdul Hafez Al-Najjar, the father of a child named Ahmed, who was among the many victims of an Israeli massacre on 26 May. The massacre targeted displaced people living in tents in the Barksat area, west of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip. Ahmed, along with three of his brothers and their mother, was among a host of other victims that were all beheaded and killed. Ahmed’s father told the Euro-Med team: “My child Ahmed was very beautiful. He was a year and a half old. He was beheaded in the Israeli bombing. His head was separated from his body. When I saw him, I felt distressed. He was buried without his head.”
According to the Euro-Med Monitor team, an Israeli airstrike on Rafah’s Al-Salam neighbourhood, in the southern Gaza Strip, killed another set of twin infants on 3 March. Six-month-old Wissam and Naeem Abu Anza were killed by the strike, along with their father and 11 other family members.

The mother of Wissam and Naeem, Rania Abu Anza, stated that she struggled for 10 years to become a mother before eventually giving birth to the two babies. “They implanted three embryos in me, two of them remained, and there they were,” she explained. “They bombed the house, killing my husband, my kids, and the rest of the family in the massacre." Ten days ago marked six months since the death of the twins.

Shaimaa Al-Ghoul, meanwhile, was nine months pregnant when her home in the southern city of Rafah was bombed on 12 February. Her husband and two sons, Mohammed and Janan, were killed, and she suffered injuries from shrapnel that entered her abdomen, pierced her uterus, and ultimately lodged in the fetus.

Al-Ghoul stated that prior to her husband and two children’s deaths, her husband, Abdullah Abu Jazar, had made her “dates, sweets, and a [gift] bag in celebration of his expected newborn”. She said that she did give birth to a child, whom she named Abdullah, after his father, but the boy only lived one day. Baby Abduallah died from the wound caused by the shrapnel that had entered his mother. Thus, Al-Ghoul lost her husband and three children.

Euro-Med Monitor notes that numerous unborn children have died in hospitals over the past 10 months due to a lack of oxygen and electricity, inadequate care, and hospital targeting.

Israel continues to kill thousands of Palestinian men and women in the Gaza Strip, most of them in their reproductive age, including pregnant women, and thousands of children, including infants and toddlers. According to the meaning contained in the description of genocidal acts under Article (2) of the Convention on the Prevention of the Crime of Genocide, there is no doubt that Israel’s systematic and widespread killings of Palestinian civilians, who make up at least 92% of the total number of deaths due to the genocide, will have a negative impact on the population growth rates and reproductive capacity of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip for generations to come. Approximately 50,000 Palestinians, including thousands trapped under the rubble for long enough periods of time that they are now presumed dead, have been killed by Israel since 7 October. In addition, 88,000 other Palestinians have been wounded by Israel since then. These deaths and injuries will undoubtedly affect the Palestinians as a national and ethnic group for several generations.

Every day, infant deaths in the Gaza Strip are reported as a direct result of Israeli crimes that are legally classified as acts of genocide, including starvation, thirst, blocking the entry of basic supplies like milk, and deprivation of medical care. The majority of these infant deaths are not included in the official victim count released by the Palestinian Ministry of Health, as there is no specific system to identify such victims.

Due to Israel’s crime of genocide, ongoing for the past 10 months, Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip are being denied their fundamental rights and are not being protected in any way by international law. They have become primary, direct, and deliberate targets of the Israeli army, and have even been subject to premeditated killings and direct executions.

Aside from being arbitrarily detained, Palestinian children have also been the victims of crimes of sexual assault; forced disappearance; torture and other forms of inhumane treatment; starvation; siege; severe psychological harm; deprivation of education due to the widespread destruction of schools; and denial of access to healthcare and other necessities of life. Many Palestinian children are also victims of family dispersion, and have lost parental care.

One of the main objectives of Israel’s genocide is to leave a lasting legacy of these crimes that will affect the victims for the rest of their lives. The majority of Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip have experienced psychological trauma that will likely be difficult to treat: Thousands of children have lost one or both parents; have had limbs amputated; have suffered severe burns or other serious injuries; and/or have suffered from hunger, malnutrition, and dehydration; all of which will have a detrimental impact on their physical and psychological development.

Most children in the Gaza Strip have lost their homes, their financial security, and members of their families, in addition to being deprived of an education. This will have serious, far-reaching consequences on their futures and their ability to enjoy their other rights, making them more vulnerable to poverty, unemployment, and exploitation. The Israeli military attacks on the Strip have caused the widespread destruction of civilian objects, including homes, private property, livelihoods, production, and the economic and commercial system, forcing Palestinians to migrate, whether directly or indirectly.

The international community must act swiftly and decisively to put an end to the crime of genocide, safeguard the lives of all Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip, prevent Israel from converting the Strip into the world’s largest cemetery for children in modern history, and end the egregious double standards that are applied to Israel and its powerful Western backers and allies.

Israel and its backers must be held accountable for blatantly violating international humanitarian law by killing and targeting Palestinian children and denying them access to food, shelter, clothing, and medical assistance, including vaccinations, as specified in the Geneva Conventions and their two 1977 Protocols—protocols which should enable them to realise their rights.

Israel and its backers must be held accountable for blatantly violating international humanitarian law by killing and targeting Palestinian children and denying them access to food, shelter, clothing, and medical assistance, including vaccinations, as specified in the Geneva Conventions and their two 1977 Protocols—protocols which should enable them to realise their rights. https://euromedmonitor.org/en/article/6437/The-bloodiest-face-of-its-genocide:-Israel-has-killed-2,100-Palestinian-infants-and-toddlers-in-Gaza

82-Year-Old Woman Reverses Dementia Symptoms with This Simple Diet Change
After adopting a healthier diet, an 82-year-old woman who struggled with dementia and couldn’t even recognize her own son has astonishingly regained her memory.

Sylvia’s memory and cognitive functions had deteriorated to the point where she was hospitalized, and her son, Mark Hatzer, had begun to fear the worst—that he was losing his mother to dementia.

However, everything changed when Sylvia started consuming a diet rich in brain-boosting foods, including walnuts and blueberries. Today, the recipes she follows have become popular among Alzheimer’s patients.

Her diet, which also includes spinach, oats, sweet potatoes, broccoli, kale, sunflower seeds, green tea, and dark chocolate, was developed by her and her son after noticing that dementia rates were much lower in Mediterranean countries.

    Mark shared their story:

“When my mum was in the hospital, she believed it was a hotel—albeit the worst one she’d ever stayed in. She didn’t recognize me and even called the police, thinking she had been kidnapped. It was heartbreaking because, since my dad and brother died, it has just been the two of us. Overnight, our happy family life turned into a crisis.”

After leaving the hospital, instead of following a typical medication regimen, Mark and his mother decided to try an alternative approach. They modeled their diet on Mediterranean eating habits, which are known for their cognitive benefits. Foods such as fish, blueberries, strawberries, Brazil nuts, and walnuts—all beneficial for the brain—became staples of their daily meals.

Sylvia also engaged in cognitive exercises like puzzles and crosswords. Mark recalls:

“It wasn’t an immediate transformation, but after a couple of months, she started remembering things like birthdays and became more alert and engaged. People assume that a dementia diagnosis means life is over, but there’s hope. Today, my mum looks ten years younger, and you wouldn’t even know she’d been through such a tough battle.”

Their story highlights the remarkable resilience of the human body when given the right conditions to thrive. Increasing awareness of the causes of neurodegenerative diseases is key to combating them.

The Link Between Alzheimer’s and Aluminum

Research has shown a connection between Alzheimer’s disease and aluminum. Dr. Chris Exley, in an article on the topic, explains that individuals with Alzheimer’s often have significantly higher levels of aluminum in their brain tissue than people of the same age without the disease.

This is particularly true for those who have been exposed to unusually high levels of aluminum through environmental factors or their workplaces, leading to an earlier onset of Alzheimer’s symptoms, sometimes as early as their fifties or sixties. Even higher aluminum levels have been found in individuals with familial Alzheimer’s disease, a rare genetic form that can manifest as early as in one’s thirties or forties.

How to Support Brain Health and Lower the Risk of Alzheimer’s

Fortunately, research suggests that certain lifestyle changes can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and even slow down or reverse its progression. Here’s how:

    Healthy Diet
Alzheimer’s is linked to inflammation and insulin resistance, both of which impair communication between brain cells. To fight these issues, focus on a healthy, Mediterranean-style diet rich in fish, olive oil, beans, whole grains, and vegetables. Avoid sugary foods, refined carbs, and processed snacks loaded with hidden sugars.
    Social Engagement
Staying socially active is crucial for brain health. Maintain regular, meaningful interactions with family and friends to stave off isolation, which can increase the risk of dementia. Join clubs, volunteer, or visit local senior centers to stay engaged.
    Mental Stimulation
Mental exercises, like crosswords, puzzles, and strategy games, help stimulate the brain and can improve memory. Learning new skills or engaging in memory-based games is also highly beneficial.
    Regular Exercise
Physical activity can reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s by up to 50%. It also helps preserve brain function in people who already have cognitive issues. Aim for 2-3 hours of moderate-intensity exercise each week, combining cardio with strength training.
    Stress Reduction
Chronic stress can shrink the brain’s memory center and raise the risk of Alzheimer’s. Practice stress-reducing techniques such as yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercises, or simply walking in nature.
    Adequate Sleep
Getting enough sleep is crucial for brain health. Many Alzheimer’s patients experience sleep disorders, and disrupted sleep might be a risk factor for the disease. Prioritize good sleep habits to help protect your brain.

  • Neglect, abuse, torture: The West is ignoring the fate of Palestinians stuck in Israeli jails
    Eva BartlettApril 28, 2024

    April 27, 2024, RT.com

    -Eva Karene Bartlett

For over six months, the world has watched the devastating Israeli campaign against Palestinians in Gaza, which has killed over 34,000 people so far (including over 16,000 children).

Fewer are aware, however, of the nearly 10,000 Palestinians held in Israeli prisons, many of whom have been repeatedly arrested and held for prolonged, indefinite periods. These include children, university students, medics, doctors, and journalists, among others.

While these numbers have increased dramatically in just over half a year, media coverage is scant, with the exception of some reporting on Layan Naser, one of the Christian university students re-imprisoned earlier this month. She was taken by Israeli troops from her family’s home in the early morning, with her parents held at gunpoint. But this is not an isolated phenomenon, she’s just one of many Palestinian students similarly abducted, ostensibly in the name of security, for taking part in campus activism.

On April 7, the Palestinian Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs condemned the latest kidnappings of Layan Kayed and Layan Naser, two young women who have previously been targeted and imprisoned, along with multiple others.

    Justifying endless incarceration

The greater issue is that, as of April 17, which is Palestinian Prisoners’ Day, over 9,500 Palestinians are being held in Israeli prisons – roughly one third of whom are imprisoned under what is termed ”administrative detention” – a procedure that allows the Israeli military to hold people based on secret evidence, indefinitely and without trial.

Some 3,000 Gazan Palestinians have been detained by Israel since the current war on Gaza started last October – a number revealed by an investigation by Palestinian NGO Al Mezan Center for Human Rights. According to Al Mezan, this includes “women, children, elderly people, as well as professionals such as doctors, nurses, teachers and journalists.”

Out of the estimated 3,000 detainees, 1,650 Gazans are held under the Unlawful Combatants Law – a draconian law similar to administrative detention but specific to Gazan Palestinians. They are also imprisoned without charge or legal representation, suspected of being “unlawful combatants.” They are, Al Mezan notes, “held in total isolation from the outside world” and “are neither granted the status of prisoners of war under the Third Geneva Convention, nor afforded the protections of civilian detainees under the Fourth Geneva Convention.” Another 300 (including ten children) not currently detained under the Unlawful Combatants Law are being imprisoned pending investigation.

Meanwhile, in the West Bank, according to the Commission of Detainees Affairs, as of April 16 8,270 Palestinians have been arrested, including 275 women, 520 children, 66 journalists (with 45 still in custody, 23 of whom are in administrative detention).

Of these, 80 women (not including women from Gaza) and over 200 minors are imprisoned. The total number held under administrative detention is more than 3,660, including more than 40 children.

Since last October 7, 16 West Bank Palestinian captives have died in Israeli prison due to ”systematic measures of torture, medical crimes, the policy of starvation and many other violations and assaults conducted against male and female detainees, minors and elderly detainees,” according to a report by NGO the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society.

Israeli newspaper Haaretz reports 27 Palestinians from Gaza have died since October 7: “The detainees died at the Sde Teiman and Anatot facilities or during questioning in Israeli territory.” The same article refers to a UNRWA report published by The New York Times recently, which states that detainees released to Gaza testified that they were beaten, robbed, stripped and sexually assaulted, and had access to doctors and lawyers denied.

    Israeli Guantanamos

Reports of torture of incarcerated Palestinians (including children) have been published over the years, with more emerging in recent months. Israeli rights group B’Tselem notes that “Every year, Israel arrests and detains hundreds of Palestinian minors, while routinely and systemically violating their rights: during the arrest [and] under interrogation.”

In March, the executive director of the Public Committee Against Torture in Israel (PCATI) expressed extreme concern, stating that the nearly 10,000 imprisoned Palestinians is, “a 200% increase from any normal year” and that, since last October, at least 27 Palestinians have died in Israeli prison camps inside Gaza. Prisoners include children and the elderly, including an 82-year-old grandmother.

These detention camps, from what I saw in January 2009 in Gaza, are large areas bulldozed flat, without tents or shelter. Former inmates describe them as “open-air cages,” where prisoners are “handcuffed and blindfolded 24 hours a day.”

There are numerous new testimonies of Palestinians mistreated in Israeli detention. Examples include one elderly man from southern Gaza alleged to have been tortured so badly that his leg became infected and after seven days of medical negligence, had to be amputated. Another 60-year-old man is said to have been held for over 50 days, and beaten severely during that time. Human-rights groups continue to document such accounts and to speak out.

    — Brutally Remastered (@DannysInferno) April 15, 2024

Already in February, organizations like Adalah, HaMoked, Physicians for Human Rights Israel, and the Public Committee Against Torture in Israel, submitted a plea to the UN Special Rapporteur (SR) on torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, “urging the SR to take immediate action to halt the systematic abuse, torture, and ill-treatment of Palestinian prisoners and detainees in Israeli prisons and detention facilities.”

Al Mezan reports visiting 40 Palestinian detainees in Ashkelon and Ofer prisons, whose testimonies include being brutally beaten and deliberately starved as a form of torture and collective punishment. One 19-year-old told Al Mezan that “three of his fingernails were removed with pliers during interrogation” and he was, “handcuffed and bound in stress positions for long periods – three times over three days of interrogation.”

Al Mezan reports all detainees “suffer from acute emaciation, fatigue and back curvature due to being forced to bend their backs and heads while walking,” and that the NGO’s lawyer who spoke with these prisoners stated he had never seen such poor prison conditions in 20 years of working with detainees.

More recently, Haaretz reported on a doctor’s treatment of Palestinians in a field hospital in Israel and of horrific conditions: “Just this week, two prisoners had their legs amputated due to handcuff injuries, which unfortunately is a routine event.” According to him, all patients have all four limbs cuffed and are blindfolded and fed through a straw, meaning “even young and healthy patients lose weight after a week or two of hospitalization.”

Now, compare this situation to cases when similar reports or claims come from a state targeted by Washington for regime change or designated as “rogue” or as an “adversary.” In such cases, the claims are often taken at face value, extrapolated, amplified and widely broadcast. For example, in 2017 Western media latched onto claims of a “slaughterhouse” in the town of Saydnaya, Syria, where there were supposed “mass hangings” by the Syrian government. These accusations were uncritically endorsed by legacy media, despite having numerous fallacies and not being based on primary sources.

As noted at the time, Amnesty International admits that since no photos, videos or concrete testimony exist of Saydnaya Prison, they were forced to devise “unique ways with interactive 3D models and digital technology, animations and audio software” and liaised with West-based NGOs that support efforts to overthrow the Syrian government to craft their report, which gained media traction because it supported the NATO narrative on Syria.

When it comes to Palestinian prisoners and their reports of being tortured, starved, and denied urgently-needed medical care while in Israeli detention or prisons, such level of effort and media coverage is nowhere to be seen – likely because of the political inconvenience this would cause to Washington and its allies.

    My Related:

-In the 8 months I spent in hard-hit areas of the West Bank in 2007, I saw many instances of Israeli soldiers abducting, attempting to abduct Palestinian civilians. I detailed some of these in a 2017 article, Abduct, imprison, repeat: Israel systematically imprisons Palestinians on false or no charges

Excerpt: “Being ripped out of your sleep and home by the Israeli Army is a norm. In 2007, in a village under constant lockdown and invasion by the Israeli Army, I experienced these night raids. In darkness, Israeli soldiers fired flares in the street and at homes, tear gas, sound bombs, and of course live ammunition at and inside Palestinian homes. The psychological terror the village residents felt would have been immense, and endless. The day raids are equally brutal. One youth’s spleen was destroyed by the bullet which narrowly missed his heart, as invading Israeli soldiers shot him outside his grandmother’s home.”

-(From 2007) Nablus After the Israeli Military Invasion

“…on Thursday evening, Israeli soldiers took captive a Palestinian Medical Relief (PRM) volunteer who had been part of a group escorting civilians to their old city homes. Initially detaining the medic by asking for his ID, the soldiers further detained him by keeping the ID. Soldiers took the medic into the home they were occupying, holding him inside for over 30 minutes before he reappeared blindfolded and handcuffed at the door of the building. He was then made to squat in front of the building for approximately another 20 to 30 minutes while soldiers changed shifts.

The targeted arrest and detention of medics is common and is a form of collective punishment for these volunteers providing essential emergency services to wounded Palestinians. Volunteer medics typically are young Palestinian men, who the IOF routinely accuse of having involvement with militant groups. When not arrested, medics and ambulances are still routinely denied access to emergency areas, denying the wounded emergency attention, a tactic which can result in the deaths of the injured. On Friday morning, one paramedic, age 23, was shot in the shoulder while on duty…”

On Friday morning, one paramedic, age 23, was shot in the shoulder while on duty…” –Deconstructing the NATO Narrative on Syria https://ingaza.wordpress.com/2024/04/28/neglect-abuse-torture-the-west-is-ignoring-the-fate-of-palestinians-stuck-in-israeli-jails/

It seems that we are facing the most difficult people in history, and there is no solution with them except recognizing their rights and ending the occupation…. We should do what Rogel Alpher suggested two years ago, which is leave the country.

Under this headline, the Hebrew newspaper “Haaretz” published an article by the famous Zionist writer (Ari Shavit), in which he says: It seems that we are facing the most difficult people in history, and there is no solution with them except recognizing their rights and ending the occupation.

    Description of image
“Shavit” began his article by saying: It seems that we have passed the point of no return, and it is possible that “Israel” can no longer end the occupation, stop settlements and achieve peace, and it seems that it is no longer possible to reform Zionism, save democracy and divide the people in this country.

He added, if this is the case, there is no taste for living in this country, there is no taste for writing in “Haaretz”, and there is no taste for reading “Haaretz”. We should do what Rogel Alpher suggested two years ago, which is leave the country.

If “Israeli” and Judaism are not a vital factor in identity, and if every “Israeli” citizen has a foreign passport, not only in the technical sense, but also in the psychological sense, then the matter is over. You have to say goodbye to friends and move to San Francisco, Berlin or Paris.

From there, from the country of the new German ultra-nationalism, or the country of the new American ultra-nationalism, you must look quietly and watch the “State of Israel” takes its last breath. We must take three steps back, and watch the democratic Jewish state sink. It may be that the issue has not yet been established.

We may not have passed the point of no return yet. It is still possible to end the occupation, stop settlements, reform Zionism, save democracy and divide the country.

And the writer continued, I put my finger in the eyes of Netanyahu, Lieberman and the nweo-Nazis, to wake them from their Xionist delusion, that Trump, Kushner, Biden, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are not the ones who will end the occupation.

It is not the United Nations and the European Union that will stop the settlements. The only power in the world capable of saving “Israel” from itself, are the “Israelis” themselves, by devising a new political language that recognizes reality and that the Palestinians are rooted in this land. I urge you to find the third way in order to survive here and not die.

The writer asserts in Haaretz newspaper: that the “Israelis”, since they came to Palestine, realize that they are the product of a lie invented by the Zionist movement, during which they used all the cunning in the Jewish personality throughout history.

By exploiting and exaggerating what Hitler called the Holocaust, the movement was able to convince the world that Palestine is the “Promised Land” and that the alleged temple is located under the Al-Aqsa Mosque. A nuclear beast.

The writer sought the help of Western and Jewish archaeologists, the most famous of which is Israel Flinstein from Tel Aviv University, who confirmed that “the Temple is also a lie and a fairy tale that does not exist, and all excavations have proven that it disappeared completely thousands of years ago, and this was explicitly stated in a large number of Jewish references.” And many Western archaeologists have confirmed that…

The last of them was in 1968 AD, British archaeologist Dr. Catelyn Kapinos, when she was director of excavations at the British School of Archeology in Jerusalem. She carried out excavations in Jerusalem and was expelled from Palestine for exposing “Israeli” myths about the presence of traces of Solomon’s Temple at the bottom of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. ..

Where I decided that there had never been any traces of Solomon’s Temple, and discovered that what the Israelites call
“Solomon’s Stables Building” has nothing to do with Solomon or stables at all. Rather, it is an architectural model of a palace that is commonly built in several regions in Palestine, and this is despite the fact that “Kathleen Kenyon” came from the Palestine Exploration Fund Society, for the purpose of clarifying what was stated in the biblical accounts, because She showed great activity in Britain in the middle of the 19th century on the history of the “Near East”.

He stressed that it is the curse of lying that pursues the “Israelis”, and day after day, it slaps them in the face in the form of a knife in the hands of Jerusalemites, Khalili(Hebron) and Nabulsi, or with a group stone or a bus driver from Jaffa, Haifa and Acre.

The “Israelis” realize that they have no future in Palestine, as it is not a land without a people, as they lied. Here is another writer who recognizes, not the existence of the Palestinian people, but his superiority over the “Israelis”, is (Gideon Levy), the left-wing Zionist, as he says:

It seems that the Palestinians are different from the rest of mankind. We occupied their land, and called their young prostitutes, prostitutes and drugs, and we said that a few years will pass, and they will forget their homeland and land, and if their young generation explodes the intifada of the 1987.. We put them in prisons and said we will raise them in prisons.

Years later, and after we thought that they had learned the lesson, if they would return to us with an armed uprising in 2000, which ate the green and the dry, we said we would demolish their homes and besiege them for many years, and if they would extract impossible missiles to strike us with, despite the siege and destruction, so we began to plan for them with walls and barbed wire. .

And if they came to us from underground and in tunnels, until they killed us in the last war, we fought them with brains, so they took over the “Israeli” satellite (Amos)? And they terrorize every home in Israel by spreading threats and threats, as happened when their youth managed to take over the Israeli Channel Two. In sum, it seems that we are facing the most difficult people in history, and there is no solution with them except recognizing their rights and ending the occupation.

  • Thousands of Japanese Citizens Flood Streets to Protest WHO, WEF, Bill Gates, Vaccines
    Frank BergmanApril 15, 2024 - 12:24 pm

Tens of thousands of Japanese citizens have taken to the streets in huge rallies to protest threats to the nation’s sovereignty from globalist outside forces.

Protesters are demonstrating to pressure the Japanese government to reject the World Health Organization’s (WHO) “Global Pandemic Treaty.”

As Slay News has reported, the Pandemic Treaty will grant the WHO, and its parent agency the United Nations, with sweeping global powers that override the laws of individual nations.

Under the treaty, the WHO will be able to enforce global lockdowns and other measures in the event of an “emergency” such as a pandemic or “climate change.”

After declaring an “emergency,” the WHO would have the power to roll out vaccine mandates, “climate lockdowns,” food rationing, travel recitations, mass censorship, and more.

It will essentially empower the UN to act as a single global government.

All 193 UN member states – which includes Japan, the United States, and most other Western nations – are expected to sign the treaty next month.

Not only is the United States planning to sign the treaty, but it was Democrat President Joe Biden who urged the WHO to move forward with the plan in 2022.

While the power grab from the WHO and the UN has faced little pushback from the corporate media-trusting public, citizens in Japan, meanwhile, are outraged that their government is planning to sign the treaty.

Protests erupted over the weekend as the people of Japan voiced their concerns over “infectious disease,” “climate change,” and “public health” becoming potent tools for an unprecedented push toward a totalitarian surveillance society.

From the bustling streets of Ikebukuro to the gatherings at Higashi-Ikebukuro Central Park, the sheer scale of participation speaks volumes.

Organizers estimate that a monumental 100,000 protesters joined the rallies.

They demanded answers on crucial issues, such as the huge spikes in excess deaths and the lack of transparency on the adverse effects following vaccinations.

The protest not just opposed potential mandatory vaccinations but also the perceived overreach of health authorities and their ties with global Big Pharma.

They were echoing a distressing sentiment of disenfranchisement among the populace.

Demonstrators criticized the lack of explanations for a sharp increase in excess deaths and demanded accountability and clarity on vaccine-related casualties.

Eminent speakers included Professor Masayasu Inoue and modern history researcher Chikatsu Hayashi.

They provided compelling pre-demonstration speeches that laid bare the concerning dynamics between global health authorities and pharmaceutical agendas.

Professor Inoue highlighted the concerning trend of our health being weaponized in what he termed as “a third world war fought with information.”

He urged the public to resist introducing genetic vaccines into their bodies, implicating a significant portion of WHO’s funding comes from pharmaceutical giants and private interests like the Bill Gates Foundation.

Inoue cited several threats to the people of Japan, including the WHO, World Economic Forum (WEF), Gates, the “New World Order,” and President Biden.

At the beginning of the rally, Inoue delivered a powerful speech, stating:

“There indeed exists something very evil.

“It’s often dismissed with a single phrase as a ‘conspiracy’, but in reality, conspiracies have been part of our genetics and culture since the Age of Exploration, continuing to this day.

“I came to realize this,” the world-renowned professor noted.

“In that sense, my message for today is about vaccines that use our genetics to make our bodies produce pathogens or proteins, even if they’re disguised as vaccines, for example, next could be influenza.

“And now, there’s panic over sugar and various other things, but the strategy to use messenger types for everything has become the basic strategy of American global pharmaceutical companies.

“To everyone here, among friends and acquaintances, introducing genetic vaccines into the body should not be done, regardless of the type.

“Take this as the key message home; by doing so, I hope you can protect your children and grandchildren.

“In this sense, half a century later, what was then WHO, has over these last four years been guiding us through some absurd directions.

“Upon investigation, over 85% of WHO’s budget turns out to be funded by pharmaceutical companies and stakeholders like Bill Gates Foundation, indicating that it’s being directed towards their interests.

“This means our health is being used as a weapon, and now we’re in the midst of a third world war fought with information, questioning whether responsible adults are aware and able to protect themselves accordingly.”

In a separate speech, Hayashi said:

“Let’s stop the third atomic bomb with our hands, in the hands of the Japanese people. Shall we not?

“This national movement actually has four objectives.

    “First, a pledge and declaration.

“Here, we vow to protect our children, to protect Japan,” he declared.

“We stand against WHO, global totalitarianism, pandemic treaties, submarine IHR, genetic vaccines, plandemic, control of information, and declare to eliminate all these.

“Figures such as Tedros, Gates, Schwab, Biden, representatives of the New World Order.

“One of their primary agents, Fumio Kishida.

“And Kamikawa, further, Japan’s Fauci, Takemi, Takemi, Takemi.

“The term New World Order came up earlier, but though it has ‘New’ in its name, it’s actually an old order.

“It’s an order that should collapse,” Hayashi concluded.

On the first anniversary of Israel’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army continued its deadly strikes on Monday, killing 42 Palestinians across the devastated enclave.

The health ministry in Lebanon said that Israeli airstrikes killed 22 people and injured 110 others in southern Lebanon on Sunday.

On October 7th, top US politicians focus on crime against Israel, barely nod to Palestinian pain, ignore US complicity

President Biden: On this day last year, the sun rose on what was supposed to be a joyous Jewish holiday. By sunset, October 7 had become the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust…We will not stop working to achieve a ceasefire deal in Gaza that brings the hostages home, allows for a surge in humanitarian aid to ease the suffering on the ground, assures Israel’s security, and ends this war.

VP Kamala Harris: We must uphold the commitment to repair the world, an idea that has been passed on throughout generations of the Jewish people and across many faiths. And to that end, we must work to relieve the immense suffering of innocent Palestinians in Gaza who have experienced so much pain and loss over the year.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump commemorated the one-year anniversary of the October 7 attack by lighting a memorial candle at his resort in Florida. In his comments, he said, “I will not allow the Jewish state to be threatened with destruction, I will not allow another Holocaust of the Jewish people, I will not allow a jihad to be waged on America or its allies, and I will support Israel’s right to win its war on terror.”

Trump also spoke about antisemitism, claiming it is only a problem within the Democratic Party: “The Republican Party has not been infected by this horrible disease, and hopefully it won’t be. It won’t be as long I’m in charge.”

The armed wing of the Palestinian Hamas resistance group on Monday added historical context when it said the Al-Aqsa Flood operation on Oct. 7 last year “was preemptive as the (Israeli) occupation aggression reached a dangerous level.”

The spokesperson added, “A year has passed and we are still fighting in an asymmetrical battle a criminal enemy that doesn’t hesitate to commit all crimes.”

Israel has killed 146 doctors in Gaza: Ministry

    Anadolu Agency reports:

Israel has killed 146 doctors from various specialties in Gaza, while most medicines and medical supplies have been depleted amid the Israeli military’s genocide in the enclave, the Gaza Health Ministry announced Sunday.

In a statement marking one year since the start of the Israeli genocide, the ministry said that 83% of medical supplies and 60% of medications are unavailable in hospitals and health centers.

The ministry also noted that there are 25,000 patients and injured people in need of treatment outside the besieged territory.

Israeli Army Reservist Shown Reading Talmud Passage to Cuffed Palestinians in Viral Video – is this even legal?

    Ha’aretz reports:

A video circulated on social media shows an IDF reservist soldier reading a passage from the Talmud to three cuffed Palestinians in the West Bank.

In the footage, which was filmed in recent weeks, the soldier is seen reciting the passage while the three Palestinians lie on the ground, blindfolded. Another soldier, who filmed the incident, can be heard laughing and encouraging the reservist. The social media post has been removed.

In response, the IDF announced that both soldiers involved have been suspended from their duties and will face disciplinary action. The Israeli army added, “The soldier’s behavior in the video is serious and does not align with the values of the IDF or the standards expected of its soldiers.”

Something is happening in northern Gaza – who is telling the truth?

    Various agencies report:

The Jerusalem Post reports: The IDF has expanded the humanitarian area in Al-Mawasi in northern Gaza [to accommodate Palestinians it has expelled from Jabaliya and other locations in the north], it announced Sunday morning.

This expansion included field hospitals established since the outbreak of the war, tent compounds, and supplies of food, water, and medicine.

Local Palestinians in Jabaliya report that there is nowhere to receive healthcare, nowhere to live, as buildings have been turned to rubble, As has been reported for 12 months, Israel has destroyed hospitals, schools and residential areas

According to Refugees International: In some areas of Gaza, prolonged food scarcity has driven families to desperate measures. Lacking access to food for extended periods, some Gaza residents told Refugees International that they resorted to consuming whatever was available, including non-food items.

A resident from northern Gaza reported that his family went without food for 17 days during the early months of the war, with the scarcity lasting nearly four months. To survive, the family ate animal feed, local weeds, and tree leaves. He recounted, “For four months, the north had no food supplies, and people ate tree leaves.”

One UN official told Refugees International that Gaza was “always two weeks away from a famine” due to the IDF’s refusal to normalize free-flowing aid. UN health officials have reported a significant surge in documented malnutrition cases, with a 170 percent increase across Gaza and a staggering 300 percent rise in the northern region.

Far from providing food, water, and medicine to the people of Gaza, Israel is preventing it – and has been for the last year.

From Anas Alsharif, journalist for Al Jazeera Arabic: “The Israeli occupation forces are committing a series of massacres against civilians in Jabalia camp and Jabalia al-Balad city, where the bodies of martyrs and wounded are spread in the streets, while ambulance and emergency teams are unable to evacuate them due to repeated targeting by drones.”

Israel’s year of war on the West Bank

    Mondoweiss reports:

For a year now in the West Bank, Israel has launched a war against Palestinians. While the genocidal assault on Gaza has claimed the lives of tens of thousands, and according to some estimates, hundreds of thousands, the onslaught in the West Bank has ramped up in the form of displacement, the unprecedented expansion of settlements, rampant settler violence and pogroms, economic warfare, mass incarceration, and the launching of a military offensive on centers of resistance across the West Bank.

As of this writing, Israeli forces and settlers have killed 743 Palestinians, wounded 5,250, and displaced 5,947. But underlying these numbers is a far deeper reality of Israeli settler encroachment and creeping annexation in the West Bank.

The Israeli offensive in the West Bank is nothing random, nor is it detached from Israel’s policies in Gaza. It follows a strategy in line with Israel’s stated plans to annex the West Bank and undermine any possibilities for a future Palestinian state.

Although these Israeli policies have been employed by Israel for decades of occupation in the West Bank, observers argue that Israel’s strategy in the West Bank after October 7 has aimed to create a new political reality, heading towards achieving definitive Israeli control over the West Bank.

“It’s like being in an abusive relationship with the world”: Palestinians in the diaspora grapple with collective grief

    Middle East Eye reports:

“We have no map to understand the depth, the breadth, the transgenerational component to it, the multi-generational component to it, the persistence of it, and the impact that it’s going to have on our current generation and generations to follow,” psychiatry professor at the University of California San Francisco, Jess Ghannam told viewers of an online webcast, just weeks into the war.

“In the Palestinian context, there is no ‘post’ in post-traumatic stress disorder,” Ghannam said.

Aside from the week-long ceasefire and prisoner swap in November, there has not been a day in the last 365, when air strikes, sniper fire or the threat of famine and disease have not targeted Palestinians in Gaza.

“I’m watching this happen to my people. And I’m looking at these faces, and they look like me, and they sound like me, and they speak like me, and they have the same names as us, and they eat the same foods as us,” Safa Soueissi, a Palestinian American in Tulsa, Oklahoma, told Middle East Eye.

“So if my children were on the street and they were hit by a car and they were bleeding out on the streets, nobody’s gonna care, because they’re Palestinian children?”

“I’ve never personally experienced this amount of grief in my life,” Nada al-Hanooti, a Palestinian American from Dearborn, Michigan, said in January. “It’s like being in an abusive relationship with the world. So it also makes me kind of go crazy with rage.”

Israeli forces beat renowned Palestinian activist to death, kill a 12-year-old child

    Various agencies report:

Middle East Eye: Israeli forces on Monday beat to death a renowned 66-year-old Palestinian activist after raiding his home in the occupied West Bank.

Ziad Abu Helaiel was a popular tribal figure in the West Bank, famous for peacefully confronting Israeli soldiers during demonstrations and standing between them and protesters.

Abu Helaiel’s son, Murad, told AFP that around 3am on Monday, a group of Israeli forces stormed their home in Dura, south of Hebron, trying to arrest one of their relatives.

“My father tried to stop them, so they struck him twice on the chest, then pushed him, causing his chest to collide with the door, which led to his martyrdom,” Murad said.

The soldiers then withdrew from the house, leaving Abu Helaiel unconscious on the floor. The activist was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

IMEMC: On Monday, Israeli soldiers invaded the Qalandia refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank, fatally shot a Palestinian child in the abdomen, shot seven other Palestinians, including three children, and abducted twenty citizens.

In a statement, the Palestinian Health Ministry has confirmed that the soldiers killed a child, identified as Hatem Sami Hisham Gheith, 12.

South Africa to present new evidence of Israel’s genocide in Gaza to ICJ

    Middle East Monitor reports:

South Africa intends to present new evidence in the genocide case filed against Israel at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), President Cyril Ramaphosa said Monday.

In a statement on the first anniversary of Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza, Ramaphosa said the memorandum that his country will submit this month contains “detailed evidence” proving that Israel committed genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

He called on Israel to implement the provisional measures issued by the court in January, March and May.

South Africa filed a lawsuit against Israel before the World Court in December 2023 on the grounds that it violated the 1948 United Nations Convention on the Prevention of Genocide.

White House ‘continuing’ to advise Israel on response to Iranian attack

    Anadolu Agency reports:

White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters Monday that the Biden administration is “continuing to have discussions with the Israelis about their response, obviously responding to Iran’s attack, almost 200 missiles right that went flying into Israel. Our commitment continues to be very clear on Israel’s security, and that’s ironclad.”

US President Joe Biden suggested last week that Israel should not strike Iran’s oil or nuclear facilities.

NOTE: The Israeli paper Jerusalem Post reported Sunday that the US has offered Israel a “compensation package” if it avoids hitting certain targets in its planned attack on Iran.

The package would include military aid and a guarantee that the US would provide total diplomatic support.

“Israeli officials reportedly answered, ‘We consider the United States and listen to them. But we will do anything and everything we can to protect the citizens and the security of the State of Israel.’”

ALSO NOTE: Mainstream media and pro-Israel leaders ignore the context of Iran’s attack, framing it instead as somehow unprovoked. Iran’s foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, however, correctly declared that Iran’s missile attack was an act of “self-defense” that only targeted military and security sites used for attacks on Gaza and Lebanon.

He pointed out that Iran’s measured attack came “after exercising tremendous restraint for almost two months, to give space for a ceasefire in Gaza.”

The foreign minister added that Iran’s action was “concluded” unless Israel “decides to invite further retaliation” – words that indicate that Western leaders who want an end to the conflict ought to counsel Israel to let the matter drop.

Pope Francis slams world’s ‘shameful inability’ to stop Israel-Palestine war

    Reuters reports:

Pope Francis criticized, on Monday, what he called the “shameful inability” of the international community to end the war in the Middle East, one year after Hamas’s devastating attack on Israel, Reuters reports.

“It seems that few people care about what is most needed and what is most desired: dialogue and peace,” he wrote. “Violence never brings peace. History proves this, yet years and years of conflict seem to have taught us nothing.”

Francis has recently become more vocal in his criticism of Israel’s military campaign.

On 29 September, the 87-year-old Pontiff criticized Israeli air strikes in Lebanon that killed Hezbollah leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, as well as non-combatants, suggesting the air strikes went “beyond morality”.

Earlier in September, the Pope called Israel’s actions in Lebanon “unacceptable” and urged the international community to do everything possible to halt the fighting.

In his letter on Monday, Francis directly addressed Gazans:

I am with you, the people of Gaza, long embattled and in dire straits. You are in my thoughts and prayers daily.

I am with you, who have been forced to leave your homes, to abandon schooling and work and to find a place of refuge from the bombing. …

I am with you, who are afraid to look up for fear of fire raining down from the skies.

Earthquake in Iranian desert – could it be a covert nuclear weapons test?

    The Cradle reports:

On 5 October 2024, a 4.5-magnitude seismic event occurred in Iran’s Semnan province, sparking speculation that Iran has tested a nuclear weapon for the first time.

Such a seismic event is typically the result of an earthquake, but speculation has arisen on social media suggesting the event was instead an underground nuclear test carried out by the Islamic Republic in response to Israeli threats to bomb Tehran’s nuclear energy and oil facilities.

The speculation that Iran carried out a nuclear test comes just days after the Heritage Foundation, a right-wing think tank in the US, published a report stating that “Iran can produce nuclear weapons far more rapidly than expected.”

‘A f***ing liar’ and ‘a bad guy’: Quotes from new Bob Woodward book show Biden’s growing frustration with Benjamin Netanyahu

    CNN reports:

CNN reported on quotes U.S. President Joe Biden said to and about Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, that appeared in a new book by veteran journalist Bob Woodward. According to the book, Biden said of Netanyahu privately earlier in the year: “That son of a bitch, Bibi Netanyahu, he’s a bad guy. He’s a bad fucking guy!”

In another interaction, Biden asked Netnayhu: What’s your strategy, man?” in an April phone call. The Israeli prime minister answered, “We have to go into Rafah,” to which Biden responded, “Bibi, you’ve got no strategy.”

“I know he’s going to do something, but the way I limit it is tell him to ‘do nothing,'” Biden told his advisers, according to Woodward, but his frustration with Netanyahu boiled over as the war continued to escalate.

“He’s a fucking liar,” Biden said privately of Netanyahu, after Israel went into Rafah, Woodward writes. “Bibi, what the fuck?” Biden yelled at Netanyahu in July after an Israeli airstrike killed a top Hezbollah military commander and three civilians in Beirut, according to Woodward.

“You know the perception of Israel around the world increasingly is that you’re a rogue state, a rogue actor,” Biden said to Netanyahu, who responded that the target was “one of the leading terrorists.”

“We saw an opportunity and took it,” Netanyahu said. “The harder you hit, the more successful you’re going to be in the negotiation.”

    STATISTICS OCTOBER 7, 2023 – OCTOBER 7, 2024:

Palestinian death toll from October 7, 2023 – October 7, 2024: at least 42,708* ( 41,965 in Gaza* – 11,308 women (30%), 16,859 children as of September 5. [The Ministry’s figures have been contested by the Israeli authorities, although they have been accepted as accurate by Israeli intelligence services, the UN, and WHO. These data are supported by independent analyses, comparing changes in the number of deaths of UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) staff with those reported by the Ministry, which found claims of data fabrication implausible.]

This is expected to be a significant undercount since thousands of those killed have yet to be identified – and at least 743 in the West Bank (~160 children). This does not include an estimated 10,000 more still buried under rubble (4,900 women and children). Euro-Med Monitor reports 49,032 Palestinian deaths.

Lancet: “Applying a conservative estimate of four indirect deaths per one direct death9 to the 37,396 deaths reported, it is not implausible to estimate that up to 186 000 or even more deaths could be attributable to the current conflict in Gaza.

Ralph Nader earlier estimated 300,000 Palestinians may have been killed in Gaza.

At least 45 Palestinians have died in Israeli prisons (27 from Gaza, 25 from West Bank).
At least 41 Palestinians have died due to malnutrition (at least 37 of them children)**.
About 1.9 million of Gaza’s 2.3 million population are currently displaced.
Almost 500,000 Gazans are currently experiencing catastrophic levels of food insecurity.
Palestinian injuries from October 7 – October 7, 2024: at least 103,790 (including at least 97,590 in Gaza and 6,200 in the West Bank, including 830 children). [It remains unknown how many Americans are among the casualties in Gaza.]

Reported Israeli death toll from October 7, 2023 – October 7, 2024: ~1,457 (~1,139 on October 7, 2023, of which ~32 were Americans, and ~36 were children); 293*** military forces since the ground invasion began in Gaza; 25 military and civilians in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Israel) and~10,000 injured.

The death toll in Lebanon since October 8, 2023 is at least 2,083 (at least 127 children, 194 women) and 9,869 injuries (690 of them children). An estimated 1.2 million have been displaced.

NOTE: It is unknown at this time how many of the deaths and injuries of Israelis on October 7 were caused by Israeli soldiers.

*Previously, IAK did not include 471 Gazans killed in the Al Ahli hospital blast since the source of the projectile was being disputed. However, given that much evidence points to Israel as the culprit, Israel had previously bombed the hospital and has attacked many others, Israel is prohibiting outside experts from investigating the scene, and since the UN and other agencies are including the deaths from the attack in their cumulative totals, if Americans knew is now also doing so.

**Euro-Med Monitor reports that Gaza’s elderly are dying at an alarmingly high rate. The majority die at home and are buried either close to their residences or in makeshift graves dispersed across the Strip. There are currently more than 140 such cemeteries. Additionally, according to Euromed, thousands have died from starvation, malnourishment, and inadequate medical care; these are considered indirect victims as they were not registered in hospitals.

***The figure does not include the reportedly 56 Israeli soldiers – nearly 16% of the total Israeli military deaths – killed due to friendly fire in Gaza and other military-related accidents.

† For most of the conflict, women and children accounted for about 70% of deaths in Gaza, with children making up a little over 40% of those killed, according to official statistics.

In his comments, he said, “I will not allow the Jewish state to be threatened with destruction, I will not allow another Holocaust of the Jewish people, I will not allow a jihad to be waged on America or its allies, and I will support Israel’s right to win its war on terror.” Trump also spoke about antisemitism, claiming it is only a problem within the Democratic Party: “The Republican Party has not been infected by this horrible disease, and hopefully it won’t be. It won’t be as long I’m in charge.” The armed wing of the Palestinian Hamas resistance group on Monday added historical context when it said the Al-Aqsa Flood operation on Oct. 7 last year “was preemptive as the (Israeli) occupation aggression reached a dangerous level.” The spokesperson added, “A year has passed and we are still fighting in an asymmetrical battle a criminal enemy that doesn’t hesitate to commit all crimes.” A Palestinian boy sits atop the rubble of a destroyed building in the Jabalia refugee camp on 30 May 2024 A Palestinian boy sits atop the rubble of a destroyed building in the Jabalia refugee camp on 30 May 2024 (MEE/Enas Rami) Israel has killed 146 doctors in Gaza: Ministry Anadolu Agency reports: Israel has killed 146 doctors from various specialties in Gaza, while most medicines and medical supplies have been depleted amid the Israeli military’s genocide in the enclave, the Gaza Health Ministry announced Sunday. Another soldier, who filmed the incident, can be heard laughing and encouraging the reservist. The social media post has been removed. This expansion included field hospitals established since the outbreak of the war, tent compounds, and supplies of food, water, and medicine. Lacking access to food for extended periods, some Gaza residents told Refugees International that they resorted to consuming whatever was available, including non-food items. A resident from northern Gaza reported that his family went without food for 17 days during the early months of the war, with the scarcity lasting nearly four months. Our commitment continues to be very clear on Israel’s security, and that’s ironclad.” US President Joe Biden suggested last week that Israel should not strike Iran’s oil or nuclear facilities. But we will do anything and everything we can to protect the citizens and the security of the State of Israel.’” ALSO NOTE: Mainstream media and pro-Israel leaders ignore the context of Iran’s attack, framing it instead as somehow unprovoked. Iran’s foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, however, correctly declared that Iran’s missile attack was an act of “self-defense” that only targeted military and security sites used for attacks on Gaza and Lebanon. He pointed out that Iran’s measured attack came “after exercising tremendous restraint for almost two months, to give space for a ceasefire in Gaza.” The foreign minister added that Iran’s action was “concluded” unless Israel “decides to invite further retaliation” – words that indicate that Western leaders who want an end to the conflict ought to counsel Israel to let the matter drop. History proves this, yet years and years of conflict seem to have taught us nothing.” Francis has recently become more vocal in his criticism of Israel’s military campaign. In his letter on Monday, Francis directly addressed Gazans: I am with you, the people of Gaza, long embattled and in dire straits. You are in my thoughts and prayers daily. I am with you, who have been forced to leave your homes, to abandon schooling and work and to find a place of refuge from the bombing. … I am with you, who are afraid to look up for fear of fire raining down from the skies. Earthquake in Iranian desert – could it be a covert nuclear weapons test? The Cradle reports: On 5 October 2024, a 4.5-magnitude seismic event occurred in Iran’s Semnan province, sparking speculation that Iran has tested a nuclear weapon for the first time. Such a seismic event is typically the result of an earthquake, but speculation has arisen on social media suggesting the event was instead an underground nuclear test carried out by the Islamic Republic in response to Israeli threats to bomb Tehran’s nuclear energy and oil facilities. The speculation that Iran carried out a nuclear test comes just days after the Heritage Foundation, a right-wing think tank in the US, published a report stating that “Iran can produce nuclear weapons far more rapidly than expected.” Members of Israel’s home front inspect a crater created by an Iranian missile at a school in Gedera. According to the book, Biden said of Netanyahu privately earlier in the year: “That son of a bitch, Bibi Netanyahu, he’s a bad guy. He’s a bad fucking guy!” In another interaction, Biden asked Netnayhu: What’s your strategy, man?” in an April phone call. The Israeli prime minister answered, “We have to go into Rafah,” to which Biden responded, “Bibi, you’ve got no strategy.” “I know he’s going to do something, but the way I limit it is tell him to ‘do nothing,'” Biden told his advisers, according to Woodward, but his frustration with Netanyahu boiled over as the war continued to escalate. “You know the perception of Israel around the world increasingly is that you’re a rogue state, a rogue actor,” Biden said to Netanyahu, who responded that the target was “one of the leading terrorists.” “We saw an opportunity and took it,” Netanyahu said. “The harder you hit, the more successful you’re going to be in the negotiation.” RECOMMENDED READING: Trump blasts Netanyahu: “F**k him”, he never wanted a deal US President Joe Biden responded to the ICC arrest warrant request for Israel's leaders by condemning it. • Israeli attacks intensify on Gaza, Lebanon, with no end in sight – Day 364

Compilation of news reports – IAK staff

The Israeli army killed 23 more Palestinians and injured 66 in attacks on the Gaza Strip, the Health Ministry in the enclave said on Saturday.

These figures do not include the death toll from the overnight bombardment across Gaza.
Israeli strikes across Lebanon Saturday killed 23 people and injured 93 others, according to the country’s health ministry.

    Anadolu Agency reports:

NORTHERN GAZA: Israel carried out more than 100 airstrikes in northern Gaza overnight, killing at least 30 Palestinians and injuring dozens, marking the deadliest Israeli escalation since May.

Following the attack, the Israeli military ordered residents to evacuate their homes and relocate to the Al-Mawasi “safe” zone in Deir al-Balah and Khan Younis, claiming “the region remains an active combat zone.” (WATCH How safe is Gaza’s al-Mawasi ‘safe zone’?)

CENTRAL GAZA: At least 24 Palestinians, including children, were killed, and 93 others injured early Sunday morning in two separate Israeli airstrikes targeting a mosque and a school that were sheltering displaced civilians in central Gaza.

BEIRUT: Israeli warplanes carried out more than 30 overnight airstrikes on Beirut’s southern suburb, marking the “heaviest night” of attacks since Israel expanded its military offensive against Lebanon on Sept. 23.

Israeli officials claimed that the strikes were based on “precise intelligence,” and targeted Hezbollah infrastructure, as well as weapons caches, which Israel alleges are stored in residential buildings.

Israeli military claims bombed mosque was Hamas command center

    Al Jazeera reports:

The Israeli military has claimed, without providing evidence, that the “Shahada al-Aqsa mosque” it bombed in Deir el-Balah was being used as a “command and control complex”.

Posting on X, the Israeli military also claimed that “many steps were taken to reduce the chance of harming civilians” before bombing the mosque, which was housing displaced Palestinians.

At least 18 people have been confirmed killed so far. Footage of the aftermath of the attack, verified by Al Jazeera’s Sanad fact-checking agency, shows rescue crews scrambling to pull bodies from under the rubble.

NOTE: Israel justifies every strike with essentially the same words, “the site was a Hamas command and control center”; it makes the same claims, “many steps were taken to reduce the chance of harming civilians,” often adding that it used “precise” munitions.

The bombing sites consistently show no evidence of Hamas use, attacks are often carried out without warning to civilians to evacuate, and cause massive damage and loss of life. (More here.)

Israeli army admits to targeting mosque in southern Lebanon

    Anadolu Agency reports:

The Israeli army admitted on Saturday that it targeted a mosque in southern Lebanon, claiming that Hezbollah members were present and using it as an operations base.

The Israeli army claimed in a statement that its airforce carried out a “precise strike late Friday night on Hezbollah fighters operating from a command center located within the mosque near Salah Ghandoor Hospital in Bint Jbeil.”

The Israeli army claimed that Hezbollah members were using the mosque for “planning and executing attacks against Israeli forces.”

This is the same pretext that the Israeli army used to destroy mosques and churches in the Gaza Strip.

West Bank: Israeli Forces Kill a Former Prisoner Near Tubas

    IMEMC reports:

Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian young man, on Saturday, after abducting him in the village of Wadi al-Far’a, southwest of Tubas in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank.

Kamal Bani Oda, the director of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) in Tubas, reported that Israeli forces shot Ahmad Mustafa Ahmad Awaisa, 30, with several live rounds, before abducting him.

He added that the slain young man was a former prisoner who was released in September 2024, after spending two years in occupation prisons.

Media sources said that a large army force stormed Wadi al-Far’a village, on Saturday morning, and surrounded the home of the Awaisa family, before invading the home, shooting the former prisoner with several live rounds, and abducting him.

NOTE: The entire West Bank has been under Israeli occupation since 1967; all its official entrances and exits are controlled by Israeli soldiers, making its Palestinian inhabitants virtual prisoners. Many are families that were ethnically cleansed from Israel during Israel’s founding war (see this and this and this) and its 1967 war. Israeli forces often invade them; one example is here.

In a landmark advisory opinion on July 19, 2024, the International Court of Justice declared Israel’s decades-long occupation of Palestinian land “illegal” and demanded the evacuation of all settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

Two senior Hamas commanders killed in Lebanon strikes

    Middle East Eye reports:

Two senior Hamas commanders were reportedly killed in Israeli strikes in northern Lebanon.

Field commander Saeed Atallah Ali was reportedly killed in a strike targeting the Beddawi camp for Palestinian refugees near the northern Lebanese city of Tripoli.

Mohammed Hussein al-Lawis was killed in another strike targeting the Beqaa Valley town of Saadnayel.

    Hamas confirmed both deaths.

NOTE: These men are just the latest in a string of Israeli assassinations of resistance leaders, including Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iranian officials. Analysts suggest Israel is leaving itself no one to negotiate a ceasefire with.

French president buckles under pressure from Netanyahu

    Various agencies report:

Anadolu Agency: French President Emmanuel Macron on Saturday called for halting arms shipments to Israel over its operations in Gaza, stressing the need to prioritize a political solution in the region.

Macron claimed that France was not sending weapons to Israel for use in Gaza, and insisted that Israel should adhere to international and humanitarian law.

AFP continues the story: Hours later, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu slammed French President Emmanuel Macron for calling for a halt to arms supplies to Israel, which is fighting wars in Gaza and Lebanon.

“As Israel fights the forces of barbarism led by Iran, all civilized countries should be standing firmly by Israel’s side.

“Yet, President Macron and other Western leaders are now calling for arms embargoes against Israel. Shame on them,” Netanyahu said in a statement issued by his office.

“Israel will win with or without their support, but their shame will continue long after the war is won”, Netanyahu added.

Then. from Middle East Eye: Macron’s office walked back his statement, emphasizing that he “supports Israel’s security and demonstrates it,” that he mobilized France’s military to aid Israel twice, and that he “personally told the Iranian president of France’s commitment to Israel’s security.”

“It is in this context that the president calls for an end to arms exports intended for use in Gaza,” the statement continued. “We must return to diplomatic solutions.”

“France is Israel’s steadfast friend,” the Elysee concluded.

The Israeli army claimed in a statement that its airforce carried out a “precise strike late Friday night on Hezbollah fighters operating from a command center located within the mosque near Salah Ghandoor Hospital in Bint Jbeil.” The Israeli army claimed that Hezbollah members were using the mosque for “planning and executing attacks against Israeli forces.” This is the same pretext that the Israeli army used to destroy mosques and churches in the Gaza Strip. (Ramiz Dallah – Anadolu Agency) West Bank: Israeli Forces Kill a Former Prisoner Near Tubas IMEMC reports: Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian young man, on Saturday, after abducting him in the village of Wadi al-Far’a, southwest of Tubas in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank. Two senior Hamas commanders killed in Lebanon strikes Middle East Eye reports: Two senior Hamas commanders were reportedly killed in Israeli strikes in northern Lebanon. Global leaders denounce Israel’s latest escalations Anadolu Agency reports: Irish foreign minister expresses ‘deep’ concern over escalation in Lebanon Spain’s king calls for end to ‘indescribable destruction’ in Gaza UK foreign secretary condemns Israeli strikes on Lebanese health facilities German foreign ministry deplores deadly Israeli attack on West Bank refugee camp French president buckles under pressure from Netanyahu Various agencies report: Anadolu Agency: French President Emmanuel Macron on Saturday called for halting arms shipments to Israel over its operations in Gaza, stressing the need to prioritize a political solution in the region. Then. from Middle East Eye: Macron’s office walked back his statement, emphasizing that he “supports Israel’s security and demonstrates it,” that he mobilized France’s military to aid Israel twice, and that he “personally told the Iranian president of France’s commitment to Israel’s security.” “It is in this context that the president calls for an end to arms exports intended for use in Gaza,” the statement continued. “We must return to diplomatic solutions.” “France is Israel’s steadfast friend,” the Elysee concluded. MORE NEWS: IMEMC Daily Reports. The Guardian (Raja Shehadeh): When will this horror end? When Israel realizes that the cost of destroying us is too high Mondoweiss: The United States and Israel set out to remake the Middle East, again STATISTICS OCTOBER 7, 2023 – OCTOBER 5, 2024: Palestinian death toll from October 7, 2023 – October 5, 2024: at least 42,611* ( 41,870 in Gaza* – 11,308 women (30%), 16,859 children as of September 5. [The Ministry’s figures have been contested by the Israeli authorities, although they have been accepted as accurate by Israeli intelligence services, the UN, and WHO. These data are supported by independent analyses, comparing changes in the number of deaths of UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) staff with those reported by the Ministry, which found claims of data fabrication implausible.] This is expected to be a significant undercount since thousands of those killed have yet to be identified – and at least 741 in the West Bank (~160 children). Palestinian injuries from October 7 – October 5, 2024: at least 103,366 (including at least 97,166 in Gaza and 6,200 in the West Bank, including 830 children). [It remains unknown how many Americans are among the casualties in Gaza.] Reported Israeli death toll from October 7, 2023 – October 5, 2024: ~1,457 (~1,139 on October 7, 2023, of which ~32 were Americans, and ~36 were children); 293*** military forces since the ground invasion began in Gaza; 25 military and civilians in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Israel) and~10,000 injured. The death toll in Lebanon since October 8, 2023 is at least 2,011 (at least 127 children, 194 women) and 9,535 injuries (690 of them children). An estimated 1.2 million have been displaced. The death toll from Israeli strikes on Lebanon has reached 2,011, with 9,535 wounded since Oct. 8, 2023, according to local authorities on Friday. • Twin flame relationships are intense, packed with lessons and tremendous opportunities for growth—but they also bring up a lot of questions. So, what better way to answer those questions than by doing a tarot reading?

Here's what twin flame tarot readings are all about, plus an eight-card spread you can try yourself.

A twin flame relationship is arguably the most complex (and often most distressing) type of soul connection. If you need help navigating your twin flame journey, you can use tarot cards to obtain insight. Generally, twin flame tarot readings can help you find clarity and explore your twin flame connection.

Many easy and accurate tarot spreads are available for twin flame readings, such as the Holistic Twin Flame tarot spread and Getting the Most Out of This Lifetime spread. The Twin Flame Dynamic spread, Twin Flame Energy spread, and the Twin Soul spread are some other helpful tarot spread options you can use.

If you’re an experienced tarot reader, you can create a twin flame tarot spread of your own to ensure a reading that suits your needs. You might also want to take note of certain tarot cards that prove to react more with twin flame energies. Doing so will guarantee a more insightful twin flame reading.

    What is a twin flame?
Sometimes, one soul is thought to get split into two bodies, or twin flames. This results in an intense soul connection between two people who are each other's "other half" or "mirror soul," so to speak.

Twin flame relationships are known for being both challenging and healing, as a twin flame will show you your deepest insecurities and shadows. But they also help you overcome them and vice versa, and your twin flame will be equally affected by you.

And according to licensed psychoanalyst Babita Spinelli, L.P., J.D., these relationships aren't always romantic. "The emphasis on a twin flame relationship is a spiritual connection where you feel a familiarity and polarity with a person. This can take the form of a friend or even an acquaintance," she previously explained to mbg.

A “twin flame” is not part of your “soul group.” Instead, it’s the second half of your own soul—that you’re meeting again. So, interacting with a twin flame is never a trivial encounter. Because your twin flame is a part of you, meeting them can feel remarkably familiar, electric, magnetic, and potent.

    Twin flame tarot reading:

These tarot readings can help you answer specific questions surrounding a potential twin flame relationship. Whether you think you met your twin flame, or you've been with this person for years, a reading like this can offer insights you may not have otherwise realised.

As tarot expert and author of Astrology SOS Imani Quinn tells mbg, tarot allows you to get a higher perspective on why this person is showing up in your life, so you can figure out how to navigate your relationship and where it is taking you.

How to do a twin flame tarot spread:
This eight-card twin flame spread from Quinn addresses many common twin flame-related questions. Pull each card one by one and lay them out in order. (You don't have to worry about the shape of the spread; just lay them out in a way that makes sense to you!)

Do I have expectations that this person will be my companion?
Quinn notes that there are a lot of myths and misconceptions surrounding twin flames, and people often believe twin flames have to be romantic.

"Twin flames are typically here to teach us a lesson and not necessarily to be a companion," she says, and it's worth asking yourself if you would be OK with a non-romantic relationship with this person.

Am I clinging to the idea of a twin flame?
With those twin flame misconceptions in mind, Quinn also says it's important to examine your ideas and expectations around twin flames.

"Do you have a preconceived notion that you only have one twin flame and that's the person for you? Are you trying to fulfil this love story with them? Or are you kind of open to the idea that they could take different forms in your life?" she suggests asking.

    ‘Twin Flame Relationship’ Tarot Spread:
Already met your twin flame? Here’s a spread to delve deeper into what the relationship is meant to teach you.

    You
    Your twin flame
What our combined soul looks like
    My shadow self—highlighted by them
    Their shadow self—highlighted by me
    Can this be toxic?
What needs to happen for the relationship to remain healthy

    The bottom line.
Twin flame relationships bring up a lot of emotions and experiences on one's spiritual path, and this can lead to a lot of questions. Twin flame tarot readings offer answers to those questions, so you can gain insight, acknowledge any challenges, and ideally, make any necessary changes within the connection.

  • Many Manifestation programs come through the Internet, whenever I try to analyze one such. Everything I had gone through gave me almost the same feel. No sooner, I came across a weird trick called the Ultra Manifestation program.
Ahoy there..! I am excited about sharing with you my in-depth Ultra Manifestation review. By scrutinizing my review, you can figure out whether buying this product can help you achieve good results. Listen..! Before I came across this product, I had witnessed and explored hundreds of Audio, Books, and Videos online that promised me transformative powers and life-changing results. However, the results remained almost the same. My life started to change after I came across the Ultra Manifestation code.

Ultra Manifestation – Is It Based On science and proven Techniques?
I was lured into making a purchase and more often than not, ended up disappointed with the results from the product. Why? They were just a scam! Nothing more. This is when I was first recommended to use the Ultra Manifestation guide. As you would expect, I was hesitant and skeptical about using the product. However, after repeated recommendations, I decided to give the product a try. This detailed Ultra Manifestation review documents my experience with the product and how it has managed to provide results for me. This can help you make a well-informed decision if you are considering giving this guide a try.

you devote yourself to it. Additionally, there is an added bonus that you can claim which is available for a limited period of time.
So what does the self-improvement book do? Like other similar books such as the Law of Attraction, the Secret, and others, the Ultra Manifestation guide also is focused on getting you in tune with the universe. By making simple changes in your lifestyle and devoting as little as 60 seconds each day, the book claims that you can get life-changing results in a very short span of time.
The guide is centered around the theory that the way you think affects the universe around you. I know what you are thinking. This sounds similar to the law of attraction. That is because it is based around the same principle. However, the Ultra Manifestation guide has been backed by science and proven experiments over the years. The book says that the entire universe is created out of energy, and does not matter. In essence, it says that humans are also made of energy. That gives us the power to influence, interact, and modify the energy around us. Eventually, the right application can help you completely perceive the world around you and turn your life around.

    Who is behind Ultra Manifestation?
The Ultra Manifestation website and guide is the brainchild of David Sanderson, who has himself overcome various personal challenges and obstacles to be a successful motivational speaker today. He first experienced the power of sound and quantum for healing by John Beckett which turned out to be the turning point of his life. David then went on to create the book Ultra Manifestation to help millions of other people who are still stuck in a mental rut and looking for a way out.

    Pros:
    ● Simple to follow – There is no complicated mantra that you have to follow in order to achieve results. Devoting as little as a minute every day can help you get positive results in a short span of time. I personally found it very easy to follow and implement in my daily routine.
    ● It really does work – Compared to the millions of other self-help books that I have tried, I’m surprised to say that the Ultra Manifestation book really works. After just a month of daily use, I was able to see visible changes in my life. To start off, I was able to sleep better. Additionally, I was more focused throughout the day and felt more motivated to pursue my targets and goals.
    ● Has a money-back guarantee – No amount of recommendations could persuade me to buy the product. It was the money-back guarantee that convinced me to give the book a try. There is a 60-day money-back guarantee with no strings attached in case you are not satisfied with the product.
    ● Affordable– Ultra-manifestation prices were quite affordable when compared to other “miraculous” self-help products on the market.

    Does Ultra Manifestation really work?
I know that you were waiting specifically for this part. Does the product really work? Or is it just another scam?
After using it religiously for over a month, I’m happy to say that the Ultra Manifestation guide works. This is what compelled me to write the ultra manifestation review in the first place. Additionally, I saw hundreds of other ultra manifestation reviews that boasted similar results.
But the results are not tangible. It is an experience that you get. Whether it is your sleep patterns, the way you deal with stress, or your overall perception about life and the universe, you can expect a positive transformation while using this guide.
The Total Money magnetism Frame of Mind:
It’s a pretty well-known fact that most of our problems in life stem from financial and monetary sources. And success in every professional field according to the course is a result of one’s mindset and willpower.
So, Total Money Magnetism taught Gina how to condition her mind using effective hypnotherapy techniques and principles to bring about a more positive outlook. Financial freedom is something that not just Gina, but we all seek, and that is why it’s imperative to have a ‘work hard, play less’ attitude.

    Its Basic Principles and Teachings:
Steve G. Jones believes that you can yield effective results from anything you set your mind to. So if you genuinely concentrate on getting results from a particular aspect of life, may it be your job, love life, or even health, you can more often than not achieve it with the right attitude.
There have been a lot of documented cases where people had healed themselves by virtue of their strong will power even when advanced medication did not work. Total Money Magnetism puts mind over matter and says that if they can do it, so can you.
The course started out by teaching Gina that just like everyone, she too has the power to unlock the hidden potentials of the mind. And being able to achieve what seemed impossible at first, will depend on the amount of dedication that she puts towards it.
    Conclusion:
So after reading this Ultra Manifestation review, the question will be is it worth investing in? Well, yes and no! No self-help book can work if you don’t want it to. At the core of the book lies the reader. So if you are not open about making changes in your life, it is best that you avoid buying the self-help guide.

  • TropiSlim:Is This Fat-Burning Formula Truly Effective For Women Over 40?

Women over 40 often struggle with stubborn fat, resorting to vigorous exercise and diets. While these are essential for healthy weight management, addressing the root cause is crucial. TropiSlim, a natural supplement with additional health benefits, stands out. TropiSlim - An Overview:

TropiSlim is a weight loss support formula that is designed for women over 40. This supplement not only helps with weight management but also offers health benefits like balancing hormones, relaxing the mind, sharpening focus, and providing better sleep. TropiSlim weight loss supplement is manufactured in strict, sterile, and precise working conditions that are FDA-approved and GMP-certified. This natural formula is made using high-quality natural ingredients that are proven to be safe, effective, and cause no side effects. It is also chemical-free, toxin-free, soy-free, dairy-free, caffeine-free, and stimulant-free. How TropiSlim Works:

TropiSlim nutritional supplement works to treat obesity and stubborn belly fat in women over 40. It addresses poor metabolism that is caused by the menopause parasite or K-40 compound. This K-40 compound is what weakens the body and causes problems like low energy, higher blood sugar levels, and tiredness. When this manopause parasite becomes active, it multiplies in the body which ultimately leads to weight gain and weak metabolism. It also causes the fat cells in the body to start swelling, an imbalance in hormones, and also cause troubled sleep.

TropiSlim dietary formula focuses on eliminating the dangerous menopause parasite with its natural formula and restores healthy weight, improved metabolism, better sleep, and boosted energy. It fights all the symptoms caused by this K-40 compound and helps maintain a healthy weight.

Advantages Of Using TropiSlim Weight Loss Supplement

    Eliminates menopause and its symptoms:

This TropiSlim ingredient helps to eliminate the harmful menopause parasite and its symptoms. It makes sure to control the K-40 compounds that cause unhealthy weight gain and many other health conditions.

    Helps balance hormones:

An imbalance in hormone levels is normally found in women over the age of 40. But this natural formula helps in balancing the hormones and gives a pleasant mood.

    Promotes better sleep:

By taking TropiSlim capsules regularly, one can have better-improved sleep. It relaxes the body and mind and gives uninterrupted sleep. This supplement works overnight to boost the fat-burning process and helps wake up energised in the morning.

    Controls blood sugar levels

TropiSlim fat reduction supplement helps prevent diabetes by controlling blood sugar levels. This supplement not only works for weight management but also to maintain a healthy blood sugar level.

    Reduces stress and anxiety:

This TropiSlim ingredient helps increase the dopamine levels in the body which improves mood and reduces stress and anxiety. It makes the body and mind more relaxed and eliminates the symptoms of depression.

My Final Verdict On TropiSlim Reviews

Before we conclude, let's briefly summarise everything we've discussed in this TropiSlim review. Considering everything, TropiSlim seems like a legitimate natural weight loss supplement. Not only does this supplement help with weight management but also focuses on eliminating symptoms of menopause, relaxing the mind, balancing hormones, promoting better sleep, and reducing stress and anxiety.

TropiSlim weight loss supplement is manufactured in strict, sterile, and precise working conditions under FDA-registered and GMP-certified lab facilities. They are also free from chemicals, harmful toxins, caffeine, soy, dairy, and GMOs. TropiSlim comes as easy-to-consume capsules that are tested to be non-habit forming.

So far, no complaints or side effects have been reported from the side of the consumers of the supplement. The TropiSlim customer reviews are positive since it has been providing the users with the promised results. Also, this natural weight loss formula comes with a 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee in case the users are dissatisfied with the supplement or if it fails to provide any results.
