It's been awhile since I had a Sunday as action-packed as this one. I was so busy that before I knew it, the day had flown by in the blink of an eye. But you know what they say, time flies when you're having fun! The best part of my day was hanging out with my family and friends, especially my grandson. That little guy has more energy than a lightning bolt! We spent the afternoon walking through parks, playing games, and having a blast. He was running around like a little monkey, and I was struggling to keep up. But as the day wore on, all that running around finally caught up with him. We settled down to watch Pinocchio, and he promptly fell asleep. I couldn't help but laugh as I watched him snore away. I mean, who needs Pinocchio when you've got a real-life sleeping beauty right next to you? 😂 All in all, it was an amazing day spent with the people I love the most. And even though it went by in a flash, I'll cherish the memories for a long time to come. And who knows, maybe next Sunday we'll have even more adventures to look forward to! My personal opinion is that fish or shellfish meat is healthier, what is more important, they have a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for the cellular composition of our body and can help cardiovascular health and to the immune system. Like all kinds of meat, but always more from the sea.
