Been dabbling into the COSMOS mainnet and using their cross chain systems through Osmosis. Pretty slick what they are doing over there with ease to move from system to system. So easy to move your tokens around and where you wish to go is awesome. Set up a Keplr wallet to give it a try and pretty impressed with the system. Can stake directly from Keplr to any of the cross chains like Secret, Juno, Osmosis, evmos etc...

I think Terra 2.0 $LUNA will do well.
$UST is what really gave $LUNA a tremendous utility. Unfortunately, it is what also led to its downfall. The solution perhaps is to tweak it or give an additional protection that could prevent another LUNA 1.0 (now LUNC) from happening.
Without $UST, the Terra Team needs to attract more dApps to build on top of it. The challenge however is its reputation, not to mention that other Cosmos-based chains like Juno, Kujira and Osmosis (recently it allowed contracts to be built on top of it) was able to attract previous projects on Terra to migrate.

I am really bullish when it comes to the future of the Cosmos ecosystem.

I see it more as a redundant network. I prefer Juno Network, to be honest.

Juno Network is the best ecosystem to go to. Luna may be forked and may still continue but a ruined reputation, that is something no one can fix. That ruined reputation will always be there to haunt the network.

Juno Network was supposed to undergo an upgrade yesterday. However, someone uploaded a malicious smart contract. As a result, all nodes were confused as each computed a different result.
Cosmos SDK chains has a security feature where the chain automatically halts when there is no agreement as to the truth or result of computation.
Lately, the Juno Network has made some powerful enemies. Proposal 16 has been so confidential until now. One thing the devs should learn from this is to put measures to avoid a repeat as well as to punish the actor who uploaded the malicious smart contract.
The developers have been working since yesterday to bring the chain back. One of the most important consideration is as to the block where the chain will be restored. There must be an agreement among validators as to this.
