• Greywarden > As i think more and more. I have noticed patterns in how Socialists people reason. These patterns are very similar to cults like the Jehovah's Witnesses for example. With the Jehovah's Witnesses when you ask them questions they can't addrress, they will look in their books and magazines to see if they can find a response. If they can't, they tell you that they will go to their elders and ask them, or come with a book that will address your questions on the next meeting, or say they were running out of time and need to meet with other people.

I noticed in debating Jehovah's Witnesses in the past, that their excuses of seeking the elders for information on your questions or returning with a book that explains them on the next visit were always copouts. They never returned with a reply nor anything that would address the questions i asked. They wouldn't even return to my house. Probably because they felt it was a waste of time since they knew i was not the typical ignorant person they met on their door to door missions.

Similarly with the Socialist Marxist over here in the U.S.. Rather than go to their elders or search in a book. The Cultist Marxist will instead tell you that they will fact check your source. What does fact check means? It doesn't mean the Marxist will fact check anything. It instead means that the Marxist will go to fact checkers created by other Marxist authors in the internet who's fact checkers are watered down and inaccurate. The Marxist Socialist does not at any moment attempt to fact check the fact checkers. The Marxist Socialist takes the fact checkers as gospel identically to how Jehovah's Witnesses take their Books and Watch Tower Magazines as gospel.

The more i research, the more i see Tik-History's points on these issues. Marxism is an attempt at replacing religion through Socialism. Karl Marx called Christians Jewish as well. Karl Marx hated religion and hated Jews, because Marxist Socialism is their religion. On the other hand, National Socialism was an attempt at exterminating none Aryan racial groups especially the Jews. It was a type of socialism that empowered the Aryan race as they called it.

  • When you are blessed to live in both a simple small family and large extented family where you share the space with your elders who shower you with blessings and words of wisdom. Each being said as an extension to their own experiences of life and for the want to see us prosper.

I have been extremely fortunate to have shared those moments with every relative of mine, both young and old and I can't thank God enough.

Mentioning the advice, encouragement and wise words made me revisit the memory lane but also brought about emotions as some of those wonderful people are no longer here today. However, implementing their guidance and praying for them keeps them alive in our hearts for years to come.

I love each of my family members and friends where they play a very important part in my life. These relationships hold high value and regard. Listing their words was extremely difficult because there's far to many, but let's view a few together and maybe you to will hold the same value as I.

Glad to be a participant in this contest as I can share the loving memories of those we've left behind and those who continue to bestow their wisdom and best wishes. May God bless them all and I love each of you

  • #Elders

There are many ways we call our Moms and Dads. For Moms, it can be Mama, Nanay, Inay, Nanang, and Ima. And for our Dads, It can be Papa, Tatay, Itay, Tatang, and Tang.

Our Uncle we call as Tito, Bapa, or Tiyo. Our Aunt we call as Tita, Dara, or Tiya.

One thing that will never be allowed is for our parents or elders to be called by their first name.

To show respect to the elderly population, there are honorifics before certain people's names, and calling someone older than you by their first name is impolite and rude in the Philippines.
Loosely, for elder brothers, we call them Kuya and for elder sisters, we call them Ate. The same for elder cousins. We lovingly call the youngest as "bunso." For even more specific appellations for each sibling, refer to how we call each other traditionally:
    ** Toto - youngest brother
** Diko- second eldest brother (rooted in di or ji, depending on the Chinese/Japanese bent)
** Sangko - third eldest brother (came from the Japanese sansei, third in line)
** Kuya - eldest brother (from Chinese ordinal "co")
    ** Nene - youngest sister
** Ditse - second eldest sister (rooted in di or ji, depending on the Chinese/Japanese bent)
** Sanse - third eldest sister (came from the Japanese sansei, third in line)
** Ate - eldest sister (came from the word Aitche, or "ichi" meaning "first" in Japanese or Hokien)
This actually we inherited from our Chinese and Japanese interactions a very long time ago.

  • A definite "must teach" to Dylan

    #PhilippineTradition- #Pagmamano

Every culture has its way of showing respect to elders. In the Philippines, the traditional gesture is called “Pagmamano.” #Pagmamano is similar to hand kissing. The younger person asks for the elder’s right hand and presses it on their forehead; this means that they’re asking for the elder’s #blessing and acknowledging their #wisdom. It’s typically done before entering an elder’s home or as a greeting when you meet them.

“Mano po” is the phrase used to initiate the greeting. “Mano” derived from the Spanish word “hand” and “po” a Tagalog word added to sentences as a sign of respect. “Mano po” can be translated as “your hand please” and “may I have your blessing? Once the elder gives you their hand, it means that they have given you their blessing and oftentimes they will respond to you by saying “Kaawaan ka ng Diyos.” which means “God bless you or May the Lord have mercy on you.”

There’s no age limit when using pagmamano but it’s best to teach the #youngergeneration as early as we can so they get to remember and apply it. So the next time you visit the Philippines and see someone older, greet them by saying “Mano po”.

  • Day 8 of our Challenge!!!
    #Workclothes #Workview #Workmates #Tagmee
    Hashtag of the day: #Workmode
I had been in different jobs even the odd ones. Poured my heart each time and excelled. To name a few, I have worked as a salesman, banker, technical support rep, driver, and even a welder. Every career is tied up with a uniform or a set of work clothes. Among all of these which I have worn, I rate the welder's Personal Protective Equipment to be the most important. The others I can simply neglect them but not the ones that can compromise life's safety.

Once when I was making a hole through a concrete wall, I got all sweaty and removed my safety goggles then continued using the grinder but there was an unexpected chipped concrete that hit the portion near my eyes. Missed by about 2 millimeters. It resulted in a small cut on the skin and bled a little. It was a lesson learned the hard way but a big warning.
Since then I considered the welding mask and goggles to be my best friend whenever doing my welding work.
If safety measures are ignored, welders face an array of hazards that can be potent and critical.

  • We are Maasai elders from Northern Tanzania. Any day now tens of thousands of our community could be forced off our ancestral lands to make way for elite tourism and trophy hunting.
    We urgently need your support.
The last time we faced these threats, more than 2 million Avaaz members rallied behind our call! Together, we created such a storm that the President promised never to evict us from our lands.
But now, there’s a new head of state and plans are being revived! President Samia Suluhu Hassan may not listen to us, but we know she’ll respond to media and public pressure – to all of you! She is in Europe right now ahead of a major Europe-Africa Summit, so we only have hours to deliver our global call. Join us now – and show her the world is standing with the Maasai!
