Do you have any experience with Teff flour? For a while now, it has been among my top non-grain, gluten-free flowers. This ⬇️ was my small snack to improve my working motivation level. My flatbread is actually similar to injera, the traditional flatbread from Ethiopia, just more elaborate version of it. Teff flour, eggs, hemp milk, salt, a dash of freshly grated nutmeg, and salt are all ingredients. The outcome is delicious and goes well with pretty much everything. The weather has been a little wacky lately, so I've been working from home in my cosy pigiama. Today's afternoon snack is a vigorous and nutritional smoothie, packed with a variety of vitamins and minerals that should be enough to re-energize me.
