  • British Doctor Angus Dalgleish Informs Port Hedland Council of Alarming Ramifications of Synthetic DNA Contamination of COVID-19 Shots

"Decades of research have demonstrated the risks of foreign DNA integrating into human cells, leading to potentially catastrophic outcomes. Synthetic DNA contamination, as detected in Australian vials of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines by David Speicher, presents risks of a genomic instability which can manifest as cancers, immune disorders, and hereditary diseases.

In more straightforward terms, the vaccines contain lipid nanoparticles, which encapsulate synthetic DNA fragments. These nanoparticles deliver this DNA into various organs throughout the body, where the DNA has the potential to integrate into our own genetic material. As such, these vaccines are not vaccines they are in fact a gene therapy based."

  • From attack dogs to prison time, this is how Israel is trying to thwart my activism
The Israeli army wants to make an example of Palestinians who protest the occupation — a campaign my village At-Tuwani has faced for generations.

On the evening of Sept. 29, Israeli soldiers arrested me during a raid on my house in At-Tuwani, a village in the Masafer Yatta region of the occupied West Bank.

The occupation soldiers handcuffed and blindfolded me before taking me to a military base nearby, where they sat me on the cold ground. One of the soldiers threatened me, saying I should prepare to meet God; he mocked and humiliated me and told me I should leave Palestine and go to Italy. All the while I remained silent. A few moments later, another soldier called me a dog and spat on me.

After about two hours of sitting in the military base, the soldiers brought dogs that barked loudly as they moved closer and closer to me; I increasingly feared that they would bite me. One of the soldiers shouted at me from a few centimeters away, twice asking me why I had filmed the raid on my house.

The soldiers continued to harass and humiliate me. Still barking, the dogs drew so close that I could feel them on my legs, while the soldiers kept screaming, clearly enjoying themselves. I tried to protect myself, kicking at the dogs to try and stun them, but my attempts failed. At that moment, I was so terrified that I could feel my whole body shaking, until the soldiers and their dogs abruptly left.

About 20 minutes later, the soldiers brought the dogs back, and the whole terrifying scene repeated itself. The barking dogs were aggressively jumping and trying to bite me. I shouted at the soldiers to take them away, and I desperately kicked my legs at them again. After what seemed like an eternity, the soldiers finally took the dogs away, and threatened me not to film the army again. I was still shaking.

After about four hours of this harassment and humiliation, the soldiers put me in a car and drove, before throwing me out of the car about 10 kilometers from my home. It was only after they drove away that I was able to remove the blindfold and call my family to pick me up. I thanked God I still had my phone.

    An unfair trial

This is not the first time I have been arrested, humiliated, and tortured by the Israeli army. In fact, this latest incident is one part of an ongoing and targeted campaign of harassment against me, which began over three years ago, and against my community for decades.

In early January 2021, I, along with 200 other Israeli, Palestinian, and international activists, participated in a demonstration in the neighboring village of Al-Rakeez after the Israeli army shot and paralyzed my friend and fellow activist, Harun Abu Aram, when he refused to let them confiscate his electricity generator. The next day, the army stormed my house at 2 a.m. and arrested me on charges of disturbing the peace, assaulting an Israeli soldier, and violating a closed military zone.

I was released a few days later on bail of NIS 10,000 (about $3,000) under the condition that I appear at the Hebron police station — located in the illegal Israeli settlement of Kiryat Arba — on Fridays between the hours of 8 a.m-3:00 p.m..

Neither the day nor the hour were random. In fact, it is on this day of the week and between these hours that most demonstrations in the West Bank against Israel’s theft of Palestinian land, the military occupation, and creeping annexation take place. For good measure, I was also formally prohibited from joining any more protests.

More than two years later, in August 2023, I was convicted by the Ofer military court on two counts: “assault of a soldier” and “obstructing a soldier during duty.” These charges could lead to a sentence of up to 12 years.

The prosecution did not provide any physical or video evidence to the court that I had acted violently; they based their case exclusively on oral testimony from Israeli security forces. Meanwhile, video evidence from the demonstration, along with statements of multiple witnesses, many of whom were Israeli, testified to my innocence.

Evidence aside, the trial was never fair or transparent to begin with. My lawyer at the time, Gaby Lasky, was denied participation in the interrogation process, and the trial was conducted entirely in Hebrew with no interpretation.

Two days before my latest arrest, I showed up to my sentencing hearing, only for it to be postponed. My current lawyer, Reham Nassra, and I have not received any information about when it might take place. It could take months, years even.

Reham predicts that it is more likely that I will receive a suspended sentence than serve time in jail. This outcome would also be far from ideal. If I am convicted of the same charge again during my probationary period, I will go to prison.

    Making an example of activists

Even before this legal persecution began, it was clear that the Israeli army uses these tactics — arbitrary arrests, beatings, perpetually delayed legal proceedings, and long jail sentences — to make an example of human rights activists, to discourage and frighten Palestinians from exercising their basic right to protest the occupation and theft of their land. It is something my family members have dealt with for generations.

Ever since the Israeli military built the illegal settlement of Ma’on in 1981, within shouting distance of our land in At-Tuwani, my grandmother, Fatima, and my father, Hafez, were frequently subjected to army and settler violence alike. My grandmother was regularly assaulted by settlers while grazing her sheep. My father, a prominent resistance activist in the South Hebron Hills, experienced persistent beatings, arrests, and nighttime raids at the hands of the army.

Each time I am arrested, I am subjected to different methods and tactics of harassment, assault, and torture. When I was arrested on Aug. 31, I was brutally humiliated by two soldiers who are also local settlers; they put a plastic bag over my head and covered my nose and eyes with black tape.

As Palestinians living under Israeli military law and colonialism, we are not seen or treated as human beings. The occupation — declared illegal by the International Court of Justice — allows Israeli soldiers and settlers to act with complete impunity.

We have seen this on countless occasions where Palestinians have been brutally murdered with no consequences. We have even witnessed Palestinian-Americans and internationals being killed with no accountability, and although the United States condemned such acts and promised thorough investigations, nothing has come of them.

The world remains paralyzed in the face of genocide, murder, and annexation. But it is we, the Palestinian people, who remain steadfast and continue to resist.

  • Inside Israel’s torture, rape, and dehumanization centers
Shocking even by Israeli standards, the horrifying truth of the occupation’s systematic torture, rape, and degradation of Palestinian detainees reveals a brutality buried in silence.

    Robert Inlakesh

While the world witnesses the atrocities and massacres committed by Israel’s military assault on Gaza every day, the thousands of Palestinians detained by occupation forces – before and after the events of 7 October 2023 – face torture and death behind closed doors, alone.

Worse yet, these detention horrors have been brazenly publicized and even bragged about by occupation soldiers, with violent, vocalized support from wide swathes of Israeli society.

In the shadows of Israel’s prisons, tens of thousands of Palestinian detainees are enduring a relentless campaign of cruelty. Reports detail harrowing accounts of beatings, gang rape, and psychological torture, compounded by the denial of essential needs such as food, water, and medical care.

This systematic abuse, carried out on an industrial scale, is staggering in its scope and savagery. Public protests have emerged – not to condemn these atrocities – but to demand the release of Israeli soldiers implicated in acts of sexual violence so severe that their victim tragically died from the injuries inflicted.

Secrecy and suffering inside Israeli prisons

Ronen Bar, the head of Israel’s Shin Bet security agency, issued a dire warning to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in June, describing the situation in Israeli prisons as a “ticking time bomb,” which may endanger senior Israelis abroad and expose them to “international tribunals.”

Bar’s letter revealed that over 21,000 Palestinian detainees were being held, far exceeding official figures and the capacity of the centers.

Rather than addressing these concerns, Israel’s extremist Security Minister, Itamar Ben Gvir, who has barred Red Cross and humanitarian access to Palestinian detainees, responded by boasting about his role in worsening conditions for prisoners.

A policy paper from the Institute for Palestine Studies highlighted the draconian measures implemented as early as 17 October – a mere 10 days after the launch of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. These measures included:

Constricting living spaces; removing detainees’ beds when necessary and replacing them with mattresses on the floor, leading to overcrowding; a policy of ‘closures’ whereby prison cells are locked, and total isolation is imposed; closing prisons to all family visits or visits by the Red Cross or by lawyers, and rescinding the possibility of bringing detainees before judges so that all judicial sessions are conducted through video conference.

The situation under the security minister has deteriorated to the point where Ben Gvir has openly called for the execution of Palestinian detainees, which he offers up as a “simpler solution.” Since 7 October, at least 35 Palestinian prisoners have died in Israeli jails and military detention camps.

Reports of rape and abuse despite censorship

While many details remain obscure, evidence from court documents, eyewitness testimonies, and leaked photos and videos paint a harrowing picture of the conditions inside these facilities.

One particularly disturbing case is that of Bassem Tamimi, a resident of Nabi Saleh in the West Bank, who was released from administrative detention – a form of imprisonment without charge – physically emaciated and emotionally broken.

Even Israeli news outlet Haaretz had its report on Tamimi’s treatment redacted by authorities in an attempt to conceal the breadth of prison brutality.

In January, a joint report published by the Public Committee Against Torture in Israel (PCATI) detailed what it called “systemic” torture of Palestinians. One testimony presented in the report, from a detainee called “Prisoner R” held in Ketziot Prison, revealed the following details:

The wardens would threaten to kill the prisoners as they entered the cells … Wardens would conduct searches while the prisoners were naked, place naked prisoners against each other, and place the aluminum device used in the searches in their buttocks. In another instance, the wardens passed a card in a prisoner’s buttocks. All of this took place in sight of other prisoners and wardens, while the wardens took pleasure in beating the prisoner’s genitals.

After a prisoner exchange between Israel and Hamas in late November, claims began to emerge of severe torture and rape – testimonies that largely fell on deaf ears. On 1 December, Baraah Abo Ramouz, a Palestinian journalist just released from prison, told the press that:

The situation in the prisons is devastating. The prisoners are abused. They are being constantly beaten. They’re being sexually assaulted. They are being raped. I’m not exaggerating. The prisoners are being raped.

    Gender-based violence as collective punishment

Upon exiting the prisons, many Palestinian detainees opted to remain silent on their experiences inside Israeli detention facilities due to fears of retribution but also out of a deep sense of shame and the need to preserve their honor in a conservative society.

At the time, the Israeli security minister directed Police Commissioner Kobi Shabtai to crack down on any celebrations by families of the released prisoners. As Ben Gvir publicly stated:

My instructions are clear: there are to be no expressions of joy ... Expressions of joy are equivalent to backing terrorism; victory celebrations give backing to those human scum.

A UN report released on 12 June almost entirely focuses on cases of sexual abuse and rape committed against Palestinian men, women, and children while under detention. Israeli forces, the report says:

Systematically targeted and subjected Palestinians to SGBV [Sexual and Gender-Based Violence] online and in person since October 7, including through forced public nudity, forced public stripping, sexualized torture and abuse, and sexual humiliation and harassment.

The report further states that gender-based violence “directed at Palestinian women was intended to humiliate and degrade the Palestinian population as a whole.” The men and young boys were stripped and paraded through the streets, and the women were forced to watch as the kidnapped, cuffed, and blindfolded captives were “coerced to do physical movements while naked.”

In Gaza, not only are random Palestinian civilians rounded up and subjected to public degradation, but many are then transferred to Israeli detention centers, without charges, to suffer torture and even death.

According to eyewitness testimonies collected by the Palestinian Prisoners Club (PPC) in July, four blindfolded detainees held without any charge were summarily executed in front of other inmates at the Kerem Abu Shalom site located along the perimeter of Gaza.

    Palestine’s Abu Ghraib

Perhaps the most infamous cases of abuse, torture, and rape against Palestinian detainees have emerged from the Sde Teiman detention center, a facility located at an Israeli military site in the Naqab (Negev) desert that is specifically designed for people abducted from Gaza.

Per an amendment to Israeli law back in December, the military is permitted to hold ‘suspected terrorists’ for up to 45 days without charge before transferring them to the Israeli Prison System (IPS). Many of the Palestinian abductees, however, were held for much longer using loopholes in Israel’s legal and prison system.

Despite countless leaked reports on the conditions faced by detained Gazans, including women, children, doctors, people with disabilities, and the elderly, the first real expose that broke through the English-language mainstream media barrier was an investigative piece published by CNN in May.

The US outlet leaked photos of prisoners kept bound, blindfolded, and held behind barbed wire fences in stress positions, and quoted Israeli whistleblowers who worked in the facility.

The testimonies attested to the horrifying sanitary conditions and routine torture practiced there, which one Israeli whistleblower said had “stripped them down of anything that resembles human beings.”

Later, the New York Times went on to publish its own three-month-long investigation into the Sde Teiman facility, confirming three cases of electrocution, two cases of prisoners having their ribs broken during arbitrary beatings, and heinous crimes such as the anal rape of detainees.

It also detailed how prisoners were humiliated and forced to wear only diapers during interrogations. Corroborating the investigative piece’s evidence, a leaked segment of a UN report on the facility quoted prisoners directly, revealing stomach-churning details.

‘We saw worms coming out of his body’

In testimony collected by UNRWA, a 41-year-old former detainee said:

They made me sit on something like a hot metal stick, and it felt like fire – I have burns [in the anus]. The soldiers hit me with their shoes on my chest and used something like a metal stick that had a small nail on the side ... They asked us to drink from the toilet and made the dogs attack us … There were people who were detained and killed – maybe nine of them. One of them died after they put the electric stick up his [anus]. He got so sick; we saw worms coming out of his body, and then he died.

A woman in her thirties also testified to being shown the aerial view of her neighborhood and threatened with the bombing of family members. While another 32-year-old woman described her harrowing experience while being transferred between different detention facilities:

They asked the soldiers to spit on me, saying, ‘She is a b****, she is from Gaza.’ They were beating us as we moved and saying they would put pepper on our sensitive parts [genitals]. They pulled us, beat us, they took us on the bus to the Damon prison after five days. A male soldier took off our hijabs, and they pinched us and touched our bodies, including our breasts. We were blindfolded, and we felt them touching us, pushing our heads to the bus. We started to squeeze together to try to protect ourselves from the touching. They said ‘b****, b****.’ They told the soldiers to take off their shoes and slap our faces with them.

    Dehumanization of Palestinian prisoners

Confirming previous reports on the issue, Haaretz also published a piece on the amputation of prisoners’ limbs by unqualified individuals, which was performed due to the extended periods detainees were shackled, leaving their circulation-deprived flesh to rot and get infected.

A 32-year-old Gazan man, speaking to The Cradle on the condition of anonymity, says Israeli guards “beat me repeatedly and then urinated on me” while held at Sde Teiman detention center. He testifies to being severely tortured, too.

“There were even doctors there, disabled people and young people, but they didn’t care who you were; we were all treated below animals,” he says, explaining that sounds were constantly played to disrupt sleep and make it impossible to tell what time it was.

He goes on to say that he was beaten with metal tools and that the prison guards would mock him and threaten to kill the rest of his family, with full knowledge that his brother had been murdered in a previous series of Israeli airstrikes prior to his abduction, and using the information to torment him mentally.

The director of Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City, Dr Mohammad Abu Salmiya, who was released after spending seven months in Israeli detention without any charge, testified to what he witnessed after being ferried through a range of detention facilities, including Sde Teiman.

Dr Abu Salmiya stated that “prisoners in Israeli jails endure different types of torture. The army treats them as if they were inanimate objects, and Israeli doctors physically assaulted us.”

He went on to say that there were “severe torture and almost daily assaults inside the prisons and were denied medical treatments,” adding that “no international organization visited us in Israeli prisons, and we were prohibited from meeting any lawyers. Many detainees are still left behind in very poor health and psychological conditions.”

    Showers come with severe punishments

Beyond the countless makeshift detention facilities hastily erected inside Gaza – where prisoners were stripped, blindfolded, and left in the sand to endure harsh weather conditions – there are three official detention centers specifically for Palestinians from Gaza, surrounding the besieged coastal territory.

Palestinian lawyer with Israeli citizenship, Khaled Mahajneh, provided an insightful first-hand account of the conditions faced in the Sde Teiman detention camp after being granted a rare visit, stating that “the treatment is more horrifying than anything we have heard about Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo.”

Mahajneh recounted the testimony of one prisoner, who revealed that the only time shackles were removed was during a weekly one-minute shower. But Palestinian detainees began refusing these showers because exceeding the one-minute limit, without a timer to guide them, resulted in “severe punishments, including hours outside in the heat or rain.”

After months of mounting evidence on the deadly conditions faced at Sde Teiman, 10 Israeli reservist soldiers were accused of gang-raping a Palestinian prisoner with a stick. Nine of the accused were arrested, one of whom would be released the next day and go on to brag about his actions on Israeli television.

The arrests, however, triggered the invasion of military facilities by thousands of Israeli protesters, backed by Ben Gvir, who lionized the rapists as “heroes.” A debate on the incident even followed in the Israeli Knesset, where Likud Party MK Hanoch Milwidsky argued in favor of the gang rape.

Since then, a video of the assault has surfaced, and Israel’s Honenu legal aid organization, representing four of the accused, has claimed their clients were acting in “self-defense.”

    It’s not just one facility

At a press conference held in the West Bank city of Ramallah in mid-July, Mahajneh also revealed that he had learned, during a visit to the Ofer detention center located in the West Bank, that a 27-year-old Palestinian inmate was brutally raped as follows:

A pipe from a fire extinguisher was used on a handcuffed prisoner. Forcing him to lie on his stomach, stripping him of all his clothes, and inserting the pipe of the fire extinguisher into the prisoner’s rectum. Then, activating the extinguisher … in front of the eyes of the other prisoners.

The case of Palestinian bodybuilder Muazzaz Abayat from Bethlehem, who lost half his body weight during his nine-month incarceration, is indicative of the inhumane conditions that all prisoners are subjected to and that the foul treatment is in no way confined to the detention camps surrounding Gaza.

Official Israeli figures put the number of Palestinian political prisoners at just under 10,000, including 3,380 administrative detainees and 250 children. These numbers are clearly inaccurate, given that Israel’s Shin Bet director has already estimated detainees to number around 21,000 – in June. The exact figures remain elusive, and many prisoners remain unaccounted for. The confirmed death toll among Palestinian prisoners, currently at 53, is also likely an underestimation, as many detainees are still considered missing.

In stark contrast to the intense media coverage and political concern for the Israeli captives held in Gaza, the plight of Palestinian detainees is largely ignored.

There are more Palestinian children held as hostages by Israel than the total number of Israelis seized on 7 October, even according to the lower 10,000 prisoner estimate. In comparison to the suffering of Palestinian detainees, the issue of their Israeli counterparts – less than 100, by some accounts – is a mere drop in the ocean.

Inside Israel’s torture, rape, and dehumanization centers Shocking even by Israeli standards, the horrifying truth of the occupation’s systematic torture, rape, and degradation of Palestinian detainees reveals a brutality buried in silence. Robert Inlakesh While the world witnesses the atrocities and massacres committed by Israel’s military assault on Gaza every day, the thousands of Palestinians detained by occupation forces – before and after the events of 7 October 2023 – face torture and death behind closed doors, alone. Secrecy and suffering inside Israeli prisons Ronen Bar, the head of Israel’s Shin Bet security agency, issued a dire warning to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in June, describing the situation in Israeli prisons as a “ticking time bomb,” which may endanger senior Israelis abroad and expose them to “international tribunals.” Bar’s letter revealed that over 21,000 Palestinian detainees were being held, far exceeding official figures and the capacity of the centers. These measures included: Constricting living spaces; removing detainees’ beds when necessary and replacing them with mattresses on the floor, leading to overcrowding; a policy of ‘closures’ whereby prison cells are locked, and total isolation is imposed; closing prisons to all family visits or visits by the Red Cross or by lawyers, and rescinding the possibility of bringing detainees before judges so that all judicial sessions are conducted through video conference. The situation under the security minister has deteriorated to the point where Ben Gvir has openly called for the execution of Palestinian detainees, which he offers up as a “simpler solution.” Since 7 October, at least 35 Palestinian prisoners have died in Israeli jails and military detention camps. Reports of rape and abuse despite censorship While many details remain obscure, evidence from court documents, eyewitness testimonies, and leaked photos and videos paint a harrowing picture of the conditions inside these facilities. One testimony presented in the report, from a detainee called “Prisoner R” held in Ketziot Prison, revealed the following details: The wardens would threaten to kill the prisoners as they entered the cells … Wardens would conduct searches while the prisoners were naked, place naked prisoners against each other, and place the aluminum device used in the searches in their buttocks. On 1 December, Baraah Abo Ramouz, a Palestinian journalist just released from prison, told the press that: The situation in the prisons is devastating. The prisoners are abused. They are being constantly beaten. They’re being sexually assaulted. They are being raped. I’m not exaggerating. The prisoners are being raped. Gender-based violence as collective punishment Upon exiting the prisons, many Palestinian detainees opted to remain silent on their experiences inside Israeli detention facilities due to fears of retribution but also out of a deep sense of shame and the need to preserve their honor in a conservative society. At the time, the Israeli security minister directed Police Commissioner Kobi Shabtai to crack down on any celebrations by families of the released prisoners. As Ben Gvir publicly stated: My instructions are clear: there are to be no expressions of joy ... Expressions of joy are equivalent to backing terrorism; victory celebrations give backing to those human scum. A UN report released on 12 June almost entirely focuses on cases of sexual abuse and rape committed against Palestinian men, women, and children while under detention. Israeli forces, the report says: Systematically targeted and subjected Palestinians to SGBV [Sexual and Gender-Based Violence] online and in person since October 7, including through forced public nudity, forced public stripping, sexualized torture and abuse, and sexual humiliation and harassment. The report further states that gender-based violence “directed at Palestinian women was intended to humiliate and degrade the Palestinian population as a whole.” The men and young boys were stripped and paraded through the streets, and the women were forced to watch as the kidnapped, cuffed, and blindfolded captives were “coerced to do physical movements while naked.” In Gaza, not only are random Palestinian civilians rounded up and subjected to public degradation, but many are then transferred to Israeli detention centers, without charges, to suffer torture and even death. According to eyewitness testimonies collected by the Palestinian Prisoners Club (PPC) in July, four blindfolded detainees held without any charge were summarily executed in front of other inmates at the Kerem Abu Shalom site located along the perimeter of Gaza. Palestine’s Abu Ghraib Perhaps the most infamous cases of abuse, torture, and rape against Palestinian detainees have emerged from the Sde Teiman detention center, a facility located at an Israeli military site in the Naqab (Negev) desert that is specifically designed for people abducted from Gaza. The testimonies attested to the horrifying sanitary conditions and routine torture practiced there, which one Israeli whistleblower said had “stripped them down of anything that resembles human beings.” Later, the New York Times went on to publish its own three-month-long investigation into the Sde Teiman facility, confirming three cases of electrocution, two cases of prisoners having their ribs broken during arbitrary beatings, and heinous crimes such as the anal rape of detainees. It also detailed how prisoners were humiliated and forced to wear only diapers during interrogations. Corroborating the investigative piece’s evidence, a leaked segment of a UN report on the facility quoted prisoners directly, revealing stomach-churning details. ‘We saw worms coming out of his body’ In testimony collected by UNRWA, a 41-year-old former detainee said: They made me sit on something like a hot metal stick, and it felt like fire – I have burns [in the anus]. While another 32-year-old woman described her harrowing experience while being transferred between different detention facilities: They asked the soldiers to spit on me, saying, ‘She is a b****, she is from Gaza.’ They were beating us as we moved and saying they would put pepper on our sensitive parts [genitals]. Dehumanization of Palestinian prisoners Confirming previous reports on the issue, Haaretz also published a piece on the amputation of prisoners’ limbs by unqualified individuals, which was performed due to the extended periods detainees were shackled, leaving their circulation-deprived flesh to rot and get infected. The army treats them as if they were inanimate objects, and Israeli doctors physically assaulted us.” He went on to say that there were “severe torture and almost daily assaults inside the prisons and were denied medical treatments,” adding that “no international organization visited us in Israeli prisons, and we were prohibited from meeting any lawyers. Many detainees are still left behind in very poor health and psychological conditions.” Showers come with severe punishments Beyond the countless makeshift detention facilities hastily erected inside Gaza – where prisoners were stripped, blindfolded, and left in the sand to endure harsh weather conditions – there are three official detention centers specifically for Palestinians from Gaza, surrounding the besieged coastal territory. Palestinian lawyer with Israeli citizenship, Khaled Mahajneh, provided an insightful first-hand account of the conditions faced in the Sde Teiman detention camp after being granted a rare visit, stating that “the treatment is more horrifying than anything we have heard about Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo.” Mahajneh recounted the testimony of one prisoner, who revealed that the only time shackles were removed was during a weekly one-minute shower. But Palestinian detainees began refusing these showers because exceeding the one-minute limit, without a timer to guide them, resulted in “severe punishments, including hours outside in the heat or rain.” After months of mounting evidence on the deadly conditions faced at Sde Teiman, 10 Israeli reservist soldiers were accused of gang-raping a Palestinian prisoner with a stick. Since then, a video of the assault has surfaced, and Israel’s Honenu legal aid organization, representing four of the accused, has claimed their clients were acting in “self-defense.” It’s not just one facility At a press conference held in the West Bank city of Ramallah in mid-July, Mahajneh also revealed that he had learned, during a visit to the Ofer detention center located in the West Bank, that a 27-year-old Palestinian inmate was brutally raped as follows: A pipe from a fire extinguisher was used on a handcuffed prisoner. • To cover for war crimes, Israel claims it ‘lost control’ over soldiers
Israel’s claim to have lost control over military units in Gaza is an attempt to gain legal cover for its troops’ war crimes, and masks a far deeper issue of systemic impunity inside the occupation army.

    Robert Inlakesh

Several months after media commentators began predicting a “strategic defeat” for Israeli forces in Gaza, Israel’s military high command is claiming it has lost control over various units in their armed forces.

The argument appears to scapegoat occupation soldiers to provide plausible deniability for their superiors and dissociate them from war crimes charges. The vast body of evidence emerging on these alleged ‘rogue Israeli units’ could potentially lead to a damning indictment of Tel Aviv’s military leadership.

Despite the International Court of Justice’s (ICJ) recent call on Israel to halt its military operation in Gaza’s southernmost city of Rafah, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu remains resolute in his vow to invade, even while personally facing an International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant. Marred by internal division and pressure to comply with the ICJ order, Tel Aviv finds itself in a precarious position.

‘Rogue units’ in the occupation army

Hebrew-daily Haaretz dropped a narrative bombshell last weekend when it claimed that the Israeli army’s “General Staff lost control over the units, especially reserve units, months ago.” The article attempts to depict a situation in which Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi has just “woken up” to the reality of allegedly rogue elements operating under his watch, with these ‘uncontrolled units’ committing the crimes cited by the ICJ against Israel.

Throughout the war in Gaza, Israeli soldiers have been publishing evidence of themselves committing crimes, showing genocidal intent, and performing perverse acts while operating inside the besieged coastal territory.

These incriminating clips, published primarily on TikTok and Instagram and also within Telegram groups that glorify the killing of Palestinian civilians, have attracted a lot of bad press. It appears that Israel’s leadership is now floating the “few bad apples” strategy to absolve their military high brass of accountability.

It won’t be easy. Some of these social media groups are run by occupation officials. Furthermore, the Israeli military establishment has admitted to running accounts on Telegram that showcase snuff films as part of a psychological warfare operation under the “Operations Directorate’s Influencing Department.”

    Which units have gone rogue?

As of now, there is no official list of the units that have allegedly ‘gone rogue.’ Haaretz writer Amos Harel proposes that these troops can simply be identified by those who have posted incriminating videos of themselves.

Consider the case of Yair Ben David, a commander in the 2908th Battalion, cited in the South African ICJ submission for expressing genocidal intent. He boasted about the destruction his forces caused in Beit Hanoun, northern Gaza, referencing a biblical story where all male inhabitants were massacred, and stated, “the entire Gaza should resemble Beit Hanoun.”

Despite this statement being made in a video published on social media in December 2023, there has been no action taken by Israel’s military leadership to rein in his unit.

Another Haaretz article published in late January, titled ‘The Israeli Army Must Act Before Some of Its Soldiers Turn Into Lawless Gangs,’ referenced Ben David’s comment and noted that “90 reservist battalion commanders petitioned the IDF chief of staff not to stop in Gaza, Lebanon, and the West Bank until victory.”

David Bar Kalifa, commander of Division 36, the largest regular division in the Israeli army, was also quoted in the article for his orders of “vengeance” against the Palestinian population. However, Tel Aviv has taken no actions to structurally change or reform the division, which was instead later transitioned to the Lebanese border, despite the head of Israel’s Southern Command, Yaron Finkelman, arguing for them to move to central Gaza.

Aviad Yisraeli, an officer in the 261 Brigade’s 6261st Battalion, openly posted on social media about his intent to “make sure there is no one left” before participating in the invasion of Khan Yunis in December. Yisraeli, who lives in an illegal settler outpost near Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, was not disciplined by his superiors and was recently deployed to Rafah.

On 6 May, when Israeli forces seized the Rafah Crossing, soldiers filmed themselves destroying and desecrating the crossing and posting the footage on social media. These soldiers belonged to the 401st Brigade of the 162nd Division, while the Givati Brigade captured other areas east of Rafah.

The Rafah Crossing seizure was perhaps one of the most sensitive military offensives committed by the Israelis during the entire war because their entrance into what is known as the ‘Philadelphi Corridor’ technically violated the 1979 Camp David agreement with Egypt. The use of the 401st Brigade, known for its subordination, reflects a deeper issue within the Israeli high command.

Israeli military spokesperson Daniel Hagari has been urging soldiers not to film such acts for months, which is a clear indication that the army leadership has long been aware of their actions. No disciplinary actions have been taken to date – the most proactive measure conducted by authorities has been to announce police’ investigations’ into the posting of footage online. And there has been no follow-up on these inquiries into the thousands of videos, photos, and posts from soldiers.

    Controlling chaos

If the Israeli leadership has truly lost control of entire units in their military, why would such units be deployed back into action in sensitive areas like the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and along the Lebanese border?

Such reckless decision-making, involving soldiers suspected of not following orders and whose videos are used as evidence of genocidal intent at the ICJ, is a significant indictment of the Israeli high command.

In January, a report by the Hebrew ‘Kan Reshet Bet’ radio stated:

Reservist fighters who were called to training ahead of the establishment of the Hashomer Brigade … have severely criticized the serious gaps in equipment, professionalism, the lack of manpower and especially the fact that in the middle of the training they were informed that they were entering the Gaza Strip without having trained as required.

Such reports are not uncommon in Israeli media and reflect the state of the military leadership’s decision-making. When combined with numerous statements of genocidal intent, as documented by Palestinian rights group Al-Haq, from both military and political leadership, it paints a picture of controlled chaos.

The South African legal team at the ICJ linked Netanyahu’s invocation of the biblical story of Amalek to Israeli soldiers, interpreting this as a call to mass murder Palestinian civilians. Potential war crimes motivated by such rhetoric cannot be isolated to individuals when military leadership decisions allow such behavior.

If the Israeli high command is unaware of radical and uncontrolled elements within their military, how do they explain the formation of the ‘Desert Frontier’ unit, which has integrated extremist settlers from the ‘Hilltop Youth?’ This radical group of settler-vigilantes was previously described by Israeli media as terrorists for attacking Israeli soldiers and Palestinian civilians.

    An environment of impunity

This problem of reckless soldier behavior did not begin in 2023; it stems from Israeli troops operating in an environment of complete impunity. During the 2008/9 war in Gaza, the worst punishment doled out to an Israeli soldier committing a crime was for stealing a credit card – not for killing, torturing, beating Palestinians, or razing their homes, businesses, and land.

Or for using Palestinians as human shields – a crime Tel Aviv attributes to Hamas, but one its troops commit daily. According to B’Tselem, two soldiers involved in using a nine-year-old boy as a human shield received a three-month conditional sentence and were demoted from staff sergeant to private two years after the incident. None of their commanding officers were tried.

The two soldiers in question had ordered a nine-year-old boy, at gunpoint, to open a bag they suspected was booby-trapped. Despite the gravity of their conduct - putting a young child at risk – the two were given a three-month conditional sentence and demoted from staff sergeant to private some two years after the incident took place. None of their commanding officers were tried.

Since then, troop behaviors have only worsened. Despite there being so many more documented cases of Israeli soldiers deploying Palestinian civilians – often children – as human shields, this was the last case punished by the Israeli judicial system.

The argument that Israel’s military leadership is only now waking up to the reality of their soldiers’ misconduct serves to create plausible deniability. It is no coincidence that extremist ideologues have been empowered in the Israeli army and that ill-disciplined soldiers, encouraged by their leaders’ genocidal rhetoric, are given carte blanche to commit crimes against Palestinians.

‘Rogue units’ in the occupation army Hebrew-daily Haaretz dropped a narrative bombshell last weekend when it claimed that the Israeli army’s “General Staff lost control over the units, especially reserve units, months ago.” The article attempts to depict a situation in which Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi has just “woken up” to the reality of allegedly rogue elements operating under his watch, with these ‘uncontrolled units’ committing the crimes cited by the ICJ against Israel. Furthermore, the Israeli military establishment has admitted to running accounts on Telegram that showcase snuff films as part of a psychological warfare operation under the “Operations Directorate’s Influencing Department.” Which units have gone rogue? As of now, there is no official list of the units that have allegedly ‘gone rogue.’ Haaretz writer Amos Harel proposes that these troops can simply be identified by those who have posted incriminating videos of themselves. Consider the case of Yair Ben David, a commander in the 2908th Battalion, cited in the South African ICJ submission for expressing genocidal intent. He boasted about the destruction his forces caused in Beit Hanoun, northern Gaza, referencing a biblical story where all male inhabitants were massacred, and stated, “the entire Gaza should resemble Beit Hanoun.” Despite this statement being made in a video published on social media in December 2023, there has been no action taken by Israel’s military leadership to rein in his unit. Another Haaretz article published in late January, titled ‘The Israeli Army Must Act Before Some of Its Soldiers Turn Into Lawless Gangs,’ referenced Ben David’s comment and noted that “90 reservist battalion commanders petitioned the IDF chief of staff not to stop in Gaza, Lebanon, and the West Bank until victory.” David Bar Kalifa, commander of Division 36, the largest regular division in the Israeli army, was also quoted in the article for his orders of “vengeance” against the Palestinian population. Controlling chaos If the Israeli leadership has truly lost control of entire units in their military, why would such units be deployed back into action in sensitive areas like the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and along the Lebanese border? Such reckless decision-making, involving soldiers suspected of not following orders and whose videos are used as evidence of genocidal intent at the ICJ, is a significant indictment of the Israeli high command. In January, a report by the Hebrew ‘Kan Reshet Bet’ radio stated: Reservist fighters who were called to training ahead of the establishment of the Hashomer Brigade … have severely criticized the serious gaps in equipment, professionalism, the lack of manpower and especially the fact that in the middle of the training they were informed that they were entering the Gaza Strip without having trained as required. An environment of impunity This problem of reckless soldier behavior did not begin in 2023; it stems from Israeli troops operating in an environment of complete impunity. It is no coincidence that extremist ideologues have been empowered in the Israeli army and that ill-disciplined soldiers, encouraged by their leaders’ genocidal rhetoric, are given carte blanche to commit crimes against Palestinians. https://thecradle.co/articles-id/25201 To cover for war crimes, Israel claims it ‘lost control’ over soldiers Israel’s claim to have lost control over military units in Gaza is an attempt to gain legal cover for its troops’ war crimes, and masks a far deeper issue of systemic impunity inside the occupation army. • Vaccines and the Length of Our Lives
    David Bell
The commercial imperative to extract money from human bodies is playing havoc with medical education, and the body of knowledge through which the medical professions operate. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the field of vaccines, and their place in determining the length of our lives.

    The History of Living Longer

As a medical student, I was taught that the reason we in wealthy countries now live far longer than our forebears was improvements in living conditions, sanitation, and nutrition. We don’t walk through sewage and horse dung each day, eat fly-blown meat, drink water from below the nearest latrines, or sleep eight to a room on rancid bedding. We get beaten less often and have more leisure time. Antibiotics also helped but came after most of these gains had been achieved.

Most vaccination came even later, mopping up some residual mortality in ‘vaccine-preventable diseases.’ This was all stated in a lecture hall of 300 medical students, with the relevant data to back it up, and accepted as fact. Because for wealthier countries it was, and is, undeniably true.

I recently asked a small group of students the major reasons for improved life expectancy, and was told “vaccination.” In a subsequent session, I showed some of the graphs laid out below. The students were shocked and asked where I obtained this information. It was actually fairly difficult to find. I remember searching 20 years ago and readily finding it on the web.

In 2024, it took a lot of sifting through information explaining how vaccinations have apparently saved humanity, and how those repeating what I was taught as a student were a subversive element undermining the greater good, spreading misinformation or similar daft claims. We have certainly not progressed.

This does not mean vaccines are not a great idea. Providing some immunity before an infection can mitigate much of its harm by giving the body a head start in fighting back. It just means their usefulness must be understood in context, as must their harms. Somewhat strangely, discussion of vaccines has become increasingly controversial within the medical establishment. It is as if an Inquisition has been imposed over the profession, seeking out anyone still prioritizing calm rational thought over a dogma dictated from above. However, if truth and calm discussion can form an anchor for policy, vaccination will be more effective.

The charts shown here, from Australia, the United States, and England, reflect those of other wealthy countries. The same findings are reflected in various published papers. Facts are facts, even if they may with time become harder to find, buried under Big Search algorithms to keep us safe. They remain facts even if medical students are taught to believe alternate realities. Such false teaching, coupled with large financial incentives, drive their desire to ensure children be ‘fully vaccinated’ according to their country’s childhood schedule. They increasingly believe a lie, undeniable misinformation, that this is why most children in our countries now grow up without experiencing the death of a friend or sibling.

    Vaccines in Context

The medical world calls these “vaccine-preventable diseases” because companies sell vaccines that can prevent them. They are vaccine-preventable to a large extent, and vaccines do stop them from killing people. But in wealthy countries, truthfully, the numbers they save are very low.

Vaccination probably had a major role in the elimination of smallpox. We cannot, of course, be absolutely sure, as there was no control group. Smallpox caused outbreaks that decimated populations isolated for thousands of years from the virus, such as Native Americans, where a vaccine would have made a massive difference.

However, smallpox also had the hallmarks of a disease that might actually disappear through good public health education and improved living standards; it lacked an animal reservoir, required close contact with body fluids to spread, and was usually easy to recognize. It is probable that the vaccine considerably accelerated its decline, especially in poorer countries.

Measles is similarly interesting. As the graphic shows, most decline was long before mass vaccination. Like whooping cough, mortality was probably partly reduced through the advent of oxygen therapy, but mainly people just appear to have become less susceptible to its complications.

It could nonetheless be a devastating disease, which decimated isolated, immunologically-naïve populations in the Pacific Islands and elsewhere that had no history of contact, and still causes avoidable child death in low-income countries today. Measles deaths are often associated with micronutrient malnutrition, such as vitamin A deficiency, and fixing that would also address many other health risks. This used to be emphasized 30 years ago.

However, the measles vaccine is also very effective at stopping measles deaths in susceptible populations. It has very little impact on mortality in wealthy countries where it mainly stops infection and annoying sickness, as few kids are so micronutrient-deficient to be susceptible to very severe diseases. It is so good at stopping actual infection that mandates for measles vaccines that some countries impose are more about authoritarianism than public health.

If you don’t want your child to risk measles and decide that vaccination is a lesser risk, you can have your child vaccinated. Your child is now protected from those who are unvaccinated, so there should be no interest in mandating it for them. Rational free people could live with that.

Hepatitis B and HPV vaccination (for Human Papilloma Virus) are two further curiosities. We schedule Hep B vaccination on the first day of life, even though it is mainly spread in Western countries through sexual contact and intravenous drug use. If the parents are not infected (and all mothers are screened), then there is not really a risk until the late teenage years, when the person can make their own informed choice. For a child born in a country with 30% Hepatitis B positivity rates and poor healthcare, the risk-benefit calculation may produce a different result. Dying of liver failure or liver cancer is not pleasant.

The HPV vaccine, intended to prevent cervical cancer, has a complicated picture. It will have limited mortality impact in Western countries where cervical cancer mortality has already declined through regular screening. Elsewhere the situation is very different, with over 300,000 women dying annually from this agonizing disease, mostly in regions such as sub-Saharan Africa where only about 12% are screened. This is not through choice but because screening is poorly accessible. As development of cancer can take about 20 years after HPV infection, we must also rely on (reasonable) assumptions about causality when calculating benefits. So, the equation clearly varies between women.

Calculating risk versus benefit in order to ensure clear informed consent (or even medical ethical competency) would require consideration of age, behavior, access to screening, and adverse event rates. To know adverse event rates, a comparison would logically be necessary between the vaccine and something neutral like saline (rather than other vaccine constituents). Because this is still awaited, women should of course be informed of this data gap. Therefore, a blanket policy on HPV vaccination would be illogical.

The story of diphtheria suggests that medical management may have had a major role in its decline. The decline coincided with the introduction of antibody therapy (anti-toxin), and later decline with the toxoid vaccine. However, it also coincided with the decline of other respiratory diseases of childhood that did not have such interventions. So, we simply cannot be sure.

Tetanus toxoid may also have had an impact, especially for people at higher risk, such as plumbers and farmers. However, accountants no longer navigate dung-paved streets on the way to the office and this general cleaning up of the environment will have driven much of the change. For business reasons that are slightly unclear, boosters are available only combined with diphtheria and pertussis vaccines in many Western countries, which adds nothing to an adult’s benefit but adds to their risk. It’s hard to claim safety and benefit are the main drivers in the face of such an anomaly.

    Knowing What We Don’t Know

All vaccines also have adverse effects. While not discussed here, they are real and I know people whose health was wrecked by vaccination. Assessment of risk is difficult as no childhood vaccines on the US schedule have been through a true placebo-controlled trial – they are usually compared against the rest of the contents of the vial (chemicals such as adjuvants and preservatives but lacking the antigen or inactivated virus – a mixture that may be the cause of most of the side effects) or against another vaccine.

By doing this, they can be shown to be no worse than the comparator, which would be fine if we actually had decent placebo-controlled trials of the comparators. Most doctors who prescribe vaccines almost certainly don’t know this. (There is a good, evidence-based explanation of this issue which is well worth reading).

Most doctors probably also pay little attention to the lack of trials determining the effect of giving dozens of doses of immune-stimulating adjuvants and preservatives, including aluminum salts, to growing children across their formative years. It is likely to be relatively harmless to many children, but harmful to some, as biology tends to work that way. However, if the disease that it addresses is hardly ever severe, then that ‘some’ can become very significant. Each ‘some’ is a child whose parents are trying to do the right thing, and trusting the medical establishment that this is indeed being done.

None of this would be new to a lot of people, as interest in vaccines and their harms and benefits is growing. However, most doctors performing vaccinations are probably unaware of much of the above, especially those graduating in the past couple of decades. If they are aware, they will likely be scared to discuss it as this would risk being labeled a “vaccine denier” or similarly childish term, or seen as promoting “vaccine hesitancy.” Vaccine hesitancy is what we once referred to as informed consent (or thinking before doing). After World War Two, we decided that informed consent was essential for ethical medicine. Now, the World Health Organization considers such independent thought a particularly dangerous threat to their interests and those of their sponsors.

Many recently trained doctors would consider the lecture I attended 40 years ago a public health risk, and the facts we were shown ‘misinformation.’ They will, at least in the US, also graduate with massive debt and be quite dependent on the subsidies they can receive from medical insurers, which include offering or giving vaccinations. This is why they can be so dismissive of intelligent people who spend time reading up on, and questioning, such things. They are not being aggressive or intentionally batting for Big Pharma; they are just so indoctrinated in the selling of these health commodities, and so financially and professionally dependent on this being the best course, that they are unable to articulate an independent, rational, evidence-based stance.

    Navigating a Rational Path

To understand the vaccination issue, the public needs to understand that the medical and public health professions have lost their ability to reason. They are experts in repeating what they were taught, but not in deciphering reality. There are also fanatics and dogmatic people on the other side of the vaccine divide that can see the harms, but not the good.

They downplay a few hundred thousand cervical cancer deaths per year, and have not witnessed the gut-wrenching sight of a baby dying of tetanus in a low-income country with no ability to address her pain. They have not had to send a rabies sufferer home to die because there is simply nothing the local medical system can do for them once they are symptomatic.

On vaccination policy, the public mostly needs to go it alone. Understand there are real risks and real benefits, like any pharmaceutical. Understand that the main reason why we don’t die from many of the infectious diseases that we used to has little to do with vaccination. Listen to a doctor, then ask them some pointed questions to ascertain whether they are looking at your child in context and weighing both sides or simply reciting a script.

When the benefits clearly outweigh the risks, vaccines make sense. They are a foolish idea when the opposite applies. It’s difficult to navigate the information out there, but the public must do so until the medical establishment frees itself from the shackles of its sponsors and catches up.

Everyone should be hesitant to have stuff injected into them for commercial profit. We should hesitate more when the person injecting it is also rewarded for their compliance. Doctors should be hesitant about injecting chemicals and metal salts into anyone unless they have strong expectations of net benefit. With vaccines, as with antibiotics and almost any other pharmaceutical, sometimes they will have and sometimes they won’t.

Obviously, governments should not be mandating the injection of commercial chemicals as a requirement to participate in society – that would be ridiculous. A State can never make such individual cost-benefit assessments, and in a democracy, we certainly don’t pay the government to own and direct our bodies.

This is all so obvious, and inline with conventional evidence-based practice, that you really wonder what all the fuss is about.

Knowing What We Don’t Know All vaccines also have adverse effects. Navigating a Rational Path To understand the vaccination issue, the public needs to understand that the medical and public health professions have lost their ability to reason. • BioEnergy Code does not just deal with past or present traumas but works to help you find balance and happiness from the energy within you:

BioEnergy Code is a manifestation program that teaches users to let go of the negative energy in their life to help maximize their happiness and success. The program is exclusively online, and it contains many audio files that will walk users through meditation to clear up your chakras.

The BioEnergy Code is a technique that uses bioenergy to help people transform their lives and achieve their goals. It involves a series of guided meditations and visualizations that are designed to help people connect with their inner selves and tap into their bioenergy.

Have you ever felt stuck in a rut, unable to achieve your goals or live your dreams?
Have you ever wondered why some people seem to have it all, while you struggle to make ends meet? Have you ever wished there was a simple and easy way to attract abundance, happiness, love, and success into your life?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you might be interested in a
program called The Bioenergy Code. This is a 30-minute audio track that claims to activate a hidden switch in your body and unleash the power of your soul’s true
vibration. By listening to this track, you can supposedly clear the blockages in your
energy field, and align yourself with the positive forces of the universe.

    What is The Bioenergy Code?

The Bioenergy Code is a self-discovery program that uses a combination of ancient wisdom and modern technology to reveal your soul’s true vibration. It was created by a team of experts in the fields of psychology, spirituality, and personal development, who have spent years studying the secrets of the elements and their influence on human behavior.

The Bioenergy Code is based on the premise that each person has a dominant
element that defines their personality, preferences, talents, challenges, and potential.
By taking a short quiz, you can find out your dominant element, and receive a
personalized report that explains everything you need to know about your Origin
Code. The report covers topics such as:

    ● Your elemental profile: a detailed description of your dominant element, and
how it shapes your character, emotions, and worldview.
    ● Your elemental compatibility: a guide to understanding how your element
interacts with other elements, and how to improve your relationships with
    different types of people.
    ● Your elemental purpose: a roadmap to discovering your true calling, and how
to align your goals and actions with your element’s energy.
    ● Your elemental transformation: a set of practical tools and techniques to help
you harness the power of your element, and overcome any obstacles or
limitations that may hold you back.

How does The Bioenergy Code work?

The Bioenergy Code works by using a sophisticated algorithm that analyzes your
answers to a series of questions and determines your dominant element based on your responses. The questions are designed to measure your preferences,
tendencies, values, and motivations, and to capture the essence of your personality. The quiz takes about 10 minutes to complete, and it’s completely free. You can take it as many times as you want, but the creators of The Bioenergy Code recommend that you answer the questions honestly and intuitively, without overthinking or second-guessing yourself. The more authentic you are, the more accurate your results will be.

Once you finish the quiz, you’ll receive your personalized report, which you can
access online or download as a PDF file. The report is divided into four sections,
each focusing on a different aspect of your elemental origin. You can read the report at your own pace, and refer to it whenever you need guidance or inspiration.

What are the benefits of The Bioenergy Code?

The Bioenergy Code offers a number of benefits for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and their life’s purpose. Some of the benefits are:

    ● Increased self-awareness: The Bioenergy Code helps you discover your
strengths, weaknesses, passions, and challenges, and how they relate to your

appreciate and respect the diversity of others, and how to avoid or resolve
    conflicts.
    ● Enhanced personal growth: The Bioenergy Code helps you identify your goals

  • The Lost SuperFoods:
It contains only long lasting foods that can be stored without refrigeration:

Today’s people appear to be so engrossed in modern trends and methods, so much so that they have forgotten the old ways of doing things. Especially when preparing and preserving food, no one thinks of following our grandfathers’ methods.

How can we go back to the ways of our ancient people? This is where the Lost Super-foods book comes into play. A hundred years ago or more, people were more self-sufficient than the average American today. They had medicine gardens in their backyards, smokehouses, wells, charcoal for water purification, root cellars, and wild game and fish traps.

The Lost Super-foods is a good resource developed by Art Rude, Lex Rooker, Claude Davis, and Fred Dwight. The book is a compilation of more than 30 recipes of long-lasting survival foods and stockpile recommendations that people can use today. With 270 pages, the book allows readers to discover various traditional recipes and methods.

    What is Aizen Power?

Aizen Power is a nutritional supplement sold online through AizenPower.com. The supplement is marketed to men who want to increase the length of their penis through natural methods permanently.
According to AizenPower.com, the supplement is based on a traditional Asian treatment used by Asian elites to “grow their penises in just a couple of weeks.” By taking Aizen Power daily, you may be able to enjoy similar benefits.
Once a year, it’s said that Asian elites gather for a “tantric ritual” involving herbal and plant extracts. They gather in a secret location to consume rare plants from Eastern Asia. Then, all men involved in the ritual permanently increase the length of their penis within weeks of taking the herbs and plant extracts.
Following that ritual, those involved “watch as their member grows bigger, throbbing with sexual energy and power,” according to AizenPower.com.
The creator of Aizen Power claims he attended the ritual and witnessed the effects in person. He took the same herbal and planted extracts, then experienced powerful benefits. After the ritual, he claims he felt more powerful and dominant than he ever had before: he felt like an alpha male.

    How Does Aizen Power Work?

Aizen Power claims to increase the size of your penis by 67% within a few weeks. It also claims to give you better erections.
In fact, Aizen Power claims to solve virtually every problem men experience in bed. The supplement doesn’t just claim to make you last longer in bed: it also claims to give you stronger, more intense orgasms when you do ultimately finish.
When someone claims to have discovered a way to permanently increase the size of their penis, consumers should use caution. There’s no actual proof that herbal extracts can lengthen your penis; however, ingredients used in the Aizen formula do have studies that can increase blood flow and boost testosterone production. You could, however, slightly increase the length of your penis with surgery or physical treatments (like jelqing, a penis stretching exercise). However, these treatments add a few extra centimetres to the size of your penis – they can’t permanently increase your penis length by 67%.

    About Aizen Power:

Aizen Power is made in a US, Denver-area supplement factory. The manufacturer provides limited information about itself online. We don’t know where the ingredients are sourced, nor do we know what type of medical expertise or medical advisory board has approved using the supplement – if any.
The maker of Aizen Power, Arnold P. Joyce, claims he developed the formula based on a secret Asian ritual he attended. Elites in Asia use this ritual to grow their penises by 15”. After attending the ritual, that man enjoyed similar benefits – so he decided to package the formula into a supplement and sell it online as Aizen Power.

    Final Word:

Aizen Power is a nutritional supplement based on a secret Asian ritual used by elites that claims to permanently increase the size of their penises by 5” to 15”. By taking two capsules of Aizen Power daily, men around the world can purportedly enjoy similar benefits.
There’s no solid evidence that Aizen Power works as advertised, but the formula contains herbal extracts that could mildly support health and wellness by giving your body antioxidants. However, there’s only anecdotal evidence at this point these antioxidants will increase the length of your penis.
