Investigation begins into Federal Court Judge accused of hiding Pfizer ties
A Federal Court Judge did not disclose ties to Pfizer or longstanding connections to biomedical research, while presiding over a covid-19 mRNA vaccine lawsuit.

After significant delays, the Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Australia has now confirmed an investigation has begun into the alleged misconduct of one of its own judges.

Federal Court Judge Helen Rofe is the subject of the investigation after presiding over the Fidge v. Pfizer, Moderna case.

Julian Fidge, a General Practitioner and pharmacist alleged the mRNA covid vaccines contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and that Pfizer and Moderna failed to obtain the necessary licenses to distribute the vaccines in Australia - a criminal offence under the Gene Technology Act 2000.

But before any evidence could be heard, Judge Rofe dismissed the case in March 2024 on the basis that Dr Fidge lacked standing, i.e. he was not an “aggrieved person” for the purposes of trial and therefore had “no reasonable prospect” of success.

After the decision was handed down, it was revealed that Judge Rofe had undisclosed ties to Pfizer. When at the Bar, she had represented Pfizer on at least five occasions between 2003-2006.

Further, Judge Rofe had family ties with the Grimwade pharmaceutical fortune, which later ran the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute, a biomedical research organisation that joined forces with Mermaid Bio in 2022, to develop mRNA vaccines.

Complaint to the Federal Court

Law firm PJ O’Brien & Associates, acting for Dr Fidge, filed a complaint with Federal Court Chief Justice Debra Mortimer, who is now investigating Judge Rofe.

The complaint against Justice Rofe alleges serious misconduct possibly rising to misbehaviour for failing to recuse herself from the case or disclose her significant prior relationship with Pfizer and the pharmaceutical industry.

Essentially, the complaint argues that withholding this information gives rise to the inference that Judge Rofe deliberately concealed the information, connoting dishonesty.

Katie Ashby-Koppens, the instructing solicitor said, “A judge is duty bound and obliged to inform all perceivable conflicts - even if not actual - to all parties to a proceeding with sufficient time for them to ask or make application for a judge's recusal.”

“Given the nature and extent of perceivable conflicts, we say her Honour was duty bound to advise the parties at the first case management conference, or preferably have declined the file from the registrar when she was first offered it,” she added.

Ashby-Koppens points to case law that suggests it is not a conflict for a judge to hear a matter of a former client if the subject matter is different, and so this should have given Judge Rofe the confidence to disclose her history. But she didn’t.

Given there are 16 other judges who sit on the Federal Court Melbourne Registry, Ashby-Koppens said Judge Rofe’s decision should be voided and heard by a different judge with no actual or perceived conflicts of interest.

Parliament to investigate

A copy of the complaint has also been sent to the Upper and Lower Houses of Parliament to investigate Justice Rofe’s conduct, as is their prerogative under Section 72(2) of the Constitution.

“If Judge Rofe did previously have dealings with Pfizer she should have disclosed those dealings,” said Queensland Senator Gerard Rennick. “If she didn’t disclose them, then we need to ask why she didn’t disclose those dealings or it will undermine faith in the Judiciary.”

Ashby-Koppens added, “If the allegations of misbehaviour are proven, the Parliament may remove Justice Rofe from the bench.”

The last time there was a Parliamentary investigation into potential misbehaviour of a judge was in May 1986, in the case of Justice Lionel Murphy QC, back when Bob Hawke was the Australian Prime Minister.

Justice Murphy was accused of attempting to bribe police officers, encouraging the intimidation or harming of several ­people and improperly using his ­influence to help Sydney organised crime boss Abe Saffron win lucrative business contracts.

The Commission of Inquiry was cut short when Justice Murphy announced he was dying of cancer – he passed away in October 1986.

Judicial independence

Judicial independence and impartiality are core principles that apply to judges, juries and other officials in the justice system. It is incumbent on judges, for example, to disclose any actual or apprehended bias that may exist in a case they preside over.

‘Apprehended’ bias is if there are factors that could have influenced a judge’s decision, or if “a fair-minded lay observer with knowledge of the material objective facts” might believe the judge is not impartial when ruling on a matter – this is the alleged bias being levelled against Judge Rofe.

However, there have been longstanding concerns that the rules and framework around judicial bias are not clear.

In August 2022, the Australian Law Reform Commission published a report following its inquiry into judicial impartiality and bias.

One of the recommendations was to establish a Federal judicial commission because existing mechanisms for raising allegations of actual and apprehended bias were “not sufficient to maintain public confidence in the administration of justice.”


The Law Council of Australia also supports the creation of a Federal judicial commission to improve procedures for responding to complaints about judicial bias and foster confidence in the independence of the judiciary.

Australian President of the Law Council, Greg McIntyre SC, said, “Key to impartiality is the need for clarity and transparency on procedures relating to bias, to assure court users that such issues can be dealt with in a fair and effective manner.”

McIntyre would not comment on real or hypothetical scenarios relating to the appropriateness of a judge recusing himself or herself from a matter, or in this case, Judge Rofe.

However, he did say, “Judges of federal courts would be expected to be informed of, understand and follow all the laws and rules to which they are subject to” and that the public needs clear guidance on “the steps to take if they still believe bias exists.”

When asked if there was an expiry date on the disclosure of conflicts, McIntyre said guidance relating to potential bias does not have to be “explicit or rigid” in terms of the duration of time after which a conflict of interest needs to be disclosed.

Judge Rofe was approached for comment but no response was received prior to publishing.

It was one of those conversations you never forget. We were discussing – of all things – the Covid injections, and I was questioning the early ‘safe and effective’ claims put forward by the pharmaceutical industry.

I felt suspicious of how quickly we had arrived at that point of seeming consensus despite a lack of long-term safety data. I do not trust the pharmaceutical industry. My colleague did not agree, and I felt my eyes widen as he said, “I don’t think they would do anything dodgy.” Clearly, my colleague had not read the medical history books. This conversation slapped me out of my own ignorance that Big Pharma’s rap sheet was well-known in the profession. It isn't.

With this in mind, let’s take a look at the history of illegal and fraudulent dealings by players in the pharmaceutical industry; an industry that has way more power and influence than we give them credit for.

Before I continue, a word (not from our sponsor). There are many people working in this industry who have good intentions towards improving healthcare for patients, dedicating their lives to finding a cure or treatment for disease. Some therapeutic pharmaceuticals are truly lifesaving. I probably wouldn’t be here today were it not for a couple of lifesaving drugs (that’s a story for another time). But we must be very clear in our understanding. The pharmaceutical industry, as a whole and by its nature, is conflicted and significantly driven by the mighty dollar, rather than altruism.

There are many players and different games being played by the industry. We ignore these at our peril. The rap sheet of illegal activities is alarming. It seems that barely a month goes by without some pharmaceutical company in court, somewhere. Criminal convictions are common and fines tally into the billions. Civil cases, with their million-dollar settlements, are abundant too.

A 2020 peer-reviewed article published in the Journal of the American Medical Association outlines the extent of the problem. The group studied both the type of illegal activity and financial penalties imposed on pharma companies between the years 2003 and 2016. Of the companies studied, 85 per cent (22 of 26) had received financial penalties for illegal activities with a total combined dollar value of $US33 billion. The illegal activities included manufacturing and distributing adulterated drugs, misleading marketing, failure to disclose negative information about a product (ie significant side effects including death), bribery to foreign officials, fraudulently delaying market entry of competitors, pricing and financial violations, and kickbacks.

When expressed as a percentage of revenue, the highest penalties were awarded to Schering-Plough, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Allergan, and Wyeth. The biggest overall fines have been paid by GSK (almost $US10 billion), Pfizer ($US2.9 billion), Johnson & Johnson ($US2.6 billion), and other familiar names include: AstraZeneca, Novartis, Merck, Eli Lilly, Schering-Plough, Sanofi Aventis, and Wyeth. It's quite a list, and many of the Big Pharma players are repeat offenders.

Prosecuting these companies is no mean feat. Cases often drag for years, making the avenue of justice and resolution inaccessible to all but the well-funded, persistent, and steadfast. If a case is won, pharma’s usual response is to appeal to a higher court and start the process again. One thing is clear, taking these giants to court requires nerves of steel, a willingness to surrender years of life to the task, and very deep pockets.

For every conviction, there are countless settlements, the company agreeing to payout, but making no admission of guilt. A notable example being the $US35 million settlement made, after 15 years of legal manoeuvring, by Pfizer in a Nigerian case that alleged the company had experimented on 200 children without their parent’s knowledge or consent.

Reading through the case reports, the pattern of behaviour is reminiscent of the movie ‘Ground Hog Day’ with the same games being played by different companies as if they are following some kind of unwritten playbook.

Occasionally there is a case that lifts the lid on these playbook strategies, revealing the influence of the pharma industry and the lengths they are willing to go to, to turn a profit. The Australian Federal Court case Peterson v Merck Sharpe and Dohme, involving the manufacturer of the drug Vioxx, is a perfect example.

By way of background, Vioxx (the anti-arthritis drug Rofecoxib) was alleged to have caused an increased risk of cardiovascular conditions including heart attack and stroke. It was launched in 1999 and, at peak popularity, was used by up to 80 million people worldwide, marketed as a safer alternative to traditional anti-inflammatory drugs with their troublesome gastrointestinal side effects. In Peterson v Merck Sharpe and Dohme, the applicant – Graeme Robert Peterson - alleged the drug had caused the heart attack he suffered in 2003, leaving him significantly incapacitated. Peterson argued the Merck companies were negligent in not having withdrawn the drug from the market earlier than they did in 2004 and, by not warning of the risks and making promotional representations to doctors, were guilty of misleading and deceptive conduct under the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act 1974.

In November 2004 Dr David Graham, then Associate Director for Science and Medicine in FDA’s Office of Drug Safety provided powerful testimony to the US Senate regarding Vioxx. According to Graham, prior to the approval of the drug, a Merck-funded study showed a seven-fold increase in heart attacks. Despite this, the drug was approved by regulatory agencies, including the FDA and the TGA. This finding was later supported by another Merck-funded study, VIGOR - which showed a five-fold increase, the results of which were published in the high-impact New England Journal of Medicine. It was later revealed by subpoena during litigation, that three heart attacks were not included in the original data submitted to the journal, a fact that at least two of the authors knew at the time. This resulted in a 'misleading conclusion’ regarding the risk of heart attack associated with the drug.

By the time Peterson v Merck Sharpe and Dohme, and associated class action involving 1660 people, was heard in Australia in 2009, the international parent of MSD, Merck, had already paid $US4.83 billion to settle thousands of lawsuits in the US over adverse effects of Vioxx. Predictably, Merck made no admission of guilt. The Australian legal battle was a long, drawn-out affair, taking several years with more twists and turns than a cheap garden hose (you can read more about it here and here). Long story short, a March 2010 Federal Court finding in favour of Peterson in was later overturned by a full bench of the Federal Court in Oct 2011. In 2013, a settlement was reached with class action participants which resulted in a mere maximum payment of $4629.36 per claimant. MSD generously waived their claim for legal costs against Peterson.

What's notable in this battle was the headline-grabbing courtroom evidence detailing the extent of alleged pharmaceutical misdeeds in marketing the drug. The pharma giant went to the lengths of producing sponsored journals with renowned scientific publisher Elsevier, including a publication called The Australasian Journal of Bone and Joint Medicine. These fake ‘journals’ were made to look like independent scientific journals, but contained articles attributed to doctors that were ghostwritten by Merck employees. Some doctors listed as honorary Journal board members said they had no idea they were listed in the journal and had never been given any articles to review.

But wait, there’s more.

The trove of internal emails presented in evidence revealed a more sinister level of operation. One of the emails circulated at the pharma giant’s US headquarters contained a list of ‘problem physicians’ which the company sought to ‘neutralise’ or ‘discredit.’ The recommendations to achieve these ends included payment for presentations, research and education, financial support of private practice, and 'strong recommendation(s) to discredit.' Such was the extent of intimidation, one professor wrote to the head of Merck to complain about the treatment of some of his researchers critical of the drug. The court heard how Merck had been ‘systematically playing down the side effects of Vioxx’ and their behaviour ‘seriously impinge(d) on academic freedom.’ This alleged systematic intimidation was extensive as it was effective. Result? Merck made over $US2 billion per year in sales before Vioxx was finally pulled from pharmacy shelves in 2004. In his testimony, Dr David Graham estimated that between 88,000 and 139,000 excess cases of heart attack or sudden cardiac death were caused by Vioxx in the US alone before it was withdrawn.

These systems of influence, manipulation and tactics were largely operative when Covid arrived. Add to that the ‘warp speed’ development of novel ‘vaccines’, government green lights, pharmaceutical indemnity and confidential contracts. Now you have the makings of a pharmaceutical pay day the likes of which we have never seen before.

It should come as no surprise then, the recent announcement that five US states – Texas, Kansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Utah – are taking Pfizer to court for withholding information, and misleading and deceiving the public through statements made in marketing its Covid-19 injection. That these cases are filed as civil suits under consumer protection laws is likely to be just the tip of the pharmaceutical playbook iceberg. No doubt the discovery process will hold further lessons for us all.

Study of 125 countries reveals inconvenient truth: Excess mortality was caused by democide and vaccine mandates, not “covid”

Australia, for one, saw an abnormal spike in all-cause mortality at the same time they mandated a COVID-19 booster vaccine. Now there is a class action lawsuit to fight back.

European Court of Justice rules against Pfizer and the European Commission’s secretive, liability-free contracts

On July 17, 2024, the European Court of Justice ruled that the European Commission (one of the three branches of the European Union) wrongfully withheld critical details regarding its multi-billion-euro contracts with Pfizer, for the mass distribution of their so-called COVID-19 vaccines. This decision marks a pivotal moment in the ongoing scrutiny facing European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, who is already under fire for privately conspiring with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla to mass distribute Pfizer’s experimental shots.
According to Ursula’s own confessions, she privately texted Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla to secure 11 contracts, 4.6 billion in vaccines, while transferring €71 billion of public money to Big Pharma. In 2020, Ursula told the New York Times she was texting Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla to secure 1.9 billion doses of their COVID-19 vaccine for the entire EU population, which is just 448 million people. This liability-free contract protects Pfizer, while exploiting all Europeans without recourse when the vaccines damage them.

The ruling stemmed from a lawsuit initiated by Green MEPs in October 2021, demanding full disclosure of the vaccine purchase agreements negotiated by the European Commission. The General Court of the European Union ultimately sided with the MEPs, emphasizing that the Commission's decision to redact significant portions of the contract was unjustified. The court criticized the Commission's withholding of specific clauses related to indemnification. These indemnification clauses grant Pfizer immunity when their vaccines cause adverse events. The court contended that the Commission failed to substantiate how disclosing these provisions would harm the commercial interests of Pfizer. By concealing the indemnification clause, it appears that Pfizer and Commission knew that the vaccine would cause damage to the population, and all harms could be absolved by the contract, without anyone knowing about the secret agreement.

These secretive contracts with Pfizer defrauded the public, leading to policies that suspended civil liberties, while misleading and coercively harming individuals amid the implementation of a global vaccine agenda and a biosecurity police state.

Tilly Metz, one of the Green MEPs involved in the lawsuit, said, "The new European Commission must now adapt their handling of access to documents requests to be in line with today’s ruling.”

Pfizer can be held accountable for “defective product” despite its secret indemnity clause signed with the EU

Beyond the transparency issue, the court's ruling also addressed the liability of pharmaceutical companies in cases of vaccine defects. It emphasized that under EU law, producers cannot limit their liability if harm is caused by a defective product. This aspect of the ruling clarifies that Pfizer and other vaccine manufacturers could be held liable for damages resulting from vaccine defects, contrary to previous assumptions about limited liability in such cases.

The ruling invokes Directive 85/374/EEC, which defines the responsibilities of producers regarding defective products, including provisions on damage caused by death or personal injuries. The court clarified that a producer is liable for the damage caused by a defect in its product and its liability "cannot be limited or excluded vis-à-vis the victim by a clause limiting, or providing an exemption from, liability under Directive 85/374." This interpretation by the European Court of Justice potentially opens the door for legal claims against Pfizer.

The decision has exposed the treacherous and clandestine handling of vaccine contracts at the onset of the lockdowns and the forced COVID-19 vaccine experiment. Transparency is crucial not only for the sake of holding pharmaceutical companies accountable, but also for the sake of informed consent and saving lives. It Is Time for Freedom of Speech in the Freedom Movement

There, in my inbox, was another substack essay on nanotechnology….a thoughtful, serious piece discussing why we should not fall for the concept that nanotechnology can actually control human behavior and thought or the way that human beings conduct themselves.

The discussion made a lot of sense. And so do the microscopists — those scientists, including chemists, pathologists, engineers, and others examining the “COVID vaccines,” the nanotechnology, the quantum dots, the “white clots,” the graphene oxide, and all else being found in human blood and various matter present in human injectables, ingestables, and breathables.

The dissenting author I read mentioned one of our other colleagues (colleagues being those fighters for freedom, liberty, biological integrity, health, science, and community). The dispute centered around the ability of any science to actually technologically control human thought. I winced as I read this.

Not because I fully agreed or disagreed with either person, but because I knew human feelings would be stirred up, maybe hurt, maybe angered. Those feelings would swirl around the concepts of the debate, but also generally through the readers of each person and their colleagues. And those feelings can get in the way. Because the discussions, the disagreements, and the differences of view about the details and degrees of dangers are critical conversations.

We should be having these conversations all the time.


I am not going to parse that science debate in this essay in detail — that is for another time. I will say that the desire to control the thoughts and actions of others is a hallmark of dark “science” used by the Central Intelligence Agency and Department of Defense divisions as well as some aspects of medicine and psychology. From the early psychiatric ice pick lobotomies in the 1950s to the psychosurgery experiments at some of the highest academic centers in medicine, including Harvard, Brown, Tulane, McGill, University of Mississippi, Wayne State, and many more, there have been attempts to modulate, deter, and control behavior. Dr. Breggin devoted several years of his life to putting a stop to the psychosurgery resurgence that began in the late 1960s into the 1970s.

The Desire to Control is not the Same as Being Able to Control Human Thoughts

The desire to control human thoughts and actions is not the same as being able to control human thoughts and actions. At this point, “what science can do is damage the human brain through various means — surgical, electrical, energy wave frequencies, blunt force trauma, and drugs,” according to psychiatrist Peter Breggin MD. He explains that a human being can be stopped, subdued, or deterred, just as the furious bull was stopped in its tracks in the arena by psychosurgeon Delgado, through electrical shocks in 1963. It came to a dead stop, shaking its head. The brain-damaging effect of the shock had paralyzed the beast momentarily without actually changing or averting his desire to charge. The shock was the equivalent of being stunned by a blow to the head. Dr. Breggin has examined this issue further in his new essay “The Elite Strategy to Physically Ruin Our Brains, Minds and Willpower.”

The Desire to Control May Lead to Attempts to Control

We know the dark sciences and the deep state want to control people, populations, and “targeted audiences.” Whether or not they are successful, there appears to be little preventing them from attempting to establish control of people by inserting technology into their bodies, especially since there is such a delicious opportunity to experiment with inserting nanotech during the Great World Vaccination Drive of the COVID era.

Why not drive the technology “forward” by seeing what human bodies can tolerate or survive in the way of foreign objects and substances? Who knows? If the objects and substances are small enough, maybe we can slip them by the body’s defenses? And who is to say no? The ethics division at the National Institute of Health is manned by Dr. Anthony Fauci’s wife. So it behooves us to ask questions, lots of questions.

However, we must not succumb to the fear and terror propaganda that is certainly being salted into the mix of information we are consuming about possible mind manipulation. Those who wish to control us are using fear, promotion of false abilities, misdirection, and any other lies they can dream up to keep us frightened, intimidated, distracted, confused, and ineffective.

So, what can we do?

Team Freedom Needs to Speak Openly and Freely

We, those of us who are on Team Freedom, need to be able to speak freely. To exchange ideas, data, and perspectives.

We need to be disciplined enough to be present with the discomfort that comes with disagreement as we listen and communicate about all the critical issues of the day.

We are on the cutting edge of politics, science, liberty, medicine, public health, sociology, psychology, public relations, and civics. We are all looking around corners, into back rooms, and examining issues, practices, and technologies that are being shepherded into our cultures, our bodies, and our environment over which we have had no say.

We Have Had No Choice

We have had no choice about whatever is in the injectable liquids that are contaminating various medicines, including what is coyly called the COVID-19 “vaccines.”

We have had no choice about the substances put in our foods or our environments through geoengineering pollution or other forms of manipulations. We have had no choice about the use of energy frequencies like the 5G being launched. No choice about the littered landscape of Level 4 biolabs around the world. No choice about the engineered pathogens that definitely escape those labs from time to time, and no choice about whether they should be released upon the world for one reason or another.

We have no choice about being a member of the United Nations or a member of the World Health Organization, and of sustaining them through our tax dollars.

We aren’t being given any of these choices. Those topics are off the table, ‘Top Secret,’ ‘proprietary information,’ under “NDA” (non-disclosure agreement) or simply ‘embarrassing’ or a ‘distraction’ or a ‘trade secret.’

We have certainly had no choice about the manipulations of information that are being disseminated throughout our societies every day via the controlled media except to turn that media on, or off but much of it is impossible to avoid.

We have had no choice about the Department of Defense (DOD), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and other alphabet agencies using psychological manipulation and propaganda to “win the hearts and minds” and if that fails, to control opinion and actions with foreign nations and foreign nationals. In reality, most of what goes on in the arena of experimentation on physical control of the mind is hidden behind the opaque Deep State curtain. Does the Deep State want to control? You betcha. Look back at the last four years. In country after country, especially the USA, all we see is control being exerted upon citizens, against tradition and constitutions.

We have no say in whether the DOD and the CIA, the CDC, and the alphabets are directing their propaganda machines upon U.S. citizens. Are their propaganda activities in the U.S. ‘biting the hand that feeds them?’ NO? Then what hand is feeding them?

Tell us, please.

Are We Free Without Debate and the Free Exchange of Ideas?

Push back. We must open our minds. Have lots of conversations, and lots of exchange of ideas, through essays, columns, via videos, zoom meetings, documentaries, debates, books, and live gatherings.

We know personally that there are those among us who have been very engaged in trying to steer and stifle the debate. The thought-terminating concept is ‘do NOT speak about that subject — it will discredit you and ‘the movement,’ and you will look like a fool.’ Another deterrent that stifles debate is ‘don’t disagree — we need unity in the freedom movement.’

A very big threat that has thrown a terrifying poisonous cloud over all of us is the dread of getting sued for $25 million dollars.

That is not freedom. That is control.

You Will Look Like a Fool….

There is disagreement about whether censorship occurred in Stockholm during the “Pandemic Strategies: Lessons and Consequences” conference held January 21-22, 2023. Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger was the last presenter for this conference, after which there was a closing panel made up of the afternoon group of speakers. That last panel included Astrid Stuckelberger, Geert Vanden Bossche, John Steppling (playwright), Pierre Kory, Richard Urso, Jessica Rose, and Philipp Kruse.

Dr. Stuckelberger’s talk was titled “From Biology to Population: Evidence-Based Public Health Situations: Analysis, Lessons and Next Steps.” “Censorship occurred at point C when I presented the results of nanotech and oxide graphene in the vials,” she told SGT Report. Her slide asked, “Is the content [of the vials] biological or not?” It is reproduced below.


Her primary point, as I understand it, is that the materials being found in the ‘COVID vaccines’ are non-biological in nature — they are synthetic biological matter. Therefore physicians examining and testing blood who are trained to view biological matter are going to miss the synthetic materials, both due to the small size and due to the compositions of the materials.

Dr. Stuckelberger posted a video clip later sent to her by an attendee that shows Dr. Cole up on the stage after Dr. Stuckelberger’s presentation. Though not listed on the final panel, Dr. Cole took the stage, gestured for, and was given a microphone by event organizers and then made “a real quick comment.” This was allowed even though Dr. Stuckelberger’s presentation was cut short by the organizers (they say because they were out of time).

“From what we’ve looked at, there are no nano chips. There is absolutely no graphene oxide in the hundreds of vials we’ve looked at,” declared Dr. Cole. Turning to Dr. Stuckelberger, he declared, “I respect that you did a beautiful presentation,” which appeared patronizing or at least awkward.

Dr. Cole said, “At the end of the day, to focus on freedom and focus on the wonderful freedom fight that we all have together is what matters. Other things are red herrings, and it’s not relevant, and it’s a distraction to our cause… Scientifically based on the analysis done, we respectfully disagree, having looked at what we’ve looked at as a group from Austria, as a group from the United States, and if we focus on freedom together, that’s what matters… but the rest of it makes us look a little like we are out there.”

Dr. Richard Urso added, “The lipid nanoparticle messenger RNA is so dangerous itself – It’s the number one thing right now that we know, the data is there….it’s affecting DNA damage repair, its affecting toll-like receptors and viral immune surveillance, it’s doing the blood clotting, it’s doing a lot of the things we already know, we have the data on it…” (At 3:15 on the video)

Doctors Cole and Urso both claimed “it’s not useful to our cause to put red herrings out there.”

The shortened last panel gave each speaker three minutes to summarize their views, and then the organizers said Dr. Stuckelberger and another presenter could not present as they were out of time. She was handed the mic anyway, and she said “they are afraid of what I am going to say.” Then she said that we are living in an apocalyptic time. “Corruption is not new, it has been there for ages, and it is time that we see it. We must all strive to become autonomous again and create autonomous communities. I wish you will build happiness and find ways to heal yourselves with natural remedies, and there are some. Try to build community with others who have the same spirit and heart as you,” she concluded.

Watch the videos. Look at the body language. Dr. Stuckelberger was body blocked by one of the local organizers, John Steppling, who loomed over her during Dr. Cole’s ‘explanation’ about why she should not present her data on the presence of nanotechnology in the blood. Dr. Kory came on stage and added his on-stage presence to the discussion. Doctors Kory, Cole, and Urso are among the pillars of Dr. Robert Malone’s medical juggernaut.

The upshot is that Dr. Astrid Stucklberger was interrupted, distracted, or body-checked by at least four men, including Dr. Cole, Dr. Vanden Bossche, John Steppling, and Dr. Kory, who also made his presence known when joining the others on stage.

The entire event was professionally filmed and posted online by conference organizers, the Swedish organization called The Doctors’ Appeal. The conference organizers also posted a two-page non-attributed paper titled “What happened at the conference.” The organizers assert that there was “no intent to censor Dr. Stuckelberger, nor place her in an awkward position at the end of her talk,” and they apologized “unreservedly for any animosity she may have experienced during the closing moments of the conference…”

But key moments of the controversy are missing from the official recordings documenting the period directly after Dr. Stuckelberger’s speech was abruptly ended and the final panel was convened. Another video emerged and is available, memorializing some of the missing minutes where Dr. Cole took the stage to dismiss Dr. Stuckelberger’s comments.

Dr. Robert Malone and Dr. Daniel Nagase

Suppression of ideas also occurred during a November 3, 2021, Zoom call between a number of Canadian medical colleagues, including Emergency Room physician Dr. Daniel Nagase. Dr. Robert Malone, from the US, was also invited to participate in that group Zoom meeting.

Dr. Malone was telling Daniel Nagase, MD, in effect, don’t talk about reverse transcription and DNA integration in that 2021 Zoom meeting. Dr. Malone interrupted and said, “We’re under intense pressure… we have to be super careful about our messaging and what we’re stating…[it’s] not useful to speculate about things like integration” [of DNA from reverse transcribed RNA].

Imagine. If scientists, analysts, and the public had been able to speak, discuss, and argue, about these dangers, questioning which contents might be in the COVID ‘vaccines’ without being interrupted and silenced by others purporting to be on the side of freedom, what might we have accomplished at that time in convincing others to NOT submit to the toxic ‘COVID vaccines?’

Former Vice President of Pfizer, Dr. Mike Yeadon, has been especially eloquent and outspoken about the elite’s global takeover via the World Economic Forum (WEF) and World Health Organization (WHO).

In his comment, Dr. Yeadon echoed what many others have been saying and offering evidence about for some time.

Dr. Malone tweeted back:

“Show me the receipts or go home. Yeadon can talk like that all day long and get lots of clicks and likes. Preaching to the choir. But all it does is delegitimizes him with the persuadable middle. Do we want to win this, or are we just playing tiddlywinks? Proof or shut up.”


Dr. Malone’s insults toward Dr. Yeadon should be no surprise, given that he has so often attempted to silence or sully other freedom fighters, including Peter Breggin, MD, Ginger Breggin, Dr. Jane Ruby, Peter McCullough, MD, Harvey Risch, MD, Dr. Paul Alexander, The Wellness Company, Red State Media, America Out Loud, other independent journalists, Dr. Brian Ardis, Dr. Judy Mikovitz, Foster Colson, Clay Clark, Alex Berenson and others.

Since 2022, Dr. Malone has increased his attacks involving much of The Wellness Company, Dr. Alexander, additional independent journalists, and reformers. Dr. Alexander himself has exposed two key instances where Dr. Malone maligned and discouraged others from having relationships with Dr. Peter Breggin – once when standing in the halls of the U.S. Senate prior to testimony, and once in a Brownstone email list among Brownstone members.

Epidemiologist Paul Alias Alexander, Ph.D., is a Former Senior Advisor to Trump’s COVID Task Force and Former Advisor to WHO. He has courageously revealed in a recent substack column that during the Senate hearing that brought some of the top COVID critical scientists together, Dr. Malone was denigrating Dr. Peter Breggin, who was not present. Dr. Alexander reported:

“I personally heard him, Malone, at a Senate meeting in Washington D.C. verbally ridiculing and smearing the Breggins to other scientists present. They were not there to defend themselves as he bragged about his lawsuit of $25 million against Dr. Peter Breggin and what he was doing against them. We run in similar circles. I was surprised he would do that in the Senate building (we were called there by Senator Johnson to discuss COVID and issues), and he was talking about his lawsuit on [the] Breggins as if it were a joke and a game, a sport, with listeners standing around enjoying a laugh. He poisoned the well, so to speak. He was trying to get the listeners to agree with him, yet they had no idea about the minutia. He was bragging, and it repulsed me. A joke on Dr. Breggin, who has done more for America and this movement than Malone could ever do?” [italics added.]

The Biggest “Don’t Talk About That” Action

The biggest “Don’t talk about that” action to date has been the $25 million dollar lawsuit against Peter R. Breggin MD, Ginger Ross Breggin, and Dr. Jane Ruby. The threats of a lawsuit and the official demand letter centered around an intellectual sociological/psychological debate of the validity of the so-called ‘Mass Formation’ or Mass Formation Psychosis concept, which we will be revisiting again in a separate column. The lawsuit complaint itself morphed into a litany of false allegations of defamatory statements. Some of the statements Malone attributed to Dr. Breggin were never uttered by Dr. Breggin. We should all be aware at this time, four years into the takeover of the world, that those of us opposing the takeover are on the ‘outside.’ We are not part of the Good Club — the elite collection of billionaires and other entities who are implementing plans for controlling the world.

Whether you discuss nanotechnology or some other aspect critical of the official narrative, you are on the ‘outside.’ To those who are thinking about toeing the line set by the authorities, if you oppose masks, if you oppose lockdowns, if you mention ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine, you are on the outside. You are on the outside if you are opposing the so-called COVID vaccines.

So let’s embrace freedom. We can do science, civics, politics, community, medicine the FREEDOM way. Through debate, disagreement, challenging, arguing, and discussing. Be very suspicious of anybody trying to steer the conversation….of anybody trying to shut the discussion down, of anybody trying to grab the microphone when it is not their turn.

Humanity is at risk. Be bold, be courageous, speak up…and listen to each other.

Muhammad Abdullah Mishmish, programme director at Sawt Al-Awsa Radio, has been killed in Israel’s war on Gaza, according to the enclave’s Government Media Office.

The statement on Telegram did not elaborate on the circumstances, time or place of his death.

Mishmish is the 160th journalist killed in the war, the announcement said.

BBC reports: Muhammed Bhar was 24 and had Down’s syndrome and autism. His mother, Nabila Bhar, 70, told the BBC: “He didn’t know how to eat, drink, or change his clothes. I’m the one who changed his nappies. I’m the one who fed him. He didn’t know how to do anything by himself.”

In a weary tone, Nabila, who is a widow, reeled off the names of relatives’ homes where they’d sought shelter.

“We evacuated around 15 times. We would go to Jibreel’s place, but then there would be bombing at Jibreel’s place. We would go to Haydar Square, but then there would be bombing at Haydar Square. We would go to Rimal, but then there would be bombing at Rimal. We would go to Shawa Square, but there would be bombing at Shawa Square.”

On June 27, they came back home to Gaza City, only to be ordered to evacuate once again. But the Bhars were tired of moving, so they stayed.

“We were under siege for seven days. The tanks and soldiers were all around the house… Muhammed was staying on his sofa…and he didn’t like sitting anywhere except for there,” says Nabila.

For Muhammed war meant loud, violent sounds, the air vibrating with the concussion from shells exploding nearby. None of this could be explained to him.

“He would panic and say, ‘I’m scared, scared’,” Nabila remembers.

On 3 July, according to the family, the IDF raided their home on Nazaz Street. Nabila says there were several dozen soldiers with a combat dog – animals used to find Hamas fighters, and check for booby traps and explosives.

At first she heard them “breaking in and smashing everything” before the soldiers and dog arrived in the room.

Referring to Muhammed, she says: “I told them, ‘He’s disabled, disabled. Have mercy on him, he’s disabled. Keep the dog away from him.’”

Israel’s restrictions on movement in Hebron hurdle to ‘essential services’: ICRC

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) says the restrictions on movement imposed by Israel, specifically in the “H2” area in Hebron’s Old City, “make it difficult, and sometimes impossible, for Palestinians to access essential services”.

Israeli authorities have imposed these restrictions for more than 20 years, leaving an impact on “basic services many need daily to survive”, the ICRC said on X.

The H2 area of Hebron in the occupied West Bank is 20 percent of the Palestinian city, where about 700 Israelis live in illegal settlements and the Israeli military has full control.

H2’s Palestinian population is about 35,000.

Israel minister demands West Bank annexation if UN court rules against it

Al Jazeera reports: Hardline Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich called on the prime minister to annex the occupied West Bank if the International Court of Justice (ICJ) rules Israeli settlements are illegal this week.

Smotrich reportedly told reporters this week, “no one will move the people of Israel from their land.”

The UN’s top court is expected to deliver a non-binding ruling on the legal ramifications of Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories on Friday.

“I hereby call on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu – if the International Court of Justice in The Hague does decide that the settlement enterprise is illegal – respond to them with a historic decision of applying sovereignty to the territories of the homeland,” said Smotrich.

The far-right minister also promised to “thwart the establishment of a Palestinian state through massive construction, regulating settlements, building roads and other measures in the field” – all moves illegal under international law.

Fifty-two countries presented arguments at the ICJ, also known as the World Court, about the legal consequences of Israel’s actions in the occupied territories in February, after the UN General Assembly asked it in 2022 for an advisory opinion.

Smotrich himself lives in an illegal settlement.

Far-right groups that block aid to Gaza receive tax-deductible donations from US and Israel

Associated Press reports: Under American pressure, Israel has pledged to deliver large quantities of humanitarian aid into the war-ravaged Gaza Strip. But at the same time, the U.S. and Israel have allowed tax-deductible donations amounting to $200,000 to far-right groups that have blocked that aid from being delivered, The Associated Press and the Israeli investigative site Shomrim have found.

Incentivizing these donations by making them tax-deductible runs counter to America’s and Israel’s stated commitments to allow unlimited food, water and medicine into Gaza, say groups working to get more aid into the territory. Donations have continued even after the U.S. imposed sanctions against one of these groups.

“If you’re on the one hand saying you’re allowing aid in but then also facilitating the actions of groups that are blocking it, can you really say you’re facilitating aid?” said Tania Hary, executive director of Gisha, an Israeli nonprofit that has long called on Israel to improve conditions in the territory.

Israeli officials did not respond to requests for comment. The U.S. State Department said it is committed to ensuring the delivery of aid, but had no comment on the fundraising efforts by the far-right groups.

NOTE: Israel has illegally built around 280 settlements on Palestinian land in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, which are home to more than 700,000 illegal settlers. Israeli settlements and settlers on Palestinian land are a violation of international law, and considered by many Palestinians to be the main barrier to any lasting peace agreement. Settlers, moreover, have a history of violence against Palestinians, often with the assistance of Israeli military forces.

Revealed: America’s secret special forces flights to Israel from UK base on Cyprus

Declassified UK reports: The US Air Force has been sending unmarked planes from Britain’s base on Cyprus to Israel since it began bombing Gaza, it can be revealed.

The planes are all C-295 and CN-235 aircraft, which are believed to be used by American special forces.

Declassified has found 18 of these aircraft which have gone from the sprawling British air base on Cyprus, RAF Akrotiri, to Israel’s coastal city Tel Aviv since October 7.

Akrotiri is the key node in the international effort to arm and provide logistical support for Israel’s assault on Gaza.

But the UK government has always refused to divulge any information about US activities at Akrotiri, which is known to include transporting weapons to Israel.

Asked in May how many US Air Force (USAF) flights had taken off from the base since October 7, defense minister Leo Docherty said: “The Ministry of Defense does not comment on the operations of our Allies.”

But Declassified discovered the unmarked planes that flew from Akrotiri to Israel from November to June have a serial number showing they are operated by the USAF. Most of these journeys had the flight number GONZO62.

The new information could further implicate British ministers in war crimes in Gaza. In November 2023, a US military official revealed that American special forces were stationed in Israel and “actively helping the Israelis”.

A spokesperson for the UK Ministry of Defense would only tell Declassified: “In response to the situation in Israel and Gaza, we are working with international partners to de-escalate the conflict, reinforce stability and support humanitarian efforts in the region. Any use of UK bases will be in line with these objectives.”

‘Stunning Abdication’: Appeals Court Dismisses Biden Genocide Complicity Case

Common Dreams reports: Palestine defenders on Tuesday decried a U.S. federal appellate panel’s dismissal of a case brought by Palestinians accusing senior Biden administration officials of failing to prevent and complicity in Israeli genocide in Gaza.

A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco affirmed a lower court’s dismissal of the lawsuit against President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, which was led by the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) on behalf of several Palestinian groups and individuals.

During a Tuesday interview on Democracy Now!, CCR attorney Katherine Gallagher—who represented plaintiffs in the case—said its dismissal “essentially gives the blank check to carry out any kind of conduct that the executive wants in times of genocide, in times of war.”

“We turned to the law to help stop the horror, and the court chose to do nothing,” said one plaintiff in the case. “We are beyond disappointed.”

Palestinian death toll from October 7 – July 16: at least 39,370* (38,794 in Gaza* – 11,445 women (30%), 16,034 children as of June 17. Ralph Nader earlier estimated 200,000 Palestinians may have been killed in Gaza.

About 1.7 million, or 75% of Gaza’s population are currently displaced.

Palestinian injuries from October 7 – July 16: at least 94,784 (including at least 89,364 in Gaza and 5,420 in the West Bank, including 830 children).

[It remains unknown how many Americans are among the casualties in Gaza.]
Reported Israeli death toll from October 7 – July 16: ~1,481 (~1,139 on October 7, 2023, of which ~32 were Americans, and ~36 were children); 326 military forces since the ground invasion began in Gaza; 16 in the West Bank) and~8,730 injured.

Times of Israel reports: The IDF listed 41 soldiers killed due to friendly fire in Gaza and other military-related accidents – nearly 16%.

NOTE: It is unknown at this time how many of the deaths and injuries in Israel on October 7 were caused by Israeli soldiers.

*Previously, IAK did not include 471 Gazans killed in the Al Ahli hospital blast since the source of the projectile was being disputed. However, given that much evidence points to Israel as the culprit, Israel had previously bombed the hospital and has attacked many others, Israel is prohibiting outside experts from investigating the scene, and since the UN and other agencies are including the deaths from the attack in their cumulative totals, if Americans knew is now also doing so.**

Euro-Med Monitor reports that Gaza’s elderly are dying at an alarmingly high rate. The majority die at home and are buried either close to their residences or in makeshift graves dispersed across the Strip. There are currently more than 140 such cemeteries. Additionally, according to Euromed, thousands have died from starvation, malnourishment, and inadequate medical care; these are considered indirect victims as they were not registered in hospitals.

† For most of the conflict, women and children accounted for about 70% of deaths in Gaza, with children making up a little over 40% of those killed, according to official statistics.

Even though it has been widely recognised that there is a link between childhood vaccines and autism, public health agencies and health practitioners continue to push childhood vaccines and the number of vaccines children are given grows.

Australian Professor Ian Brighthope highlighted the link between vaccines and autism by sharing an American corporate media report in 2019 and a speech Dr. Peter McCullough gave last week in Chattanooga, USA. He followed this with key facts about vaccines in a “neutral tone.”

In January 2019, Full Measure, a weekly Sunday television news programme broadcast to about 43 million households, reported on the link between vaccines and autism.

“A respected pro-vaccine medical expert used by the federal government to debunk the vaccine-autism link, says vaccines can cause autism after all. He claims he told that to government officials long ago, but they kept it secret.

“Meantime, CDC – which promotes vaccines and monitors vaccine safety – never disclosed that the government’s own one-time medical expert concluded vaccines can cause autism – and to this day public health officials deny that’s the case.”

Last Friday, during an event titled ‘Art of War’ held in Chattanooga, USA, Dr. Peter McCullough gave a speech titled ‘Who is Winning the Information War?’.

Toward the end of his speech, Dr. McCullough spoke about the twin epidemic of autism and gender dysphoria (see video clip below).

“Autism was 1 in 10,000 when I was a kid,” Dr. McCullough said, “it’s now 1 in 36. It’s the biggest epidemic of childhood in US history.”

He acknowledged there is some increase in the number of cases due to improved screening and detection but there is “a massive bona fide increase.”

“What we know is that it appears to be associated with the expanding childhood vaccine schedule,” he said. In 1960 a child was given 3 vaccines. Now a child is given 108 vaccines. In one of the vaccine visits, a child is given 13 vaccines at one time.

“It has been well demonstrated that if a child gets sick with a big round of shots and they have a seizure, there’s about a 40% chance that their brain is injured and they that they develop autism,” Dr. McCullough told the audience. “There are 200 studies now linking excessive vaccination in childhood to autism,” he said. Adding that other factors also cause autism, so no one knows for sure.

But “things have gotten so out of control on childhood vaccines and autism that World Council for Health are saying: ‘Parents are urged to adopt a common sense. ‘Safer to Wait’ approach’,” he said.

What does that mean? That means deferring on the childhood vaccine schedule.

“Five studies show children who take no vaccines, none – they’re born healthy, they take no vaccines, they’re healthier than the kids who take the vaccines. There are lower rates of food allergy … there are lower rates of asthma, allergic dermatitis, need for tympanostomy tubes, lower rates of attention deficit disorder, Asperger disease, lower rates of autism spectrum disorder … massive excessive vaccination is likely harming our children today,” Dr McCullough said. “50% of all the sudden infant deaths that occur, occur within a week of taking a battery of these shots.”

Sharing the videos above, Prof. Brighthope said: “I highly recommend this book to everyone, especially would-be and soon-to-be parents.” The book he was referring to was ‘Vaccines, Myths and Facts’ by Wendy Daniel.

Vaccines are a diverse class of medicines, with some being slightly effective but unsafe, while others have proven defective or unsafe. It is seriously inaccurate to claim all vaccines are categorically “safe and effective.”

Historically, most vaccines have demonstrated toxicity and caused harm through various mechanisms like contamination, unintended immune responses, contracting the targeted disease from the vaccine itself, or unknown causes, probably hyper-oxidation reactions.

Vaccine manufacturers have immunity from product liability lawsuits, based on the government authorities recognising vaccines as “unavoidably unsafe” products.

Since 1986, the number of vaccines on the childhood/adolescent schedules has increased from 7 to 21 by 2023 [in Australia].

Only a minority of vaccines on the current schedule, like measles and chickenpox, are capable of providing herd immunity, albeit controversial. All vaccines cannot justify population-wide mandates.

The pharmaceutical industry wields enormous influence through lobbying, advertising to the medical profession, funding medical groups, and incentivising and rewarding doctors.

The covid-19 mRNA vaccines underwent less testing than usual, were authorised for emergency use only initially, utilised a new technology platform, and have generated high rates of reported deaths and adverse events compared to traditional vaccines. Yet they were quickly added to the childhood schedule.

Extremely high numbers of reported deaths and adverse events from covid-19 vaccines have not been systematically accounted for by health authorities, who continue strongly promoting these vaccines.

Calling the mRNA products “vaccines” has broadened the definition of vaccine, potentially shielding manufacturers from liability to an unprecedented degree.

Vaccine mandates can compel medical treatments classified by law as “unavoidably unsafe” from manufacturers with liability protections, in contradiction to being promoted as “safe and effective.”

Hence, I argue for reevaluating the central dogma that all vaccines are fundamentally “safe and effective,” and propose reforms like repealing liability protections, prohibiting all mandates and investigating all vaccines thoroughly.

We remain ignorant while the drug and vaccine companies are profiteering. Therefore, we become sicker, weaker and poorer.

Pfizer's key scientist Mikael Dolsten, who developed Covid vaccine, to step down
US pharmaceutical giant Pfizer on Tuesday said its chief scientific officer Mikael Dolsten, a key figure behind the development of the company's Covid-19 vaccine, would step down.Dolsten will be stepping down after over a 15-year career at the company.
The drugmaker said it would start identifying a successor for Dolsten, a process which is expected to last several months.Dolsten joined Pfizer as part of the Wyeth acquisition in 2009, when he was named president of Worldwide Research and Development with the responsibility to lead all of Pfizer's research as well as development of all its treatments through mid-stage studies.Last year, Albert Bourla, Chief Executive Officer of US-based pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, encountered a series of tough questions about the efficacy of its Covid vaccine on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum meeting, but he repeatedly ignored the queries.
Couple of Rebel News reporters named Ezra Levant and Avi Yemini were seen asking a lot of uncomfortable questions to the Pfizer CEO. Among the questions, he asked the CEO why the manufacturer kept the fact secret that its vaccine did not stop transmission of the virus.Rebel News posted a six-minute-long video of the confrontation on Twitter. In the video, the journalist grilled him about why Pfizer kept a secret about vaccines not stopping Covid transmission.
"You (Pfizer) said it was 100% effective, then 90%, then 80%, then 70%, but we now know that the vaccines do not stop transmission. Why do you keep that secret?" the reporters asked. The Pfizer chief time and again ducked these questions, only to say "Thank you very much" and "Have a nice day". The reporters, however, kept on following the Pfizer chief even though he did not solicit a response. In another question, he was asked whether it was time to apologize to the world and to give refunds to the countries that bought vaccines that did not yield results.
“Are you not ashamed of what you’ve done in the last couple of years?" Yemini asked.A few weeks ago, the state of Kansas in the US filed a lawsuit against Pfizer, alleging that the pharmaceutical company engaged in deceptive practices regarding its Covid-19 vaccine. The lawsuit, filed in the District Court of Thomas County, accuses Pfizer of violating the Kansas Consumer Protection Act by making false claims about the vaccine's effectiveness while concealing potential risks.
According to Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach, a Republican, "Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth." The lawsuit alleges that Pfizer hid evidence linking the vaccine to pregnancy complications, including miscarriage, as well as heart inflammation (myocarditis and pericarditis) shortly after the vaccine's rollout in early 2021. Pfizer denied the allegations, stating, "The representations made by Pfizer about its Covid-19 vaccine have been accurate and science-based."
