  • One of the most important aspects of being a good member of society is to be kind and considerate of others. This means treating people with respect and empathy, and going out of our way to help others when they need it. One way we can do this is by being active in our communities and volunteering our time and resources to help those in need. This can include things like volunteering at a local soup kitchen, mentoring young people, or participating in a charity event.

Another way to be social and kind is by simply being a good friend and a supportive member of our community. This means being a good listener, offering help and advice when we can, and being there for our friends and family when they need us. It also means being respectful of the opinions and beliefs of others, and treating everyone with dignity and compassion.

By being social and kind, we not only make a positive impact on the lives of those around us, but we also improve our own well-being and happiness. Kindness and empathy are contagious, and by being kind and considerate of others, we help create a more harmonious and compassionate society for everyone.

  • The #PolarVortex has arrived, but the #FeralCats in the neighborhood have warm refuge from the cold. It's currently -8F with a Windchill of -35.

In 2015, Tom(the elderly gentleman I care for) noticed a pregnant cat living in the neighbors shed. He started feeding her and eventually all the kittens as well when they came. As #winter started closing in he asked me to make a house for them, so they had a place to stay warm.

They've lived here ever since and we even gave them a space heater to heat the #cathouse. There's been a couple more litters since then and we've brought a few of the kittens inside. The original momma cat and her first litter will have nothing to do with our house, but love the one I built for them.

We welcome all #cats who drop by with #food and #warmth as long as they play nice with the others. I have had to chase a few off, which I don't like to do, but it's necessary.

  • I know it's easy to want to adopt a know it all, "I told you so" attitude if you've avoided the vaccine and are now actually looking at the damage and side effects it's being shown to cause. I think it is a natural form of self preservation, but it is also a less than ideal form of communication and lacks empathy. Stirring the pot is the easy way. If things get real bad for those who succumbed to the Jab, we need to be emotionally available and supportive.. it's the only thing that will actually help, so think twice about how you are going to act when all this gets way more serious. Because it will.

  • I have been doing a lot of "inner healing work" as some call it, during the last ten years of my life since I got sober. one of the biggest things I recognize in myself and others now is this ego based defense mechanism of judgment of others to make it seem as though our behavior is "better" or more justified. Almost EVERYBODY does this, but the wise ones learn to observe their judgmental thoughts and let them pass on by like clouds drifting in the sky, and not feel the need to project them outward. I think I'm finally getting more capable of being less judgmental and allowing empathy to shine in my heart, and those around me are saying it looks good on me haha! Your set of morals may keep you from types of behavior you are uncomfortable with experiencing for yourself, but remember we all are different souls with different things we need to learn and overcome to be better humans, and judgment seems to always cause more separation and social anxiety in my opinion. Yea f you actually read this then have a great day and practice being nice to someone you completely disagree with.. it's an amazingly freeing feeling!

Must Read! I find this part entertaining...
UNESCO also provide advice for anyone who encounters a real live conspiracy theorist in the flesh. According to the UN agency, you must not under any circumstances be lured into an argument with the conspiracy theorist. “Any argument may be taken as proof that you are part of the conspiracy and reinforce that belief” and the conspiracy theorist will probably “argue hard to defend their beliefs.“
Instead you must show “empathy“, avoid “ridiculing them“, and if you are a journalist you must “report” them to social media and “contact your local/national press council or press ombudsman.”
I'm finding this PERVASIVE use of the word "empathy" in the public consciousness amongst mostly liberal woman on the dating sites I use. I'ts astonishing actually, the amount of women who claim to be open minded, intelligent and spiritual are a claiming they are looking for empathy in a partner, or that the "World needs more empathy" verbatim. But if they took the vaccine and are duped by all this shit then I would surmise that on a deep psychological level, it is themselves who need to have empathy for what they have done, but will probably never see the connection, so they will project that out onto the unvaxxed and "conspiracy theorist"

  • All roads ledas to WEF.
this is world changing awakening when u see this.
"NATO IS NOW THE MILITARY BRANCH OF THE WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM
This explains the UN planes landing in Ottawa with the German speaking military who rebranded themselves as "police".
This was almost most likely part of the playbook: provoke riots then call a State of Emergency send foreign NATO troops disguised as Police who have no empathy with the local civilians.
This also explains why the attacks on the eastern Ukrainian breakaway republics is just another front in the same war waged by the World Economic Forum and its military branch NATO.
This also explains why no political leader in any NATO country has condemned the outrageous violence and use of LRADs and electro-magnetic radiation weapons deployed on peaceful protesters in Ottawa or Canberra.
NATO WARS ARE NOW WAGED ONTO THE PEOPLE OF NATO COUNTRIES & BEYOND ON BEHALF OF THE TECHNO-PHARMACEUTICAL OLIGARCHY."

  • Friends!
few true friends, the number is reduced so much that, on many occasions, they can even be counted on the fingers. Friends, real ones, hard to find and very valuable.
Love, empathy, unconditionality, selflessness, honesty ... are some of the words that best accompany true friendship.

  • We need to understand that humanity must go through deep personal healing on an individual level before the ills of the world will begin to transform. All the negativity we see manifested in the physical realm is a result of our own internal fears and pains. Once we are ready and willing to face ourselves and begin the healing process we will see an increase in compassion, cooperation and creation. By choosing to reflect on our doubts, fears, insecurities, hopes and dreams, we can come to know ourselves more deeply and begin to understand the ways we are limiting ourselves. Thus, our knowledge and application of freedom is more full.

How can we truly know what freedom means to us as a people if we do not understand ourselves? The truth is we cannot. We may educate ourselves on the failures of the state and maybe even overthrow that state through competition and peaceful resistance, but we will find ourselves facing similar conditions within a couple hundred years or so if we continue to operate on the same level of consciousness.

If we do not deal with the root causes of humanity’s pain, then we are only applying band aids to a gaping wound that desperately needs healing. Imagine a post-revolution world without a spiritual transformation– educated groups of Anarchists running around battling each other’s egos due to lack of empathy and unresolved internal conflict. The revolution without healing is a recipe for disaster. We need to evolve forward– not continue to go in circles.
