Today our port of call was Prince Rupert , British Columbia in Canada. Today we had a general drill again around 9:45am a mandatory drill to all crew it is a maritime law. *https://www.britannica.com/topic/maritime-lawfor more details about this law click this site mentioned. The drill took almost 2 hours the drills is all about safety where in it is a crowd control incase of any emergency situation. We are conducting this drill every after two weeks. My emergency station is MES. MES means MARINE EVACUATION SYSTEM I am the second in command in this station. where in we muster and send the crew to the raft, using this system it is a chute toward down the raft and once all the raft filled in the raft will be pulled by a small boat away from the ship. So after the drill I managed to go outside rushing to the Walmart to buy some essentials. So this is our port looks like

and you need to cross up the bridge
and while on the way to the walmart there is a big propeller display along side the road and it is a real propeller from the ship.

I walked approximately 15 minutes only going to the location which where the Walmart is,

This place where most of the crew heading to provide their essentials as well especially toiletries and food. I rushed to go there is because I need to come back onboard before 1:30pm, I am gonna start to work on that time mentioned. and finally I managed to acquire all my essentials onboard and another 10 days again before we can come back here, though there are also Walmart to other ports. Here in Prince Rupert in Canada this is the best place for all the crew to save some pennies in which because of the Canadian dollar rate. Our voyage duration is 10 days and Prince Rupert is the last port and two days at sea and back to San Francisco.
