Kindergarten in my neighborhood

Someone would say, an ordinary kindergarten, like any other.
And it is not far from the truth. However, when I looked a little closer, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. On the terrace on the second floor, there is a slide over the fence!
Is it possible for an adult, call the person responsible, to set up a children's slide like this, which is on the second floor.
It is possible that the door to the terrace is locked, but in any case it is irresponsible to see something like this in a kindergarten.
"The devil never sleeps"... Who knows how children can be found on that terrace. And the children, see the slide and decide to play... Terrible. I will report this to the authorities!
