My favourite french colonial building that I have visited 7 years. The prices are weirdly the same also. 1$ for a cappuccino/macchiato and 1$ for the local lovely pastry Sans Rival. How can one NOT stay here and look at the ocean boulevard and only pay 100php for it ;)
