A North Korean balloon has been spotted over South Korea.

The South Korean military announced today that a balloon belonging to North Korea had been spotted over its airspace.

According to the South Korean army, this is not considered a threat.

At the same time, China announced that one of its balloons crossed the skies of Colombia.
