Since 2 days ago there's a new law here in Sweden that forbids anonymous prepaid simcards. It need to be registered to a person.
I think it's good as it makes it harder for criminals to operate. There is of course other ways.
The negative side of the law is that there are people that need to be anonymous. With this law it may be easier to find them.
