So today marks a week back on a strict carnivore diet. There are ups and downs, but I believe the worst of the keto flu, headaches, and tiredness is over with. The food does get a bit monotonous at times, but it's mainly at the beginning when I'm still experiencing carb cravings. When SoMee moons some more I will be upgrading to more steak instead of ground beef. I've already lost some weight, but no progress on the vitiligo yet. But, all in all a great week and I'm happy going into my second.
