Apparently this guy, Dr. WU, and his Raindrop DAO are using Quantum computers to basically "Hack" Bitcoin and other Crypto's to "Robinhood" the wealth with a redistrubution plan! They call it "Editing" the block chain and it is NOT currently illegal! It's also tied into this WooWoo futuristic Project Looking Glass program which shows the possible probable futures for Humanity, and mentions his DAO as a world changing event, so I'll include that link as well.
