80 Grams uncooked quick cooking pearl barley
1 Banana sliced
1 Tsp honey
1 Tablespoon hemp hearts
Directions
Place the barley in a small microwave safe bowl, add 2/3 cup of water and microwave at high for 6minutes.
Give a stir and let stand for 5 minutes
place the barley in a serving bowl, top with banana slices and honey , sprinkle with hemp seeds and enjoy.
