My Monday was polished off by a dinner work at my favourite Japanese restaurant in London - they know me well, and I'm probably one of the most difficult clients (due to my expectations). ???????? However, it was once again an incredible experience. For a change, I tried a smoked Japanese tea called "Shimada Sakura Smoked Wakocha" for the first time, and I have to admit, even though I am not a fan of smoky food, this tea was amazing. I learn that Shimada Sakura Smoked Wakocha tea is a unique smoked black tea from Shimada in Shizuoka Prefecture, it's a softly smoked over cherry blossom tree wood, giving it a smokey, fruity flavour. Complex overtones of sour cherry, leather, and tobacco abound in this warming flavour. ????
Now it's time for me to resume to my regular job schedule at home.
Happy Tuesday everyone! ????
