The above are the illegal and ridiculous questions employers are asking to trip you. They aren't hard at all to address since over 99% of these questions are harassing, unnecessary and unreasonable. The law only permits Employers to ask enough questions to establish that a conflict exists. The inquiry an employer is entitled to according to Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is a limited inquiry into the facts, not an unlimited request. Also, the inquiry has to be reasonable not unreasonable per Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
