What’s going on my dearest #SoMeeFriends? How has your #Monday been so far?
Mine was a busy one, nothing It’s changed I guess ???? However, I have to admit: I like Mondays!
The #gym today was more crowded than usual but not for the #runningmachines though so, I’ve run my usual 5k first and then I did lots of #stretching, because it's crucial to retain #flexibility as you age. Or perhaps at the end I'll be a #flexywoman, hehe
Today I have been working from home so, no complains, especially because I could cook my own meal.
That’s my #dinner in the pic bellow As you can see, I needed a lot of proteins and I like combining cooked vegetables, meat and poached eggs. You can’t mess around with your taste flaw ????
