If you are a user of the same, in Amsterdam you should not worry about using it.
You can buy it legally in shops that sell it.
Or you can buy it in a pot in one of the shops, for further cultivation(I think this is not allowed).

You can go to a Cannabis museum.

If you are not a smoker and you are not attracted to the consumption of Cannabis by smoking, you can stop by one of the so-called Coffee shops. In them, you can drink coffee, smoke weed, and try cakes whose main ingredient is cannabis.
