After making bone broth the other day it was time to make the soup. I've gotten into the habit of brining all of our meet and this beef roast was ready to go, so I cooked it to medium done and it became many delicious meals. Half for soup, which will last for days, of which half will be frozen and the other half enjoyed as is. We don't eat at restaurants in my house.
