1. Make the preferment, by mixing:
- 180g warm water
- 5g dry yeast
- 170g wheat flour
2. Leave for 1-2h (until doubled in size)
3. Mix the preferment with the rest of ingredients:
- 110g honey
- 75ml oil
- 2 large eggs
- 450g wheat flour
- 10g salt
4. Knead, to check if you can stop kneading look for "gluten window"
5. Leave for 1-2h (until doubled in size)
6. Make the loaf
7. Smear it with egg
8. Loosely cover with plastic wrap
9. Leave for 1-2h (until doubled in size)
10. Smear it with egg again
11. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40min in 180°C, to check if done tap on loaf and if you hear hallow sound, it is done :)
